轉眼成年無黎嘆豚王拉麵喇,撞啱鏢隊要出城比賽,機會黎喇飛雲 ﹗隊友們仲未到架?好肚餓呀,越黎越多人黎挑隊呀,未齊人唔比入囉,可惡 ﹗美食團成員有九流鏢手、怒之大地、美麗有罪、小雲達人、小立鴨及真熾天使。試過地獄赤湯,輪到墨汁黑皇喇。大家都好努力地做功課,有唔明白就即刻舉手或打電話問朋友,謝謝。食神保祐,遇上第 5 湯底!有緣一試限定生薑王,所有調味料份量由師傅 set 好,我只需要揀麵既硬度已足夠,期待中。墨汁豬骨湯黑皇超硬幼麵加叉燒加半熟蛋加木耳加紫菜加辛辣,等到頸到長,想餓死我咩,終於都到喇 ﹗唔記得左醬油應該要淡還是普通添,是但揀個普通搏一搏啦 ﹗幼麵口感嚥靭爽口,掛湯力特強,每一啖都充滿濃湯 ﹗普通濃度既湯底已經非常濃郁,濃到有點滯,不過味道一流,我可以接受,雖然有朋友仔覺得味道太濃,質地太黏唔好食。我下次再黎食的話都會轉做淡或最淡湯底囉,會更加好味。唔知係咪我叫既黑皇普通濃湯味道特濃,所以遮蓋左半熟蛋既蛋黃既甘甜味呢,硬係無咩蛋味咁,滑彈但好淡。食完個幼麵加個超硬粗麵底先,加底係另上架 ﹗粗麵跟幼麵唔係相差太遠,但口感更嚥硬更爽,好鬼鍾意呀 ﹗如果要加湯係要額外收費架,所以係第 1 輪既時候要慳住飲,哈哈 ﹗大啖大啖咁食麵,感覺超級暢快 ﹗湯係就係濃左一點點,下次 order 淡醬油更好。食晒所有半熟蛋、幼麵粗麵、叉燒木耳、紫菜都仲未夠飽喎,陰功 ﹗朋友仔話食唔晒,分左一半軟幼麵比我試,非常感動,多謝多謝 ﹗加埋半熟蛋一齊食,正到震。係我既第 1 次食軟麵,質地真係勁腍勁軟喎,腍劈劈唔洗點趙,而且索湯力較低又較淡口。限定生薑王湯拉麵,一大舊薑蓉球、竹筍、魚蛋片、肥叉燒、半熟蛋、菠菜,都好富豐。賣相精美,排得靚靚,好香豬骨濃湯氣味呢。一黎當然先呷兩口湯底,超強烈豬骨濃湯味道,黏黏糊糊的漿住您的嘴,繼而薑味漸漸的冒起來。溫柔清淡的薑味並不霸道,亦不幸辣,吊吊味帶出清新既感覺。硬麵掛著濃湯大注大注啜入口,好食到忘我 ﹗再跟甘甜蛋黃汁混和,好味到震呢。捲著煙肉般的肥叉燒一齊趙,每口散發著肉香油香,太美味。一個麵底怎能滿足到我,加多個硬麵先。食多幾口薑王湯有點膩,洒上大量辣粉刺激一下,爽到爆 ﹗食自己即磨芝麻碎,又真係幾鬼有鮮味架喎,仲有少少油脂添,加入拉麵特別香口,正 ﹗硬麵夾著竹筍、菠菜連湯掃入口,多種味道跟質感撞得精采而美味,好好食啊 ﹗六位食家埋單六百幾蚊,價錢合理,正常一碗靚拉麵都差不多一百蚊碗。而且我仲要食左一個半幼麵、一個粗麵、兩隻半熟蛋、叉燒、紫菜、木耳呢,抵食啦 ﹗我已經充滿力量喇,出發鏢賽,殺殺殺 ﹗ continue reading

老實講,我好少寫食評,原因係每次期待想食嘅東西,都不會太離譜同太差⋯⋯我同囡囡期待已久去試依間拉麵店,企喺門口等左大半個鐘,失望而回我地6:45pm到步,由排隊到入座只係半個鐘多d,店員已經跟我地講,糖心蛋賣晒晚市時間,七點幾,賣晒!太離譜吧我跟囡囡一樣叫了兩個豚王拉麵"幼麵",已經要求麵質硬啲,煮咗出嚟麵質淋到好似軟身既全蛋麵咁,簡直徹底失望 continue reading

豚王拉麵係其中一間我最喜愛的日式拉麵店。九龍區分店位置在尖沙咀的棉登徑內,長長的人龍估計要等三十分鐘,既然一場來到,再長也要一排。舖仔細細既小店內,拉麵選擇唔多,但叫人回味無窮。四大天王包括: 豚王 、黑王、赤王、翠王,我今次選了翠王。湯底青翠是來自橄欖油混合巴西葉,另外也加入幾種唔同既蔬菜而製成。味道方面,濃厚既芝士配合翠王個性風味。而其羊奶味很濃,喜歡奶味既朋友真係好岩。聽說赤王,有辛辣香味卻不辣更不嗆喉,下次一定要試! continue reading

I always went here for lunch, rarely for dinner like this time. There was not much customers and no need to queue up.I ordered the red noodles and the ball was with some minced pork, it is more tasty than original favour. It was not too spicy and the soup is thick. continue reading

近年香港刮起拉麵風,各種日式拉麵店如雨後春筍般進駐香港,食過一蘭,横岡拉麵,一風堂之後,今次試一試尖沙咀的豚王。打開MENU,款式選擇不多,今次想試下新款式,又想食得健康D,就揀左翠王。湯底由芝士,橄欖油及羅勒葉製成,似乎很有特色,而老婆就揀左豚王豬骨拉麵。先來嘅係翠王拉麵,青草色的湯底,面層再滲上一層芝士粉,香氣滿溢。拉麵嘅芝士味很濃,就像嗑下淡淡芝士,芝士控迷必試~而豚王豬骨拉麵,一如以往仍保持住一貫水準,麵質鬆軟,濃郁嘅豬骨湯底令人很有衝動想一次過喝光。即使開多了分店,仍能維持到原有味道,實有很難得。 continue reading
