To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日嚟到北角健威坊,這個商場唔算大,但係有已經有好多間快餐店、餐廳,午餐時間就間間都多人排隊或者等位或買外賣。去到大家樂見到有位坐,所以就決定坐低食,我點咗鮑片福建炒飯+凍低糖綠茶。大約都要等8分鐘取餐,店員都非常有禮貌,取餐時會主動講多謝👍🏻飯和福建油係熱嘅,上面有3片鮑片,其實這些都係螺片,不過通常都叫鮑片比較好聽。鮑片冇咩特別味道,反而係個福建汁和雞粒雜菜幾好,唔會死咸,飯煮得粒粒分明,分量都足夠食得飽👍🏻凍低糖綠茶夠凍但係冇乜茶味,似冰水🤨不過咁,$36嚟計係好抵食而且好味。整體來講係好,會再嚟。 continue reading

香港地吃早餐既鋪頭非常多,不同款式都有,豐儉由人。茶餐廳,粥鋪,Cafe, 連鎖快餐店,選擇非常多。我就最經常去餐記同大家樂吃早餐。咁啱屋企隔離間大家樂裝修完,環境好咗好多,仲多咗兩部點餐機,方便落order唔洗排隊每次去到第一樣野一定係要擺位先,因為經常好多人,之後先去order早餐,款式選擇多,有中式西式,叫咗個牛油餐包,炒滑蛋配牛尾湯紐紐粉,同炸魚柳餐。黎大家樂最主要係為左個牛油餐包,一大片牛油夾餐包既邪惡又滿足,不過個餐包好似比以前縮咗水,個滑蛋加咗牛奶炒都唔差,其他一般正常,個檸檬茶D檸檬又多又大片真係太客氣了 continue reading

做節,長老訂咗大家樂嘅盆菜。然後夠就叫家族中嘅壯丁走幾條街去搬盆菜。個盆菜係六人份量,仲分咗兩兜,一兜係濕嘅一兜係乾嘅,裏面嘅食物大概有魚蛋、豬腩肉、蠔豉、豬皮、蘿蔔、福袋、瑤柱、白切雞、燒鴨、鴨掌、蔬菜、仲有蝦等等…盆菜個汁係好鹹,食物本身嘅味道都唔係好好味,好多食物例如豬腩肉同豬皮,都炆得唔夠淋, 但係味道就好鹹。瑤柱同埋蠔豉就好乾好硬。冬菇又唔夠入味。魚蛋同埋蔬菜嗰啲,食落去真係冇乜味。食材雖多,但係完全唔好食,真係唔好味 continue reading
