To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同兩位小朋友放咗學之後過嚟海邊踩單車🚴踩到攰嘅時候小朋友話想食薄餅，經過海邊有好幾間西餐廳，見到呢一間大大隻字咁寫住pizza & pasta，咁就即管試試啦。入到嚟餐廳職員已經勁好禮貌，話俾我哋聽有兒童餐供應，又幫我哋收起晒啲大人嘅刀刀叉叉（怕危險整到小朋友）。又解釋俾我哋聽兒童餐分別牛肉意粉用咩汁？豬肉意粉用咩汁？薄餅會切開幾多份？服務態度簡直攞滿分🥳食物嚟到了！我哋叫咗兩份兒童餐嘅意粉，冇諗過個份量會咁多，其實一個兒童餐意粉兩個小朋友食都好夠食👍🏻👍🏻而且味道都非常惹味，小朋友光速清晒😋然後薄餅🍕就係薄批款，上面鋪滿我最喜愛嘅火箭菜💚我哋差唔多6:15pm入座坐低望住將藍橋，睇住日落🌄好好feel 大家嚟海邊，不妨試吓呢間，我旁邊幾張枱好多人都喺度飲緊酒，好chill😎

我係訂咗週末時間12:30食 ，去到的時候客人不多，所以環境十分之令人放鬆，當日外國食客比較多，餐廳放的音樂都幾好聽，我推住架BB車入去同老婆三人世界都好relax，侍應方面服務幾好，一開頭我叫咗杯Hoegaarden 但發覺入邊浸味好酸好怪，個負責人即刻同我免費換過杯Stella 👍🏻，之後我同叫咗個海鮮pizza同埋個 Octopus沙律，可以安靜咁邊同老婆傾吓偈，邊睇吓BB同食pizza。食完之後仲可以推住架BB車同行吓海濱長廊當飯後運動

是日放假。訓醒睇完戲有啲心煩就行左出海傍散心，比較左幾間被萬聖節擺設吸引左就去左依間cafe boheme。去到知道做緊hh 58蚊又無特別想飲咩就叫左杯Draught Stella飲住啤酒聽下歌都幾開心跟住就口痕叫左個小食開心下，叫左個Vitello tonnato。個包烘得好脆好香口，用左橄欖油再沾埋火箭菜沙律個醋，好喜歡依個配搭！個火箭菜沙律配上黑醋，簡單健康又好岩我口味個烤牛肉配tuna雖然唔係我想像個種吞拿魚薄片，但都好岩配麵包食食到停唔到口呀不知不覺就坐到天黑

依兩日天氣super正。唔太熱，有風，又有陽光，乾爽，唔落街玩就真係对唔住自己😜,一於出外踏單車，去依度飲番杯啤酒，食番個pizza.唔知係天氣好心情好，還是D Waiter 真係nice，成個lunch嘅氣氛都唔錯，目測七成滿。我哋order咗兩個set,pizza保持水準。Pasta就OK,沙律新鮮，餐湯就稍稠，好似飲茄计。不過，nice view with good food,滿足了。
