To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友黎左黃大仙呢邊行下,搵個地方食野兼吹下水,到左茶餐廳2.0,餐廳幾大仲有室外坐位,大部分食客都揀坐外邊,天氣好確實係舒服喎。坐低睇下餐牌,點左一人一份午餐,先食飽個肚再講。午餐奉送餐湯,紅湯係羅宋湯,幾濃郁蔬菜味好飲喎。白湯係蘑菇湯,幾滑調味唔錯。餐飲點左熱奶茶,茶香奶滑又夠熱,好飲。點左個B餐土魷蒸肉餅,上枱時係熱辣辣的。肉餅幾大份,入面有魷魚同馬碲,調味啱口味。另一個係肉醬焗龍脷柳意粉,好大碟呀。芝士下得很多仲可以拉絲添,肉醬酸酸地仲落左香草,龍脷柳大大塊夠滑溜,意粉軟硬適中好味。食完正餐傾下偈,見坐左咁耐不如叫下甜品,點左下午茶的是日精選蛋糕,係榛子朱古力蛋糕,甜甜地又綿密,正呀。仲加左份特厚鮮牛油花生醬西多士,即點即做好新鮮,舊牛油慢慢溶緊㗎。超多花生醬,麵包香脆,點埋糖漿超好味!下午茶的餐飲再要多杯熱奶茶,另一杯就要左熱檸茶。食左咁多野都唔使一百蚊位,抵食呀。平日下午人不多,食下野傾下偈真係唔錯。 continue reading

早前係睦鄰街打完籃球,經過現崇山,見到依間餐廳啲野食又大份又靚,價錢又抵,好想搵一日黎試,今日放咗學同媽媽去黃大仙一帶,終於有機會去試一試。今次叫左2個鐵板餐:雞髀扒配凡立貝、T字骨排餐。重點:配包、湯、野飲、甜品!!!!包:係果隻酥皮感覺嘅包、仲要係烘熱左,正!湯:忌廉同羅宋湯忌廉湯:雖然係黃色但係係忌廉湯,黃色應該來自雞湯而不是南瓜,而非常之濃郁忌廉湯。羅宋湯:食唔到入面有肉,但有蔬菜食下,唔辣的。主菜:就算嗌薯菜或意粉都會有蔬菜奉上,啲蔬菜都唔係求其,有西蘭花、椰菜花、豆角、紅蘿蔔、洋蔥。薯哥亦都係即炸,充滿薯仔口感。意粉是蕃茄醬意粉。1)雞髀扒配凡立貝(蒜蓉汁)大大雞髀扒,皮薄,厚肉,唔會鹹,有肉質有肉汁。另外有兩粒凡立貝,正正常常冇乜特別。而佢嘅蒜蓉汁偏橙色,甜甜地嘅蒜蓉汁。2)T字骨排餐(黑椒汁)T字骨好大塊,一半連住少許肥膏同筋嘅肉質偏煙,萬眾期待的甜品:雞蛋仔配朱古力醬可能雞蛋仔已經整咗好耐,所以質感較林、雖然有蛋味,但雞蛋仔最重要嘅溫度同脆度!所以有啲啲遜色啦⋯⋯總括來說,抵食,又坐得耐,值得介紹! continue reading

呢間茶餐廳2.0 lunch套餐選擇又多又抵食,所以到咗午餐時間都座無虛席。今次我哋叫咗秘製咖喱豬扒配農夫包$68。有香濃嘅港式咖喱汁加芝士豬扒,釀入去一個大大個嘅農夫包入邊,農夫包外脆內軟,配上咖喱汁一齊食,非常配合!另一個叫咗商務午餐-美式豬鞍扒配意粉$78,豬鞍扒係厚切架,大大塊,配上黑椒汁,每一口都啖啖肉!餐湯忌廉湯雖然睇落去平平無奇,但係其實有不少海鮮喺入邊所以好鮮甜~仲叫咗特飲芒椰派對$20(跟餐減咗$10)同莓莓奶昔,兩杯都幾好飲,同台式飲品店嗰啲飲品冇分別,兩杯都係沙冰質地,消暑解渴呀~ continue reading
