To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

轉眼成年無黎嘆豚王拉麵喇,撞啱鏢隊要出城比賽,機會黎喇飛雲 ﹗隊友們仲未到架?好肚餓呀,越黎越多人黎挑隊呀,未齊人唔比入囉,可惡 ﹗美食團成員有九流鏢手、怒之大地、美麗有罪、小雲達人、小立鴨及真熾天使。試過地獄赤湯,輪到墨汁黑皇喇。大家都好努力地做功課,有唔明白就即刻舉手或打電話問朋友,謝謝。食神保祐,遇上第 5 湯底!有緣一試限定生薑王,所有調味料份量由師傅 set 好,我只需要揀麵既硬度已足夠,期待中。墨汁豬骨湯黑皇超硬幼麵加叉燒加半熟蛋加木耳加紫菜加辛辣,等到頸到長,想餓死我咩,終於都到喇 ﹗唔記得左醬油應該要淡還是普通添,是但揀個普通搏一搏啦 ﹗幼麵口感嚥靭爽口,掛湯力特強,每一啖都充滿濃湯 ﹗普通濃度既湯底已經非常濃郁,濃到有點滯,不過味道一流,我可以接受,雖然有朋友仔覺得味道太濃,質地太黏唔好食。我下次再黎食的話都會轉做淡或最淡湯底囉,會更加好味。唔知係咪我叫既黑皇普通濃湯味道特濃,所以遮蓋左半熟蛋既蛋黃既甘甜味呢,硬係無咩蛋味咁,滑彈但好淡。食完個幼麵加個超硬粗麵底先,加底係另上架 ﹗粗麵跟幼麵唔係相差太遠,但口感更嚥硬更爽,好鬼鍾意呀 ﹗如果要加湯係要額外收費架,所以係第 1 輪既時候要慳住飲,哈哈 ﹗大啖大啖咁食麵,感覺超級暢快 ﹗湯係就係濃左一點點,下次 order 淡醬油更好。食晒所有半熟蛋、幼麵粗麵、叉燒木耳、紫菜都仲未夠飽喎,陰功 ﹗朋友仔話食唔晒,分左一半軟幼麵比我試,非常感動,多謝多謝 ﹗加埋半熟蛋一齊食,正到震。係我既第 1 次食軟麵,質地真係勁腍勁軟喎,腍劈劈唔洗點趙,而且索湯力較低又較淡口。限定生薑王湯拉麵,一大舊薑蓉球、竹筍、魚蛋片、肥叉燒、半熟蛋、菠菜,都好富豐。賣相精美,排得靚靚,好香豬骨濃湯氣味呢。一黎當然先呷兩口湯底,超強烈豬骨濃湯味道,黏黏糊糊的漿住您的嘴,繼而薑味漸漸的冒起來。溫柔清淡的薑味並不霸道,亦不幸辣,吊吊味帶出清新既感覺。硬麵掛著濃湯大注大注啜入口,好食到忘我 ﹗再跟甘甜蛋黃汁混和,好味到震呢。捲著煙肉般的肥叉燒一齊趙,每口散發著肉香油香,太美味。一個麵底怎能滿足到我,加多個硬麵先。食多幾口薑王湯有點膩,洒上大量辣粉刺激一下,爽到爆 ﹗食自己即磨芝麻碎,又真係幾鬼有鮮味架喎,仲有少少油脂添,加入拉麵特別香口,正 ﹗硬麵夾著竹筍、菠菜連湯掃入口,多種味道跟質感撞得精采而美味,好好食啊 ﹗六位食家埋單六百幾蚊,價錢合理,正常一碗靚拉麵都差不多一百蚊碗。而且我仲要食左一個半幼麵、一個粗麵、兩隻半熟蛋、叉燒、紫菜、木耳呢,抵食啦 ﹗我已經充滿力量喇,出發鏢賽,殺殺殺 ﹗ continue reading

最近的工作量繁多, 逼得在周五要加班才完成得了部份工作. 一下班立即感到肚餓, 本想去大家樂簡單解決晚飯. 殊不知大家樂已給自由行佔領. 沒奈何下只好邊走邊看openrice收藏找找最近沒吃過的拉麵吧.找了好一會, 便想到來這家有1年多沒來的豚王拉麵分店. 沒想到門外的人龍差不多有10人, 等了差不多15分鐘才因為是單人位可提早進內. 由於時間已晚, 站著15分鐘已感飢餓, 便不點平常的豚王而點限定王. 我本身又是咖哩迷. 枱面如一般拉麵店有標準設備, 醋, 芝麻, 辣芽菜等.有提供檸檬水給顧客自行斟水, 水是常溫的, 不太能舒解坐在吧枱位感到的熱浪.如大部份拉麵店一樣提供辣芽菜, 但芽菜並不爽脆, 底層有汁泡著, 可能是少人舀來吃吧?店內的裝修頗簡潔, 4人座位頗多. 廚房與一般的分別不算很大, 但我留意到有一包"Lays"薯片在枱上, 心感不妙中... 不一會拉麵便上桌, 只等了大約5分鐘. 麵的上頭舖滿了“Lays”薯片, 份量比想像中多 薯片沾著咖哩湯, 變得又咸又油膩. 而且有2,3塊薯片浸得軟淋淋, 難吃.吃畢上層的薯片, 看到帶有不少辣椒的咖哩醬淋在豬骨湯底上. 吃起來只感受到辣椒的辣味及油膩的感覺. 麵條是細麵, 彈性不佳, 與湯底也不太配合.义燒則只有薄薄的兩塊, 若要說這應是全碗麵最好吃的部份.湯底的濃, 辣, 油, 最後令我少有地不能喝光麵湯, 整碗麵的飽肚感十足但味道平平, 吃後只有後悔的感覺.埋單$90沒有加一, 但價格已比外面部份的知名麵店還高.翻食指數: 30分.  味道差, 價格貴, 門外還要排隊, 多半不會再來. (此指數平衡店舖交通, 味道, 環境, 價格... 等等, 個人作出的評價.) continue reading

之前試了沒霸氣的霸嗎拉麵後心底裏不太開懷,深深不忿這過江龍帶給我那一般的味道,就係咁那條拉麵癮在身體內不斷蠕動,這天趁著一個人的浪漫來到在港已久的豚王看看它能否給我驚喜及止癮!!我目標很明確就係辣味的{赤王}^0^選好赤王後按個人口味選醬油,香味油,蒜蓉和唐辛醬的份量,再揀腩肉或肩肉,麵種和軟硬度,度身訂造自家的拉麵~食拉麵當然飲可樂$13啦!!{赤王}$95終於到來,湯色橙紅很能挑起食慾~呷上一口濃湯熱燙足夠了,味道香辣不油膩,應該加多點辣度更能合我口味~豬腩肉並未如我想像般肥瘦均勻,入口較肥膩而且香味不夠,有點失望呢!! 須已點選{細硬麵}可惜還是過淋啊,一點口感也沒有,真的未能打動奄尖的我啊!!整體來說豚王對我嚟講都係不外如是呢!! continue reading

Thanks my friend for advanced me something in my difficult time. After finished the job we went to have ramen.I had the original taste pork bone soup, with level 1 spicy. I always love to order the original taste, the soup would be thicker and not too distracted by strong taste. continue reading

The restaurant is nice and the ramen is great!  I was told before going that it was going to take a while get a seat but I was able to get a spot right away. They have an English menu if you ask for it and the waiting staff can speak English too so there weren't any language barriers.  I got the original ramen  and it was cooked in front of me. The ramen was very hot when I got it and was delicious! The waiting staff seemed quite busy but for Hong Kong service they weren't too bad. continue reading
