環境及服務體驗與餐飲質素同樣重要。整體上這間咖啡店的格局與其他獨立小品咖啡店沒有大分別，唯獨一列簡單整潔、雜而有序的廚具說出了韻味所在，日本推祟的簡約氣味就此體現。這種裝置增添了很多親切感。熱Latte亦很不錯，唯獨冰Latte的冰塊略嫌多了點，淡化了咖啡味道。糕點款式太少，賣相一般，仍有很大的改善空間。

沒有趕住人潮去旅行，Easter留係香港來到上環享受一頓慢節奏Brunch也是不錯既放鬆。照住網上推薦點了一下兩款主食和咖啡，不負預期～牛油果蓉多士陪煙三文魚流心蛋及沙律菜～賣相滿分～自從得知荷蘭醬的邪惡成分之後就望而卻步，從此轉愛poached egg～牛油果味道濃郁，仲配有原粒芝士,最愛一次過將麵包牛油果流心蛋黃同三文魚塞進嘴裡的口感朋友則點左Egg benedict 配火腿，想必味道也是不錯～因為這家小店以澳洲咖啡出名，便點了Picolo來小嚐～ 入口有一陣濃烈的酸味，不知是否是當地咖啡特點，但不影響整體順口的體驗～本以為小店位於soho半山可以與藍天白雲共餐，不過有幸坐到窗口位光線美好～還會Encore

今天在西環吃中午飯後散步到此，只點了一杯堂飲的凍朱古力Iced chocolate，同行的點了凍鮮奶咖啡Iced latte。我坐在最出的bar枱位置，面向店內，所以一直都在留意店員沖煮飲品的過程，她亦不時向我方投下不友善的目光。十分失望地，看到她拿出一支Hershey's syrup，混合Meiji鮮奶後，便是我點的Iced chocolate！Hershey's呀，你至多可叫chocolate flavoured milk。我沒有預料到在中上環這種咖啡店被serve一杯用chocolate-flavoured syrup沖的Iced chocolate。只怪我沒留意我叫的不是Iced cocoa不用多說，飲品比我中學年代自家沖的沒分別，只有甜，沒有朱古力味。講完！Definitely won't come back here. Their "Iced Chocolate" was made from Hershey's syrup. The result was only pure sweetness.

第一次塔進上環呢個小區去食野，泥到一間規模都幾細嘅cafe 但就坐滿人，仲要等位 （應該係星期日嘅關係）。成個setting好有文青氣式，啱哂同朋友吹水。同友人share左兩個all day breakfast, 一個係brew bro big breakfast。其實就係同出面成日見到嘅all day breakfast 一樣。但值得一讚有兩樣野。第一，佢個toast好軟熟同in un，配埋好滑嘅scrambled eggs係絕配。第二，好欣賞佢半個advocado咁上碟，為breakfast帶來一點清新。仲叫左呢個advocado toast，係有少少失望。Toast上面嘅advocado份量有點少，加上advocado本身味道唔重，如同埋上面嘅salad一齊食，就只係食到advocado嘅質感，食唔到佢嘅味道😦😦😦 Poached eggs煮得過熟，smoked salmon ok 但份量有點少。較為特別係呢個chai tea，茶葉外仲加左honey同soy milk。呢種spice tea第一次試，初時覺得好似有點藥味，但飲落又覺得幾新奇 入口良好。不過應該唔係個個都啱飲，比你

The place was actually a bit packed, but the staff were very nice and found me a spot. This is my second time at this place. The last time I came (which was a long time ago), I tried their almond croissant and coffee. I remembered that the croissant was a bit dry and did not think highly of it, but I know this place serves some good coffee, hence I decided to come again. 只是沒有光顧一陣子, menu已被改變, 有很多選擇不見了。這是還未轉餐牌時吃的。在一個餐上再加了toppings, 非常大堆頭! 很喜歡這炒蛋, 非常滑溜, 軟綿綿的。poached eggs是我另加的, 因為喜歡流心蛋黃流到麵包上一起吃。上星期再光顧, 發現餐牌有變動有一點晴天霹靂之感, 但看看開放式廚房仍是同一廚師, 就決定留下來吃。叫了簡單的炒蛋多士伴三文魚, 再另加豆。這次的蛋不同了, 下了芝士來炒, 還是以往都有下芝士只是我吃不出來? 下了很多芝士，蛋雖仍然滑但沒有蛋味因為芝士味很重。挺好吃但會容易滯。順帶一提, 這裡的麵包是不錯食的, 皮很脆很好吃!當然要有咖啡作尾Flat white, 一貫水準。
