To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午餐時段落單，因為前後腳4個人！頭兩個落咗單，之後另外兩個人加單兩碟蒸魚！明明同個啊姐落單講前後兩碟蒸魚！漏單都算，仲要拗！仲要駁嘴！佢話有覆單，無聽到前後兩碟蒸魚！態度極差！佢行去出菜位，都仲要繼續講，仲要唔覺得自己有問題！唔想漏單嘅都漏咗啦！係唔係應該拿拿聲去解決問題呢？唔即刻解決不特止！仲要繼續企喺度拗！有用咩？仲要係咁拗！不停講！拗得嚟，講得嚟，都行咗去解決啦！又唔係忙到踢曬腳！真係想像唔到踢曬腳嘅話，會出錯都咩程度！由頭到尾，一句唔好意思都無！以後都唔會再去！！！

不嬲係第二區有食百份百，覺得杯紅豆冰幾好飲 所以今日經過愛東見到就入去，去到 叫常餐 沙牛麵 紅豆冰 但侍應話冇沙牛冇紅豆 想轉另一杯特飲又係冇，當時只係3點，真係好特別 要麥冇麥，最後食咗個焗飯味道OK但份量好少，跟住想加個西多士，點知侍應話麵包都冇希望愛東分店老闆睇到啦 你地呢間分店基本上冇一個侍應合格架 全部都黑口黑面唔想做嘢咁嘅款，落單態度又差 如果做侍應但係唔想做嘢咁不如唔好做啦 好得人驚既茶餐廳，仲恐怖過大排檔

我去了何文田的「百份百」茶餐廳，點了下午茶餐包括了西多士配凍飲、炸雞皮配薯條配凍飲。首先，我要說的是西多士炸得香脆內有花生醬口味，讓我給予10分滋味的評價。但是，炸雞髀炸得太乾，薯條又太油，口味一般，我只能給予50分的評價。價格方面，這個下午茶餐包在40至50之間，不算太便宜。總體來說，我對這次的下午茶餐感到有些失望，因為炸雞和薯條的口感都不太理想。如果你只是想吃西多士，那麼這裡還是不錯的選擇。但是，如果你期望更好的炸雞和薯條，或者更划算的價格，那麼我不太推薦這家餐廳。
