To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嗌咗個星洲炒米同埋凍朱古力，要完等咗35分鐘先出，仲要冇乜人，嗌一個星洲炒米姐要等咁耐？大哥我叫個焗飯都唔使咁耐啦，越嚟越誇張。廚房個個掛住做咩。重點叫個外賣等35分鐘連餐具都冇畀，香港飲食業會死係有原因。

裝修完的百份百，環境是光猛咗，不過坐位擠廹咗，明白租金難捱，只是服務也差咗，繁忙時間冇人執枱冇人落單，試過中午12:45到餐廳一個貌似負責人的工作人員告訴我，空置的枱是留給員工用膳的，然後不斷有客人想坐下，都給枱上的留位牌攔下，有常識都知道中午一點至二點係午餐黃金時間，怎麼可能空六個坐位空置著，直到我一點45分離開才見有兩個職員埋座，這樣的管理真是奇景。今日買外賣回家，打開才發現買凍奶茶卻給我打包熱奶茶，椒鹽豬扒似非洲豬扒多一點，看樣子已經沒有胃口，對餐廳非常失望

2點個陣買左下午茶外賣，海南雞飯加碗仔翅，盛為40蚊。等左成半個鐘先有個餐，本來等都吾喺問題，食個陣發現個餐吾夠熱，懷疑畢起左有一段時間。講返食物質素，個海南雞飯令人勁失望。好耐之前食過係油飯黎，今次竟然係白飯！！個雞係咁易淋左啲甜豉油，成個根本係白切雞飯，吾係海南雞，啲肉好難！！！ 吾知係冇油飯定點，用白飯同切雞扮海南雞飯。碗仔翅一般，仲要得3分2碗，份量少得可憐。40蚊一啲都吾值。平時都有幫襯開，今次好失望兼趕客。

效率不能接受，20分鐘還未出餐，order 也出錯。最後因趕時間，變外賣，因不吃出錯的食材，也浪費了食材和金錢。唉，一清早就要遇到這種情況，真差勁。真倒霉。沒有下次。

訓到8:00PM起身食野，吾想煮就落街百分百餐廳以前周街都有，大埔富亨有一間，記得佢都幾多選擇入去環境冷氣都夠涼，多卡位吾算多人，後尾先知佢9:00左右都開始收檔叫左個柚子肉排，少飯都ok 喎！價錢$75肉排放落口係脆脆地同熱辣辣，味道有加到分但食到最底原來佢都落得好多柚子蜜，吾怪得都好香！不過個底都幾甜下，因為好多醬，撈落d飯度杯奶茶重茶味，覺得還好。但值得一提係，由於我都好夜入去，最後一個order 都係坐到最後一個至走，個女職員（吾知係咪副經理）見到佢對清潔呀姐都吾錯，之後好有禮貌問我 食晒未收吾收得碗，叫我吾好介意 可以慢慢坐，仲拎杯新既暖水同紙巾過黎有「被招呼」的感覺！間中一個人 都會再去食！
