一向都喜歡吃法式薄餅,已有幾十年的經驗,最驚喜的是在法籍廚師主理的薄餅,薄脆而有牛油香。當然最正中的是法國的街邊小食攤。 今次 被高分食評 所吸引來試, 看餐牌都幾吸引, 最後揀了一款蘋果 雪糕薄餅, 另一款是最基本的 cinnamon sugar crepe 。一看外形已經不對勁, 表面有一層油, 邊邊沒有薄脆, 在試味之後, 感覺薄餅是淋、濕、黏, 吃兩口已經不想再食。 想不到一家餐廳用crepe做 餐廳名, 但連最基本的 麵糊薄餅都做不好。 好明顯今次又交了智商稅。不過亦有可能大家對法式薄餅的要求不同, 這家只是跟我的期望有很大落差
