今日嚟咗呢間嘢食late lunch,諗住碰下運氣,因為好多時黎佢都唔開,宜家仲要過晒lunch時段,成三點幾四點,結果佢又開喎,不過全店冇客,仲好得我一個人⋯個侍應pass左張order紙俾我,哩間野主食係生牛肉湯河,有超級生牛肉同普通生牛肉之分,差成三十幾蚊,生牛肉亦有分生牛肉、生牛肉及熟牛肉、同熟牛肉之分。我揀左普通生牛肉(生牛肉),因為之前食過超級生牛肉,真係食唔出好大分別,所以我就慳返個三十幾蚊追加多一份生牛肉(加十七蚊)。另外,因為我係濱海控,所以嗌咗個類似嘅蒸粉卷,加罐可樂。講返個生牛肉湯河,追加左一份牛同冇追加份量差唔多,我叫生牛肉,但黎到嘅時候已經係全熟嘅牛肉,anyway,牛肉質素係高嘅,所以我覺得唔需要特登order超級生牛肉。老實講,個湯底係成碗生牛肉湯河嘅靈魂,我成日黎食嘅原因都係因為佢個湯底真係做得好好,有時就算個湯底真係做得好好,都好似同啲河粉完全唔夾,但係佢哩間嘅生牛肉湯河就係出色在哩樣野,味道好甜,應該D牛骨淆左好耐,同D河粉好夾,真係好食。要彈嘅唯一一樣野係份量問題,男仔食一定唔夠飽。至於蒸粉卷就一般,得三舊,成五十五蚊,粉皮係薄嘅但唔夠滑,餡亦唔多

侍應pass左張order紙俾我,哩間野主食係生牛肉湯河,有超級生牛肉同普通生牛肉之分,差成三十幾蚊,生牛肉亦有分生牛肉、生牛肉及熟牛肉、同熟牛肉之分。我揀左普通生牛肉(生牛肉),因為之前食過超級生牛肉,真係食唔出好大分別,所以我就慳返個三十幾蚊追加多一份生牛肉(加十七蚊)。另外,因為我係濱海控,所以嗌咗個類似嘅蒸粉卷,加罐可樂。

講返個生牛肉湯河,追加左一份牛同冇追加份量差唔多,我叫生牛肉,但黎到嘅時候已經係全熟嘅牛肉,anyway,牛肉質素係高嘅,所以我覺得唔需要特登order超級生牛肉。老實講,個湯底係成碗生牛肉湯河嘅靈魂,我成日黎食嘅原因都係因為佢個湯底真係做得好好,有時就算個湯底真係做得好好,都好似同啲河粉完全唔夾,但係佢哩間嘅生牛肉湯河就係出色在哩樣野,味道好甜,應該D牛骨淆左好耐,同D河粉好夾,真係好食。要彈嘅唯一一樣野係份量問題,男仔食一定唔夠飽。

至於蒸粉卷就一般,得三舊,成五十五蚊,粉皮係薄嘅但唔夠滑,餡亦唔多,得少少豬肉碎同木耳碎(唔肯定),味道唔錯,但濱海好食好多。

因為工作原因最近經常在太古出沒。難得過來點都試下呢間嘅生牛肉河。上菜好快,不過牛肉一啲都唔生,有點over cooked ,雖然未至於有渣,但肉質偏老。湯底不錯但略嫌油膩,河粉份量太少了,食哂成碗牛河都唔覺飽。以近百蚊的價錢來說,只能說是賣精緻而不是實際。

湯底,無味精,飲得出有牛去炮製,一碗好用心的湯底,賣成舊水一碗,我都覺得值得,真係好好味。我選擇了多芫茜,佢真係比足料。

敗北既係上枱時,牛肉其實有一大半都熟曬,不過都好好味同份量多,只不過我就分唔出特級生牛河同普通牛河既分別。下次叫普通算,平$30。

春卷足料,材料新鮮,4件春卷跟4片新鮮生菜,非常好👍👍👍👍👍。香港好多越南餐廳啲生菜係裝飾,但Brass Spoon既生菜真係比人食👍。

飲品方面,梳打就是普通,但在一個冷氣唔足夠既地方就係必須。凍咖啡我就無影,啲個係真係比較失望,飲落口真係飲鑵裝即飲咖啡,越南特色其實仲有越南咖啡,如果佢做得好啲就會更加好,不過香港人食飯好怪,可能為慳錢,大家出街食飯都唔太著重「飲」果方面。

環境方面,廚房裝修真係好重要,我唔知佢係咪用返上手裝修還是佢地自己裝修,可能係open kitchen 既關係,成間店都好熱,吧枱上面每個位都一個風扇仔,真係熱死。其實open kitchen 都可以做得好好,佢只欠一塊玻璃分隔吧枱同廚房。而廚房爐頭向住客人就已經唔正確,仲要無玻璃隔住。可能係想營造一個比較東南亞高溫既感覺。🤣

整體來講,真係好好味,但價錢就唔係一個可以成日去既價錢。👍

越南牛肉粉專門店有好多選擇,聽講Brass spoon好多人都讚好,而且係米芝蓮推介,所以即管嚟試下係咪咁好味。餐廳格局好有日本拉麵店feel,大部份係bar枱位置。就連點餐方法都好似食拉麵,每碗寫一張點餐紙。配料例如洋蔥、蔥、芫茜同牛湯油都可以根據自己口味選擇份量或者走。除咗牛肉粉,仲有幾款撈檬粉同小食選擇。鍾意食芫茜嘅我哋都點咗多芫茜,一上枱見到成碗都鋪滿晒芫茜已經覺得正芽菜同香草係用小碗另上,香草有九層塔、薄荷同鵝芥。生牛肉浸喺滾湯入面,變成半熟嘅粉紅色,賣相好靚。未落香草之前飲一啖湯試真啲味道,牛骨湯底清澈呈茶色,一啲都唔油膩,牛骨味濃郁但唔會過鹹。之後就將香草加入湯底,擠少少青檸汁。加埋香草嘅香味同青檸嘅清新,令湯底味道更豐富河粉非常滑溜,滑到用筷子夾起時會唔小心滑走😂我牛肉都幾大片唔會碎濕濕,肉質嫩滑而且牛肉味濃整體嚟講牛肉粉的確高質,湯底同牛肉都好味。只係河粉份量比較少,同埋定價比較進取。下次會再嚟試下特級生牛肉粉。

Had to eat in since takeaway service was not available for soup noodles. Went at 1:30 to beat the crowd. Didn’t have to wait for a table. Ordered the cooked beef noodles with extra tendons (no onions or scallions) and spring rolls. Generous portions of both beef and tendons. Beef was a bit too fatty for me but was soft and tasty. Hot coffee was a letdown tho, asked for extra condensed milk but still no good.
In summary: highly recommended. One of the best Vietnamese beef noodles place I’ve tried.
