To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六日放假瞓到兩點幾先醒,就落咗樓下大家樂買個下午茶食,平平哋又可以解決一餐👍🏻🔺魚介豚骨讚岐湯烏冬🍜首先飲咗啖湯,佢個湯好鮮甜好似落咗好多魚落去煲咁,我最後係飲晒成碗湯先罷休😂佢有一大條嘅豚肉,豚肉係燒過,個豚肉係一層肥膏一層瘦肉,入口肥膏滲出好香嘅油脂味味再加埋瘦肉一齊食好正!就算食晒成條豚肉都唔會膩,因為佢有少量椰菜絲做伴菜🥗我就鍾意將烏冬麵+豚肉再加少量椰菜一啖放入口感覺一流🍜👍🏻👍🏻冬天食飽碗暖笠笠嘅烏冬麵感覺好滿足🔥 continue reading

放假一早做完家務食早餐,回家後再玩手機,肚子有點餓了 看看到兩點了,我就再去食下午茶餐,落到西灣河大家樂,看見有人在排隊買餐,好多選擇不知食什麼好,有一個餐很便宜,只需要27蚊就有一個餐,餐有奶油豬豬,雪菜肉絲米,還有凍紅豆冰,只需27蚊,我即是點了這個餐,原來 現在不用再排隊去攞餐,只要看到你的籌號就出去攞餐,真的好喎,不用這麼多人在排在水吧等候,於是我就找個座位坐下,很快就看見輪到我的號碼了,於是我去攞餐,原來而家紅豆冰是沒有飲管的,要問店員攞先有,我坐低食下午茶 餐了,這個餐份量很多很好味, 紅豆冰有很多紅豆,又夠淋,真的好美哦。 continue reading

尋遍大街小巷終於搵到一間有賣叉燒瀨粉既店舖,估唔到最後都係要入番連鎖餐廳。假日既大家樂好多人,但排隊落訂流程順暢。燒味區人較少,師傅願意提供薑蓉同熱水,非常周到。店內空間頗大,容易找到座位。叉燒非常大碟足料、醬汁味道適中,與淡味的湯底配合。瀨粉仍保有彈性,不會太林。整份叉燒瀨粉份量剛好,作午餐或下午茶亦適合。 continue reading

「蔥油雞髀高湯菜飯」 ($50)評分:7/10.見到 promotion 海報影得好吸引咁 😍😍😍 雞髀金黃色,又唔貴所以決定試吓。結論係唔伏嘅嘅其實。先讚後單啦~雞髀有好多舊,其實算真係有幾多肉食,刀功好好冇碎骨,乾淨俐落👍 雞髀面頭落咗啲漬菜有蔥有脆脆,鹹鹹哋咁,送飯其實一流,如果可以特登叫佢俾多啲就好 😁 菜飯亦感覺新鮮冇冤味,比起白飯有特色。有待改善嘅地方係雞肉嘅肉質,唔知係咪解凍程序處理得唔好,所以啲肉有啲太實,但有唔系韌,只不過口感同嫩滑嘅雞髀依然差一大截。(亦都有可能係因為我太晏去食所以啲雞放耐咗原先嘅肉質不再(?) 不過平民食堂有真係有肉食嘅雞飯食已經算很不錯,所以我都推介大家去食佢嘅 continue reading
