To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日06：55在沙田新城市廣場一期四樓購買魚柳包餐(皮蛋粥+雪菜米)，平時自己按機39蚊，今日排收銀打飛卻是43蚊，話我應該講粥先，要取消單再來過，咁樣比我更好的理由冇下次，以後唔會再來，當人傻的，一樣的餐點，不同價錢！

放工食個下午茶，兩個人約$70都算係抵食。鄰近沙田站商場，食完可以去shopping。下午茶時段比想像中多人等食，但等左5分鐘已經有位。作為一間連鎖餐廳，要保持食物質素一D都唔易。簡簡單單一個西多士已經可以試出真偽。配合炸雞髀同凍綠茶，同朋友小聚都算唔錯。雖然位處商場，但舖位稍為隔涉，所以其實都算安靜，但都唔難搵。店舖環境不過不失，座位算舒適。

放LUNCH黎到大家樂，唔知食乜好，就是咪叫左個餐，呢個係蠔皇豬扒餐，呢個只係平價既SET LUNCH，所以整體黎講都叫做PASS既。首先蠔皇既汁都叫濃味，汁量都好多，撈埋飯食都足夠。D豬扒就冇乜味，真係靠哂D蠔皇汁增加味道，而且豬扒肉質都唔算好好，普通既豬肉質素。飯量就好多，如果係體力勞動既人士，一定夠飽。反面我要讚下呢間大家樂既凍檸檬茶，我一直飲開走甜既茶，所以茶底係好重要，呢個茶底一D都唔苦，加埋檸真係好好入口。
