To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說今個日要同小朋友去上堂，不過遲到，me time得返30分鐘，所以就去咗大家樂諗住飲杯奶茶！星期六午餐都幾多選擇！今日揀咗個$49嘅常餐作為一個會煮飯嘅媽咪，見到啲單據上面嘅食材嘅時候覺得少貴！不過食完之後又覺得加上去嘅係心機錢！老土啲講句，蛋有蛋味，叉燒有肉味，而且叉燒醬嘅甜唔會過濃，生菜係走過油，所以食落仲係脆身，唔會腍啤啤！菠蘿油，應該係翻焗，熱👍🏻 同埋都係脆嘅！少少硬身個種脆！所以有驚喜！（實在食得太多菠蘿油都係淋哂）湯底同火腿就麻麻哋！剛剛唔合格，湯底係冇味嗰隻清湯，火腿就可能因為凍咗！夠鐘接放學喇！剛好下午茶！加咗啲輕食類！勁想食葡撻雞翼！不過小朋友揀左另外一個！$39 性價比都幾高喎！都幾大碗！我勁欣賞佢用呢隻牌子嘅牛油，份量好多！作為牛油怪嘅我，非常滿意！今日嘅午餐同下午茶就以滿滿嘅牛油西多士作結！快餐嚟講，可說是幸福感滿滿！下次見！

做完嘢肚餓，近近地就大家樂啦記得大家樂有提供素食選擇，入去見到有焗素肉醬意粉，試吓先，水準都唔錯打開個錫紙包裝盒，係舖滿晒素肉醬及芝士，配搭幾好，熱騰騰的，意粉雖然冧咗啲，都可以用义匙卷起嚟食，芝士素肉醬味道適中，最好嘅係唔會鹹，最開心係食到最後個錫紙盒底係無乜油，呢個真係好讚。雖然好肚餓，食咗大半已經開始透氣，份量對我個人來說，都好飽肚。有時候食吓呢個意粉都幾好 感恩大家樂保持提供素食選擇，好讓我有得食，唔使周圍搵

我最近在這家餐廳嘗試了魚柳蛋餐，配上鮮奶咖啡。食物水準一般，沒有特別令人驚艷的地方，口味平平。更讓人失望的是服務態度，員工似乎不太熱情，讓用餐體驗變得不愉快。希望他們能改善食品質量和服務態度，這樣才能吸引更多顧客。總體來說，這次的用餐經歷不太理想。

早排去深圳飲過一個店舖嘅鴨屎檸檬茶，覺得味道好好飲，很想再飲番該個味道的檸檬茶，原來而家香港快餐店都有好多唔同嘅飲品，其中也有鴨屎檸檬茶。今日飲咗一杯，覺得味道十分之好，唔太甜又唔會淡，又有茶嘅香味，價錢亦都唔貴，真係夠方便又有好享受。

Decided to have a simple breakfast near my hotel, so I visited the famous chain restaurant cafe de coral. The first impression was that everything felt fast-paced, kinda like Mcdonalds but the HK version. Ordered a simple breakfast with butter spread toast, with a honey-marinated chicken leg with ham and omelette, along with a HK style milk tea. The chicken leg was sweet and delicious, full of flavours. The meat was tender and perfectly cooked. The toast was crispy and warm, which I ate together with the ham and the omelette in a HK fashion. It was a simple meal but a fulfilling one, exactly what I was looking for, given the price tag. Decent restaurant for a cheap and fast meal.
