今次試咗呢間滾爺,上網睇到佢個椰子火鍋好正,特登叫咗嚟試。 上菜嘅時候已經嚇親冇諗過咁足料竟然可以有兩個椰皇同兩個椰青,之後店員就將佢哋啲水倒晒落個火鍋度配埋個文昌雞。湯底滾咗之後等5分鐘就可以食到好滑嘅椰子雞。嗰店員教我哋飲咗個湯底先,個湯底勁清甜,而且個雞都好滑,可以推薦俾大家。唯一唔好就係價錢偏貴啲牛肉基本上都賣成三百幾$400一碟,如果想食得飽,我諗兩個人可能都要千幾$2000落樓。不過食物質素算對得上價錢,所以如果想食好嘢又夠budget嘅你就可以試吓。

放工同朋友行婚紗街,見到有間火鍋叫滾爺,見個名改得唔錯就去試。秋風剛起,湯底選左招牌椰子雞,足料半隻雞,最勁烈係店員係你面前倒入2個椰皇+2個椰青做湯底。大火滾起再焗5分鐘就食得,雞滑椰子味香濃。個椰子湯勁清甜。美國安格斯板眼,牛脂分佈均勻,厚薄適中,牛味香濃新鮮第一刀 (新鮮豬肉),厚薄適中,鮮甜肉鮮嫩手包韭菜餃,手包鮮蝦雲吞,大大粒,足料新鮮好味彈牙手打墨魚滑,彈牙新鮮,食到粒粒墨魚香甜的湯底一定要加個蜂巢豆腐吸湯底,贊值得一贊係滾爺個菜真係比足一藍,同一般火鍋店不同

又係打邊爐嘅時間,尖沙咀原來有間隱蔽打邊爐,係金巴利道附近,食飽飽再去附近飲野都好方便招牌椰子雞鍋(半隻)湯底點了椰子雞鍋,網上食評嘅即場落椰子湯🥥已經無做了,轉了直接上鍋底,方便又快捷。鍋內本身有椰子片同雞件。雞件分量都足半隻雞的,有好多件,更有小馬蹄粒要說呢個爐真係好勁,無論之後加幾多湯,不夠10秒就會滾,未見過咁強勁嘅爐。有了呢個爐,我哋湯底嘅雞肉好快就熟,保持嫩滑口感。油麥菜打邊爐要食多點菜哦! 油麥菜夠青嫩,賣相一流,修剪得一流,證明好乾淨! 是必點名物🥂讚歧烏冬椰子湯配烏冬一流! 而且烏冬好彈牙好好食,掛滿濃濃椰子味,好食到想知係咩牌子,買番屋企食😍手打蟹籽墨魚丸看著手機點餐時,朋友仲話黎到一定唔會咁靚。點知! 真係同圖片一模一樣! 滿滿的蟹籽圍滿了墨魚丸外圍,只係食蟹籽都抵,好抵食,重點係佢真係黏得好好,放入湯都無散開過,口感脆脆的,加上彈牙嘅手打墨丸,好好味
