To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 兩點四點呢段時間落黎買個下午茶雞脾,D肉都係粗糙,今次直頭熟到連骨頭都斷到出黎,食過好幾次都咁,麻煩搞搞佢,再唔係你哋學下荔枝角果間咁,我四五點去食雖然D肉係暖,但最低限度D肉仲係滑好少會有呢D問題出現,唔該!

今朝早起身沒東西做,閑來無事去了長沙灣的大家樂吃了一頓豐富的早餐,餐牌的選擇甚多,令人眼花撩亂。最後我選了一個蕃茄湯螺絲粉配香滑炒蛋及餐包。來到大家樂,當然要嘗試他最有名的牛油,果然和其他地方吃到的牛油有很大的分別,值得一提的是那個餐包,一下子塗上牛油的時候,整個餐包都散開了,他的構造真的很奇怪哦。相反,蕃茄湯螺絲粉值得一讚,配上碎牛肉的味道也頗開胃,配上另外再叫的檸檬茶,兩者的配合令人垂涎欲滴。

大家樂7月1 回歸慶祝,有優惠套餐,$99冬瓜盅二人晚餐優惠。 所以約了男友去食。5:30開賣,我們5:00就到了大家樂等候。我們叫了一份堂食,加了$10要蒸魚。二人餐包括有冬瓜盅、叉燒、豉汁蒸䱽魚、小菜(梅菜蝦米蒸肉餅)及兩杯普洱茶。份量都算幾多,冬瓜盅清甜,叉燒比較硬,蒸䱽魚蒸得剛剛好, 有魚味,十分嫩滑。另外小菜梅菜蝦米蒸肉餅都幾好食。普洱茶正常味道。餐廳人流比較較多,環境麻麻,衛生一般。希望餐廳注意一下。

我今日终于可以食到冬瓜盅了,之前因为系消暑限定,而且还是周末先有,所以我之前6点去到已经无晒今日去大家乐居然有得食,感更系要试下啦大家乐冬瓜盅➕一个小菜➕白饭💰72蚊,ok可以接受的,味道呢冬瓜盅就比较平淡滴,我反而中意配的咕噜肉,好食,好送饭大家都可以去试下
