To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行過現崇山搵嘢食 ,茶餐廳2.0好多人食 , 有分室內同埋室外的。 見到我哋帶住小朋友,好貼心安排室內嘅座位同埋bb櫈俾我地。 打開餐牌真係包羅萬有茶餐廳嘅,西餐廳嘅仲有泰式食物 ,喇沙, 特色飲品 ,竟然有雞蛋仔😍 最後決定嗌兩個商務套餐 ◆西冷扒配意粉七成熟◆t骨牛扒配意粉七成熟 餐廳揀咗羅宋湯 但係就略嫌辣咗少少😅 t骨牛扒好大分 估唔度呢度嘅牛扒真係有西餐廳嘅質素 ,唔會係薄薄一塊嗰啲港式牛扒,真係外國入嚟嘅靚扒, 份量仲大到成隻碟都係😆😆 肉質唔錯, t骨有少少根唔會太硬, 欣賞佢個意粉唔係白烚, 有俾蕃茄汁炒過。另外一份西冷見到好靚, 好厚,又燒得好好切 開真係七成熟唔會過老 食落有牛味。 呢個價錢抵! 飲品可以加錢轉其他特式飲品,係其他餐廳少有。 食完之後見到有雞蛋仔,想氹下小朋友開心,就叫咗一份 。雖然唔算平, 但係即整嘅雞蛋仔真係好食好多😍😍 同埋 加上香蕉忌廉竟然出奇地夾, 原來咁樣食係好好食㗎 💕💕小朋友勁開心, 一個地方搞掂曬,好滿意。 下次都會再嚟食 ⭐小朋友友善餐廳 有bb櫈, 有餐具 仲有兒童餐可以揀👍 continue reading

今日行開黃大仙呢頭,就諗起茶餐廳2.0,行到門口見到有冬日2.0暖粒粒煲就已經俾佢吸引到入左去。坐低再睇吓Menu,發現佢有個Cafe2.0精選二人餐都好吸引,事關我朋友好想試下威靈頓牛柳,所以唯有下次再試佢個暖粒粒煲。法式龍蝦湯溫度做得幾好,熱熱地但吹一吹又飲到,同埋感覺好鮮味,令人會想繼續飲落去,佢有啲配料一粒粒有啲口感。煙鴨胸雜菜沙律個煙鴨胸肥美可口,肉質嫩滑幾juicy,而雜菜就普通正常都爽口,有埋胡麻汁配一齊食,加添美味。卡邦尼煙肉蛋汁意粉首先要讚一讚啲意粉,好鍾意佢嘅口感好彈牙,而蛋汁唔會整到好流又creamy。最後係正宗威靈頓牛柳,佢有晒黑椒汁同燒汁,個人認為配燒汁正啲,威靈頓牛柳整得唔生但又唔會”韌”,酥皮厚薄均勻鬆化,白飯就普通正常,不過可能兩個人share會覺得個牛柳可以大舊啲就更perfect。套餐包熱飲,凍飲加$3,我哋嗌左凍朱古力同熱柚子蜜。要講一講佢個上菜速度預得幾好,差唔多食完一道就會黎另一道,最後主菜就要等一等。呢間雖然係茶餐廳,但感覺比較新穎,有好多唔同菜式任君選擇,重點仲要整得好食。 continue reading

忙完project ,weekend瞓到自然醒 🤩🤩同老公就喺屋企附近 茶餐廳2.0食嘢星期六嘅午餐時間非常旺場 ,室外都吸引咗好多養寵物嘅人士㖭 ,地方其實好大,等咗五分鐘就有位啦👍👍店員好殷勤,而且防役都做到足呀 ,見到竟然有我最愛嘅羊架 $98蚊,就試下拉🤤🤤一上枱 嘩!好靚仔呀!媲美高級西餐廳,表面煎得非常焦香,裏面咬落去仲係粉紅粉紅😍😍非常之有肉味🤤🤤小小羊酥味,正是羊嘅重點 !真心覺得好好食,喜歡食羊嘅一定要試,98蚊三大件仲可以揀飯、意粉、薯菜配埋餐湯 真係非常滿足 跟餐仲可以加錢轉返 芒果椰奶 🤭🤭💕💕真係滿足曬 ,咁先係週末㗎嘛 😎😎老公叫咗T骨足足13安士,非常厚切 五成熟拿捏得好好🥰🥰完全冇血水,肉質非常嫩滑,牛味濃郁,配菜都特別醒神過人呀 乾炒豬扒河非常夠鑊氣,食到墊底都沒有油,有功架😬非常滿意而且店員服務都好好,好友善 👍👍真心覺得 之前喺電視見過 餐廳老闆嘅訪問 佢嘅首要就係員工有工開 真心佩服老闆 一定keep住繼續幫襯💕💕 continue reading

呢間餐廳之前有嚟過,d嘢好抵食同埋都好好味,果次主要食中式小菜同鷄蛋仔。今次見到有新嘅泰菜餐單,由泰國人主廚煮理,價錢又唔貴,所以決定揀d泰菜嚟食。 咖喱炒蟹 ($108)蟹嘅煮法可以揀用辣椒膏/咖喱/椒鹽,我哋揀左咖喱炒蟹。咖喱汁好香濃,加入蛋花令咖喱好厚滑,好啱用嚟餸飯。蟹嘅份量有是一隻,蟹蓋有好多甘香蟹膏,蟹身蟹蚶都好多鮮嫩肉。值得一讚係d蟹殼都好容易剝,基本上用筷子都拆開到,唔需要用手去剝。 泰式香葉肉碎炒河粉 ($68)呢道菜材料簡簡單單,但食落好惹味,每啖都食到香辣嘅味道。河粉咬落都好爽滑,加上豆角同肉碎,口感都幾豐富。河粉份量好多,我地食唔晒,打包返去做宵夜啱晒。 金不換炒花甲 ($78)炒花甲可以揀用辣椒膏/咖喱/金不換,因為已經叫左咖喱炒蟹,所以花甲我哋就揀左金不換。一上枱見到都幾驚喜,份量多之外,d花甲都好大隻。用金不換煮花甲係一個唔錯嘅配搭,有淡淡嘅香味,而又可以食到花甲嘅鮮甜味。 飲品點左Thai 2.0 龍眼茶 ($19)同Thai 2.0珍多冰 ($22),兩樣飲落同好舒服,唔會太甜。 continue reading
