To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我最近去了這家位於青衣長康邨的百份百餐廳，卻遇到了非常糟糕的服務態度。我們剛到餐廳時，服務員一臉不耐煩地招呼我們，讓我們感到非常不受歡迎。當我們問她有關菜單的問題時，她的回答也非常不友善，好像我們在阻住她做野一樣。實際上這間百份百餐廳人手短缺的問題已經非一日之寒，我們叫咗好耐侍應，都始終未有人理會，好不容易等到有侍應行近，卻竟換來一隻手掌貼在我面前，意指他非工作中，不能為我們下單。千呼萬喚終於都點了餐，我們等了很久食物才到，送來的食物已經變得稍涼，我叫的湯麵已經發泡，我們覺得這很大機會是因為待應不足，因廚房出餐處仍然堆積大量食物，其實吃得出食材質素尚算不錯，只可惜服務未能配合。中途我們想向侍應要一杯水，她邊行邊急促地說：「水係自助嫁」。才剛剛用餐完畢，她就急不及待地收走我們的餐膳，意指我們食完就要快走。總之，這次用餐的經驗非常糟糕。服務員的態度非常差，完全沒有顧及客人的需求和要求。如果這家餐廳不能改善他們的服務態度，我不會再去這裡用餐，也不會向任何人推薦這家餐廳。

星期日想同屋企人食個早餐，去左百分百。落單既姐姐本身既態度已經好差，又話我地張枱本身有人坐，又問我哋之前有冇落過單，根本客人唔會知道發生咩事。跟住好辛苦終於落咗單，等咗成半個鐘都無餐送上黎，發現傳菜嘅姐姐根本亂咁上菜，唔跟枱號。上錯餐想叫佢拎走，佢竟然可以叫人睇下岩唔岩食。最初開既時候好好服務😢😢而家已經好失望

係附近都無咩特別野食，久唔久食一次，但次次不同時段去外賣都總有野錯或漏咗無，真係忙到咁😣今次明明加咗錢要蕃茄湯底，包好晒中途又睇唔到裡面係咪有橙色（蕃茄湯顏色），返到去一拆開嚟睇，係原味湯底囉…咁我加錢嚟做咩呢😑🤔

已經係第二次，落單時寫30分鐘可取餐，30分鐘後去到話未有，都唔緊要啦你多外賣單，再等咗十分鐘都未有，問啲阿姐，十問九唔應，再問至去搵我份外賣，結果係兩個餐得一個餐有，又叫我等，等多十分鐘，其他遲過我嘅號碼都有我都未有，再問，阿姐，跟住話廚房無煮，即係點呀？追咗咁多次都唔去問廚房，結果等咗成個鐘！其實之前都試過，啲阿姐又係十問九唔應，追到勁嬲，上次仲離譜，叫三個餐出咗兩個，個廚房堅持話有煮第三個餐出嚟，係啲阿姐俾錯人，咁大佬呀，關我咩事先，你都要再整架，但廚房唔想去整同啲阿姐喺度拗，咁我點呀，又再要等多十幾分鐘至齊餐囉！呢間真係好差，如果唔係長康一期太少餐廳，真係唔會去幫襯！但一而再再而三發生，真係要black list！

因為物品遺失在百分百餐廳打了4次電話去問第一次還沒有聽完就直接掛電話第二次聽我講了問題後說還沒有等我說完就直接掛電話了第三次聽到我說遺失的物品名直接就掛第四次直接唔聽這種態度問點在餐廳遺失的東西連聽都不想聽呵呵呵呵呵哈這家餐廳真是祝你早日倒閉那個接電話的員工早日失業服務態度簡直可以評負分
