To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 起21/10，走左入華富村食早餐。環境唔錯，乾淨舒服，餐點算快可以拿到。食物性格比唔錯，叫左魚柳腸蘿蔔糕。魚柳炸得鬆脆，蘿蔔糕香濃嘅火腿同臘腸味，口感鬆軟。奶茶香濃牛奶味，令人舒服。整體平民價。

身為本地餐廳界嘅老牌代表,「大家樂」除咗提供價錢公道又美味嘅傳統港式小菜之外,近年仲推出咗一啲更具創意嘅新菜式,令食客驚喜連連。其中最吸引人嘅非佢哋嘅厚賜焗豬扒飯莫屬。豬扒肉質軟爛,煎到金黃酥脆,淋緊恰到好處嘅醬汁,入口即溶,回味無窮。最令人意外嘅係,整份飯菜一啲都唔油膩,反而帶人一種清新舒服嘅感受。除咗呢道焗豬扒飯之外,餐廳新出嘅其他小菜,如蒜香雞球、海鮮豆腐煲等,都各有特色。唔論係分量飽滿嘅主菜,定係色香味俱全嘅小菜,都令人胃口大開。

較常在大陸的我，返回香港最喜歡就是食魚柳，因為內地較少有魚柳吃，也不像香港的魚柳，大陸是自創的魚柳，味道怪怪的。這店是位於華貴村，不是香港仔，請openrice更新地點。

大家樂魚柳早餐，對香港人來說是平平無奇，食到慣了，但較常在內地生活的我，在內地便較難吃到如香港味道的魚柳。腸，在內地也不像香港般有保證，所以每次返香港，我都會選魚柳腸早餐吃的。

今時今日$27 有個茶餐食真係好抵。個餐有果醬多士，雪菜肉絲米同一杯好足料嘅紅豆冰。而另一個流心奶黃西多士$28 再配一個餐飲，好多奶黃，比起傳統西多士香口好多。呢個經濟餐真係日日食都抵。P.S. 佢d 煉奶係馬來西亞造㗎
