To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天晚上一個人晚飯，走到沙田大家樂，是是旦旦食快餐，點選咖喱牛腩饭和冻菜蜜。快餐的特色是快，但沙田这一边真的很多人，等了大约十分钟个牛腩饭才出到来，幸好咖哩味道十分香，几好味道食得好开心

一哥焗豬扒飯向來都是大家樂的招牌菜式，最近推出了素豬扒，在午餐沒有太多選擇嘅情況下，就試一試。大家樂通常只有一款素食餐，現在可算是給素食者多了一個選擇。外觀上跟普通焗豬扒飯沒有太大分別，醬汁及材料都一樣，茄汁及配菜的味道當然亦一模一樣，那素豬扒做得跟真豬扒同樣「厚切」，口感就是慣常的豆類假肉。飯底由炒飯轉了紅米飯，整體油膩感大大減少了，感覺上真的健康了。然而實際上是否真的健康了？本身茄汁糖份都很高，如果我並非茹素，再選擇一次，我會揀價錢平一點但更可口的焗豬來吃。

今日自己一個人去咗大家樂買外賣食，買咗一盒燒鴨飯，我好肯定拎嘅時候，沒有左搖右擺，平平穩穩地送到返屋企。打開盒，見到嗰啲小鴨甩皮甩骨，皮還皮，肉還肉，好明顯係頭頭尾尾。如果我叫四寶飯，我絕對接受，但係冇理由我叫一個餸，都俾埋啲頭頭尾尾，講真見到都唔係好想食，呢度已經冇乜選擇，希望佢真係可以俾心機做。

夜晚想食個快飯就嚟大家樂啦，依家八點幾嘅人流已經好似以前九點幾十點咁樣，人少咗好多，不過可能因為餐廳設座位限制。叫咗個烤雞二人餐，有原隻蜜糖烤雞、肉醬意粉、兩支粟米和兩杯紅豆冰。明明堂食，佢又出錯咗外賣包裝，激死我，想環保啲都唔得。佢隻烤雞係值得一讚嘅，熱辣辣好Juicy，外脆內軟，仲俾埋手套你方便食。個意粉就一般啦，不要期望太大。至於支粟米，就永遠都咁難食，唔知點解完全冇粟米味，呢個已經唔係今日嘅問題。不過紅豆冰都係吸引我嘅，超多豆，加埋椰汁好味呀！不過大家真係要小心啲餐具，今日見到啲餐具好污糟呀。

去咗車公廟酬神。加上是觀音成道日是日想食素。走去大家樂點餐。點咗個咖喱雜菜飯。全素食加杯凍奶茶。埋單都係$51。個咖喱汁好厚好滑。混入白飯帶點微辣。薯仔蕃茄加雜菜，雖然無肉味但一樣咁好食。個熟雞蛋都好大size。杯凍奶茶好滑好飲。
