To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期一下晝入去食下午茶餐廳入面好多位，我坐喺中間，個女侍應喺吧枱就咁叫出嚟，吩咐我坐去窗口位！！佢個餐牌寫住下午茶，但係我問佢嘅時候，佢就話全部都係散叫！佢俾張單我嘅時候，竟然有$5服務費，其實態度咁差，真係唔應該比服務費！佢嘅拉麵只係普通嘅韓國即食麵，一隻似熟，又唔係太熟嘅蛋，睇得出佢係想整溫泉蛋，但係失敗！食物嚟到枱面，佢打開枱嘅櫃桶冇出聲，示意自己攞筷子匙羹！芝士拉麵$40蜜桃汁$10服務費$5

今晚嚟咗置富第一城食飯，見到有間韓國菜🇰🇷就嚟試吓。餐廳提供各式各樣嘅韓式餐點選擇，有拉麵🍜、炸雞🍗、石頭鍋飯🍲……今次我就試咗個傳統紫菜飯卷套餐。套餐除咗有主食紫菜飯卷，仲有一碗湯、醬油、泡菜同菠菜。賣相都算ok紫菜飯卷餡料係魚糕、火腿、酸黃蘿蔔、菠菜🥬、雞蛋🥚、紅蘿蔔🥕食落味道都唔錯，但個人覺得飯嘅口感有啲過硬至於湯同配菜則令我有驚喜😄湯🥣入面除咗海澡，仲有小小肉，味道唔錯，調味唔會過咸過淡，冬天❄️飲完成個人都暖哂。兩個配菜—菠菜同泡菜嘅味道同樣好好👍🏻菠菜有浸韓式醋味道。泡菜小小辣偏酸，我呢啲唔食得辣嘅飲啲水都可以食到建議嚟到食飯卷嘅話唔好單叫，俾多幾蚊叫個套餐試吓😄餐廳環境都算唔錯每枱都有水同調味料價錢方面傳統紫菜飯卷套餐係$53，加埋一$58。

喺門口聽到啲員工講韓文，以為係好正宗嘅平民韓式餐廳，所以入去試吓。叫咗幾樣嘢食，但係所有嘢都淡而無味。。。。連佢枱面嗰啲醬都好淡。。。我諗普通韓國菜快餐都唔會難食到咁，強烈不建議。

叫左碗海鮮豆腐湯，入面全部豬肉，以為上次俾錯左，今次又係咁！海鮮就係兩隻蝦加4粒蜆，當中2粒係吾開殼既🤷🏻♀️海鮮煎餅粉多到乜咁，食粉食飽！阿老細扮哂野，韓國人呀吾識聽你講野，英文又吾識。咁點解韓國人開韓國餐廳，野食可以差到咁？

住呢度附近見佢開咁多年都係度， 以為點都OK。 點知係難食到嬲呀， 豬肉腥到重料都食得出，d嘢食得個鹹字或者甜字。完全唔知食緊乜，不知所謂！仲要收呢個價錢，下次唔會再黎。
