今日早收工就去左新都城行下,隔左差唔多成3-4年無黎原來已經變左咁多而且仲多左好多餐廳.行過經過見到呢間四季良晨裝修得幾靚又幾有文青feel就入左去.餐廳係半快餐形式要自己係出面點左餐先然後就可以坐底等食.作為一間台灣餐飯梗係點一點牛肉麵食下,三盛牛肉麵配有腱心牛肉,牛腩同牛丸配紅燒牛肉湯.湯底都有6款選擇,由清湯到重口味湯底都有.紅燒牛肉湯底帶少少辣椒香入口幾香牛香味帶微甜又唔會好油膩,飲完都唔會好口渴.本身唔知牛腱係咪黎,上枱先知牛展=牛腱.牛腱肉唔會切得好薄,厚厚一塊肉質爽彈又夠入味.牛腩夠腍之餘又唔會無晒牛肉質感,帶有牛脂香.最欣賞係牛丸!估唔到咁濃牛肉味,入口又好爽彈.台灣麵既麵條彎彎曲曲入口都幾滑豐有彈性唔會入口感覺好糊.滷水豆腐切成一粒粒,滷得夠入味得黎又唔會好咸.食台灣野當然都唔會少左台式飲品,仙氣火龍果茶真係用新鮮既紅肉火龍果汁打成.杯內呈紅粉色既漸變層好仙氣.飲落好清甜仲食到少少紅火龍果籽,食完濃味既牛肉麵飲返杯新鮮果系茶解渴又降温. continue reading

台灣菜,總係食極唔厭!今日去到主打台式食物嘅四季良晨,晚市時間嚟到,少不免要等下先有坐,好彩都唔算等咗好耐就可以入去食嘢啦。呢到食物種類多,有飯有麵、小食、台式飲品,款式好多,任君選擇。紅燒四寶麵 配煎餃及涼菜($88),呢Set非常抵食。唔單止有主菜,仲配埋小食添。腱心牛肉麵($58),腱心牛肉非常腍身,且有牛味,都唔錯架。而店家所提供嘅麵量非常多,細食嘅伙伴未必食得曬。若嫌單食主菜唔夠,呢到仲可以加配小食,而且價錢相當實惠。滷水蛋($6)涼拌黑醋茄子($12),呢個好好味,醋味好足,推介大家一試。番茄濃湯水餃($28),真係大大隻,而且又夠足料,超飽肚推介。嚟得食台灣菜,又點少得台式飲品呢?所以我地都點咗兩杯,野飲上枱速度非常快,好抵讚。提提大家,呢到要自己出去Counter點餐架。呢到唔洗加一,相當抵食,平日晚餐唔知食乜好,嚟呢到食都唔錯架。仲有一點值得讚,店家侍應好細心,見到我漏咗外套,馬上衝出門口拎俾我,超好人,十個讚! continue reading

跟朋友在附近打完波到附近的新都城中心覓食八時左右一間台式餐廳門口還要排隊應該不錯,決定一試門外有自動取籌機取號,還可以看到還要等幾多張枱,十分方便店內的裝修很美,是一間台式的文青木製CAFE難怪年青食客居多店內下單是採用先付款後取餐記著帶位店員給你的枱號,再到出面收銀處下單就可以了門外還有外賣處專門售賣外賣飲品,最近很多店鋪也採用類似形式7號餐 - 三拼牛肉飯定食 - $88三件腱心牛肉、三件牛腩、兩粒牛丸上湯浸時菜雙蓮百合燉排骨湯+$6轉滷肉飯腱心牛肉和牛腩很軟腍,完全不韌,牛味很重最欣賞入面的燉湯,入面材料十足去燉煮,有帶骨的牛肉和蓮藕,有些少牛肉,吃下入口即溶配菜亦很健康,除了上湯浸大白菜,還有小白菜和些少芽菜台式滷肉飯是必吃的,甘香惹味,拌飯一流D26餐 - 特盛紅燒四寶麵 - $88+$3特濃蕃茄湯 配台灣麵跟手拍小黃瓜及現做煎餃子(3隻)麵碗直徑超級長有腱心牛肉、牛腩、牛丸和豬手豬手炆得很腍入味兩個主菜都很正宗的台南風味,有古早味滷水蛋 +$6滷水豆腐 +$6台灣傳統小食,必吃推介加配茶研社飲品,正價減5元夏日水漾鮮果茶 - $25就是出面的水果茶,很多水果的切件,喝完又可以吃仙氣火龍果茶(少甜) - $25就是火龍果沙冰,很天然的味道,健康 continue reading

之前在將軍澳廣場品嚐過新開的桂花小幸,對食物質素相當滿意 ,今次在寶琳逛街也發現了Tea Mikoo的四季良晨 食物款式相近,飲品款式這店好像比較多一些選擇餐牌款式大致一樣滷水豬手飯定食 $78 配上上湯浸娃娃菜配上原盅燉湯-無花果山藥燉排骨+$6 白飯轉雞肉飯+$6 小食-滷水豆腐豬手炆得好入味也非常淋身,有入口即溶的感覺雖然只加$6的豆腐份量也不少,用上了豆腐乾滷水雞肉飯用上了雞胸肉肉質比較實,另配上了乾蒜,因為沒有加上任何醬汁食落會比較乾身,個人更喜歡滷肉飯古早味滷水拼盤 $58 拼盤包4款-雞翼 牛𦟌 牛肚 滷蛋牛肉濃湯水餃 $28 牛肉湯有少少微辣,希望餐牌上有寫水餃每隻都非常大隻,包住了大大粒的豬肉蕃茄濃湯水餃 $28 蕃茄濃湯甜甜的也配上了一樣的水餃芝士奶蓋阿華田 $25 阿華田不太甜滿適合女士飲用,還配上了非常邪惡的芝士奶蓋 奶蓋也滑身但芝士味道不太濃,也許是為了不宣賓奪主仙氣火龍果茶 $30 用上了新鮮的火龍果配上淡淡的烏龍茶,味道也很清新味道 賣相 衞生 服務 抵食 推介 continue reading

一向都好鍾意食台灣野,聽朋友講將軍澳有間食台灣野係幾好味嘅,今日雖然遲左放工,依然決定去會一會。八點幾去到,間餐廳都幾多人,好彩等左一陣都可以入坐啦,一睇個Menu,有好多唔同嘅菜式,乜都唔好叫咗小食先,我哋要咗椒鹽花枝丸同埋桂花雞翼,上菜嘅時候仲係熱辣辣,都唔錯。主食方面,我點左三杯雞套餐,有好軟綿綿嘅飯,惹味嘅三杯雞,仲有送上湯浸時蔬,仲有一碗燉湯添,個湯係冇味精添加,都好鮮甜,適合啲平時冇住家湯飲嘅人。同行嘅朋友叫咗個牛肉麵,都好足料,有牛丸、牛腩,湯底都好濃郁,仲有藥膳味道,如果麵質硬返少少會更有口感。另外,我要咗一杯火龍果特飲,係用紅火龍果做嘅,味道好新鮮。朋友就要左招牌嘅水果茶,佢都幾滿意。裝修方面,餐廳採用台灣風格,牆上有一整排嘅書,屬於清新小文清路線。當晚見到其他枱都係一啲同朋友聚餐嘅客人,氣氛熱鬧。餐廳入面有幾張大嘅木枱,適合一大班朋友過嚟傾計聚會。總括黎講,餐廳晚餐都價錢相宜,最貴嘅都只不過係80幾蚊,但係質素有保證,我會話為之驚喜,有機會會再來食 continue reading
