幾年前黎過一次同媽媽慶生,印象係好好食。最近有想再黎既感覺而用開飯book位有個八折就黎左。叫左兩個set dinner, 一個甜品。落左單,先上麵包籃。法國餐廳既麵包真係好好食!外脆內軟!仲要熱住上枱,麵包唔食唔得!前菜:烤鮮蝦沙律配芒果 - 用芒果salsa醬配沙律真係好好食!夏日感既沙律🥗大蒜薯蓉湯配湮肉油 - 不過不失,無咩大驚喜主菜:雜菜扁意粉配羅勒鮮茄醬 - 扁意粉質地好煙韌,不過個醬個人覺得唔夠「茄」西班牙黑毛豬扒伴普羅旺斯雜燴及薯蓉 - 黑毛豬味唔錯,薯蓉一般,少少薯粒都感覺唔到。反而佢個普羅旺斯雜燴好味,配薯蓉同露荀食甜品:Apple tart - 特別在佢係一片片舖平既蘋果撻,所以出黎先可以咁薄...不過唔明點解要配椰子雪糕😭雪呢拿雪糕會夾勁多! continue reading

高CP值既法國餐😍😍😍.首先講番先想食真係要快手喇!因為佢地今個月既29號就會光榮結業🥺咁好食又咁抵食既野就咁就冇喇😭😭😭.其實都第三次黎呢間法國餐廳食野一直都最愛呢度既干邑龍蝦湯🦞又夠龍蝦肉又夠濃味🤤係波波同老人家既致愛😍仲有個法式鵝肝焦糖燉蛋又係必食😋香濃滑!但上面個堆莓醬就可免則免喇🙈個人對甜加咸既組合有保留🤣🤣🤣.帶子松露芝士軟飯味道剛好唔會太咸,最令人驚喜既係個帶子輕煎兩面中間係半熟唔會起晒絲咁鞋😋個油封鴨脾整得比乳鴿更嫩滑🤤又唔鞋又香鴨油味❤️我懷疑我以前一直都係食緊鴨胸🙊今次叫既係set dinner , 上面既龍蝦湯同燉蛋都係要加錢但散叫都要100起所以叫餐係比較抵既😝 continue reading

努力工作之餘都要好好獎勵自己經為食隊友介紹,今日來到觀塘工業區的一間法國米芝連一星過江龍餐廳。餐廳位於一個小商場內,加上週末工業區較冷清,完全想像不到這個位置會有一間臥虎藏龍的餐廳。餐廳氛圍較暗,用色樸素,看上去反而有點感覺老舊,絕不像吃巧手工藝的地方餐牌有tasting menu及set dinner。由於我們都不愛生蠔,所以毫無懸念的選了兩個set dinner。下單後侍應奉上麵包籃,有脆麵包條和烘熱的法包。配的醬有點像小時候那個呑拿魚沙律+餅乾的零食,不過這個的沙律醬base酸一點,一起吃味道不錯麵包籃+醬還可再refill呢!傳統法式洋蔥湯配芝士多士說起「傳統洋蔥湯」,我會想到整片法包浸在湯裡、上面是溶了的芝士的那個模樣。anyway, 湯是中規中矩,多士始終有芝士在上,不算太脆,沾湯也不夾,單獨吃較好。西班牙黑毛豬扒伴新薯及小甘荀($348)上桌時見豬扒偏白,第一感覺是:嘩咁多肥膏既?看仔細一點,約四分一是脂肪吧份量其實不多,單看其闊度好像是左右開半再排成一字上碟,所以我想最多只有半塊豬扒吧。最頂那塊連骨的「豬扒頭」跟下面的扒格格不入(闊度不同、顏色不同、脂肪比不同、生熟度也不同),好像不知從那裡拿過來湊數⋯⋯說回味道,因為脂肪較多,所以肉質較嫩(除了連骨那塊),只是份量真的不多,切掉脂肪後沒太多剩。慢煮澳洲羊架伴矮瓜及新鮮時蔬($348)羊架大塊,肉質偏嫩,火喉控制得不錯,還有一點點羶味(喜歡吃羊的應該都喜歡那種獨有的味道吧?),個人較喜歡這碟餐廳經理說現在有八折優惠,所以埋單每位~$320總括而言,食物質素不錯,服務正常(不會無禮,但也不像高級食肆那些拉凳、鞠躬等),裝修一般,座位寬敞。加上週末的夜晚寧靜,絕對是個跟好友談心的好地方👍🏻 continue reading

不嬲都知觀塘好多工業大廈有高質西餐, 但電訊一代廣場就真係未去過! 同事升職請食飯, 就揀咗呢間米芝蓮餐廳。餐廳環境好寬敞, 亦有啲弧形梳化位, 好適合5-6人嘅小聚。Lunch嘅選擇幾多, 我哋成班同事就一齊揀Set Menu。餐前嘅法包配上蛋黃醬食好開胃Appetizer揀咗Mushroom Soup with Gruyere Cheese Toast, 蘑菇味好香濃, 但多士就無嘜特別。Main Course方面叫咗Pan-fried Seabass. 香脆嘅鱸魚肉質好滑好juicy, 配菜嘅Ravioli皮厚薄適中, 唯一係份量比較少。整體嚟講食物唔錯, 但lunch set menu $250性價比唔算好高, 都係等下次慶祝嘅時候先再encore continue reading
