To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 實在太過分了。第一次遇到喺大家樂食海南雞飯會有呢個情況。一打開以為係人哋食剩嘅飯餸，見到都無胃口，成盒雞都冇一件係完整嘅😡😡之前喺其他大家樂食嘅時候都冇咁嘅情況… 如果唔夠係可以同個客講嘅而唔係唔知比一盒啲乜嘢人哋，以為人哋返到屋企冇可能返嚟換就求其俾。真係不吐不快。最後食咗兩舊，成盒掉咗… 除咗差，都唔知在點樣去形容呢盒嘢

大家樂最近推出嘅鐵板牛扒餐，鐵板夠熱，牛扒有手掌咁厚，起碼有8吋長，足料。配菜有洋蔥青瓜同粟米，洋蔥夠新鮮，青爪同粟米正常。我推薦黑椒汁夠惹味，佢仲有洋蔥汁可以揀。另外有飯、意粉同麵包選擇，白飯無乜好講，意粉有茄汁撈過有誠意，餐包保持暖不錯，加埋個幾濃味嘅羅宋湯，65蚊乎復可求，食得飽又味道不錯，值得推薦。

真係嬲嬲地，食咗幾次，都估到啲水壩係咁垃圾，明明已經叫多冰多奶，最後出嚟杯嘢飲，少冰冇奶，有冇咁求其仲要攞到返寫字樓先知，可唔可以每次都睇清楚，少少嘢都做唔到。。。

東涌下午茶都冇乜特別好嘅選擇，喺附近買完餸就行咗上去一樓呢一間大家樂，佢喺譚仔米線隔離，角落頭嘅位置，依間大家樂都非常大間，下午茶時間嚟講人數不算太多，容易找到位置！✔️迷你叉燒飯，叉燒正正常常但係份量就唔算太多，我覺得叉燒有啲太瘦，不過肉質同埋未到食落去都正正常常，加埋佢嗰個燒味汁係幾好食嘅，下午茶嚟講都叫做飽肚，佢呢一個套餐就係$35，會包括一杯熱嘅飲品，如果凍飲嘅話就加$3，仲有其他特飲嘅選擇。我叫咗熱檸茶就冇乜特別，只可以話係合格嘅質素。
