本想去蘭桂坊吃日式石燒牛,今晩來到才知道已經轉址了,現在開了漢堡店,也難怪的,去蘭桂坊的也多了喝酒派對的人,吃漢堡喝啤酒較為適合。我倆也不想掃興,所以也進去試試。餐牌簡單易明,有九款漢堡選擇,還有小食和飲品,可惜店員說還未有酒牌。椰青水 ($25)貼心的餐廳還有膠手套提供呢,可以放心盡情地用手吃了。我點了大蘑菇扒漢堡 ($128),看到師傅是即叫即做的。用了安格斯牛肉、車打芝士、大蘑菇、生菜、蕃茄、炒洋蔥和特制醬汁製成的漢堡未必太有份量了,一口也必定吃不下。漢堡扒很美味,鮮嫩帶豐富肉汁。加了大蘑菇就更香更有口感,非常好味。寶寶的英式早餐漢堡 ($105) 是安格斯牛肉、雞蛋、車打芝士、煙肉、生菜、蕃茄、炒洋蔥和蕃茄醬製成。就好像把平時在 Cafe 吃的英式早餐搬了上漢堡包一樣。好厚身好豐富呀!還點了個炸魷魚 ($55) 小食,即叫即炸超好味呀,魷魚彈牙,又炸得香脆惹味,沾上醬汁味道很夾。 continue reading

世界杯舉行之際好多人都對老蘭避之則吉,的確 不再年輕的我們有點怕太熱鬧怕太熱情了(中女心聲),雖然自己都係世杯期間向馬會進貢了不少,但熱情只限於小賭,不在真正的輸打贏要趁8強前幾日既空檔去試下呢間望落好正既burger!由於係新餐廳嘅關係,menu似乎選擇唔多,當然要有嘅都會有,例如單層或雙層漢堡,加煙肉加芝士甚至大啡菇,side dish一如既往都係薯條魷魚炸物,但未有酒牌既情況下總覺得缺少咗一股爽勁!係店員推介下試咗一個大啡菇漢堡(Steak mushroom beef burger),小店係即叫即整,所以都等左差唔多3個字先有得食!不過聽住師傅煎肉扒既"sizzling"已經係最好既開胃菜,難怪呢個被評為最幸福聲音之一!由於漢堡太大個,一上枱我已經迫不及待戴好手套開餐,都影唔到入面既菇同肉係juicy到滿瀉既情況!!除左juicy外真係唔知可以點形容!漢堡扒質地結實,BBQ味調味適中,兩面煎得非常香而且大火喉有助鎖住肉汁;醬汁用既係偏甜既mayo加稀版甜mustard,同漢堡扒配搭得恰到好處 唯一可以再好啲嘅,就係「麵包」皮可以輕輕烘烤一下再夾,會更香更正!(純屬個人喜好)xD一人一個大包既情況下仲未滿足(貪字得個肥),試左薯條同炸魷魚side dish:炸魷魚超正!雖然好油,但真係好香同下酒一流!魷魚既咸香加上肉質彈牙咬口豐富,呢一刻更飲恨點解無酒牌!!!薯條大大支,無乜特別但漢堡配薯條既組合令人唔忍心拆散。老蘭黎講呢間地鋪都算細,但食物質素高,性價比相信係方圓100米內比較高的。呢晚有少少雨,都見到附近幾間酒吧既職員走黎買,睇黎新店已經有一堆熟客了!不過要再次強調:希望下次嚟有酒牌!咁就可以食得更爽! continue reading

之前曾幫襯過位於中環嘅「Steak Bar」,早前途經蘭桂坊,發現原來這間日式牛扒店已經搬咗去銅鑼灣登龍街,而原址就改咗做「Burger Bar」。瀏覽過網上餐牌,見店子有我愛吃嘅蘑菇扒漢堡供應,已經即時將餐廳放喺 wishlist,趁這晚小鬼不回來吃飯,就一於兩口子過嚟蘭桂坊行下,順便以 burger 做晚餐。餐廳裝潢同之前嘅「Steak Bar」分別不大,面積細小,座位不多,全部以高身嘅檯櫈為主,桌子擺放得有點密麻,幸好來到時,時間尚早,店內食客不多,店員讓我倆隨意選擇座位,感覺亦蠻不錯。翻開店員送上嘅餐牌,漢堡包共有 9 款選擇,大部份以牛為主,另外亦有雞扒漢堡、炸魚漢堡及素田園磨菇扒漢堡,售價由 $80 至 $145 不等,而客人凡惠顧漢堡,便可用優惠價加配幾款指定小食。小吃當然亦可以散點,全部以炸物為主,有薯條、薯角、洋蔥圈、炸魷魚及吉列炸蝦等。揀好食物後,便可以用點菜紙直接落單,店員會將食物隨後送上。筆者是炸物粉絲,先嚟兩款小食過下口癮,選了洋蔥圈 ($55)  同炸魷魚 ($55),兩款炸物水準都唔錯,炸得金黃香脆,調味恰到好處。洋蔥圈入口外脆內軟,粉漿唔算厚,味道帶甜;而炸魷魚亦分量十足,上檯時仍熱辣辣,咬下煙韌富嚼勁,是筆者心水之選!Burger 選了我心儀嘅素田園磨菇扒漢堡 ($80),漢堡包以木托板呈上,個子不大,用料很簡單,包面灑滿黑白芝麻,而入面就夾有大燒烤蘑菇、車打芝士、生菜、番茄、炒洋蔥同招牌特製醬。麵包應該有烘過,但食落唔算好脆口,包身非常軟熟,芝士半溶化,生菜新鮮爽口,番茄清甜多汁,不過最值得一讚嘅,當然係中間嘅大磨菇,厚肉鮮甜、嫩滑多汁,juicy 程度絕對不遜於漢堡扒。至於胃口唔錯嘅老公就揀咗炸魚漢堡 ($90),材料有炸魚柳、生菜、番茄同羅勒醬,另外再加咗兩款 toppings,包括煙肉 (+$20)  同大燒烤蘑菇 (+$40)。由於餡料眾多,加上疊得高高,所以個漢堡包看起來非常巨型,賣相澎湃。魚柳即叫即炸,極為大件,有成 1.5 隻手掌長,如臉般大小,十分誇張。一口咬下,魚柳外層炸至脆卜卜,食落非常鬆化,而入面嘅魚肉亦滑溜不乾身,配埋鹹香惹味嘅煙肉同多汁嘅大烤菇吃,再加罐檸檬汽水 ($18)  作結,食完真係大滿足,喜歡吃漢堡包的朋友不容錯過! continue reading

今日放工同4位好姊妹黎到蘭桂芳食burger. 這間位置好的burger bar, 雖然地方唔係好大,但氣氛好feel、服務excellent(老闆娘好有善又用心推介不同burger)又有不同音樂播放,好適合放工黎relax一下!透明玻璃見到老闆用心製作!我們叫了4個不同burgers、原味薯條、炸魷魚及自製飲品(lemonade)1. 田園磨菇扒漢堡好大份好巨型!大燒烤磨菇好大好多汁好香、牛肉漢堡好多汁好有牛味又有口感;車打芝士半熔化好香好滑!配上健康生菜及番茄, 麵包有牛油香味又鬆脆軟熟,烤過好香口喔!招牌秘製醬汁好野味又好夾果然是皇牌之一2. 英式早餐漢堡這個包含了英式早餐的配料,如:荷包蛋(煎得剛好、流心的金黃蛋黃)、生菜、番茄、安格斯牛肉及煙肉,好豐盛!配上番茄醬,好開胃好酸甜!3. 辣味洋蔥漢堡這個牛肉半熟好軟好香,微辣的醬汁好野味,配上香濃車打芝士及生洋蔥,好香又甜辣的口感;生菜及番茄減少了漢堡的油膩感;特製醬汁好配合又野味4. 脆皮炸雞漢堡我們最喜歡這個!雞肉好好好香又嫩又多汁,外皮好香脆又唔會油膩;配上蜜糖芥末醬,好夾又美味;5. 炸原味薯條薯條好有薯味,外脆內軟(好多薯蓉),又唔會太濃,有黑胡椒撒在薯條上,更香更野味,好快就一人一條不停口6. 炸魷魚魷魚爽口新鮮,是嫩嫩的小魷魚;炸得好香脆又熱騰騰!7. 自製飲品自家製作Lemonade及Lemonade紅茶好清新,不會太甜又可以去油膩 continue reading

餐廳喺蘭桂芳入面,店舖面積比較細,坐得比較擠迫,店內播放輕快歌曲,氣氛都幾輕鬆。總共有九種漢堡飽選擇,可以加錢配小食、配料,亦有幾款side dishes。【自家製清甜檸檬汁$25】微甜微酸,啱晒食之前開開胃,食完之後消消滯。【蘋果汁$25】味道偏甜,蘋果味香濃。【沙律(意大利沙律)$18】落咗柚子醋嘅新鮮沙律菜,清新開胃。【大蘑菇扒漢堡$128】材料有安格斯牛肉、車打芝士、大燒烤蘑菇、生菜、蕃茄、炒洋蔥配以招牌特製醬。面包上面有黑白芝麻好香口;蘑菇味道香濃又出奇地juicy;牛肉煎到大約7-8成熟,肉汁豐富。不過就食唔到個招牌特製醬嘅味道,但已相當美味。【牛魔王漢堡$145】雙層安格斯牛肉+雙層車打芝士差唔多成部手機咁高,夠足料。雙重軟滑芝士配勁厚牛肉漢堡,雙重享受,大滿足!我地仲加咗隻蛋($10),不過隻蛋係全熟,如果煎到有少少蛋汁流出嚟就更正。餐廳飲品就冇酒類飲品,不過呢度係蘭桂芳,食完行幾步就大把酒吧啦,飲到你唔想飲都仲得。飽餐一頓,到真正蒲吧時間啦~ continue reading
