講到越南野最signature既當然係PHO! 呢間連續五年入選米芝蓮推介既餐廳🥰 試過又真係ok架👅 個日平日lunch hour去食好多人等咗15分鐘先有位👀 餐廳專食牛肉粉 menu上面選擇都唔多 需要每個人自己填返自己個張menu的 🥩牛肉都已經有四個選擇: 特級生牛肉($125) 生牛肉($90) 生、熟牛肉($86) 熟牛肉($82) 揀完牛肉就可以再根據個人口味選擇配料既份量: 洋蔥🧅 蔥🧄 芫荽🥬 牛湯油🧈 之後可以再追加多啲牛肉或者其他餸: 牛筋牛柏葉牛丸扎肉 話就話食物款式唔多 但可以見到單單一碗牛肉粉佢地都好有心係想做到最適合每個人既口味😻 🥩𝑹𝒂𝒘 𝑩𝒆𝒆𝒇 𝑵𝒐𝒐𝒅𝒍𝒆𝒔生牛肉粉 ($90)牛肉有4⃣️大片 比起平時嗰啲厚身同埋大片🤩 係好重牛味同埋啲紋理都好靚 每片都完完整整 唔會碎濕濕😋 個粉好滑身夠煙韌挺身 唔會淋 食既時候又可以掛到啲湯😼 至於湯底就好香牛肉味 應該無咩味精😙 食完忍唔住要飲埋個湯🥺如果唔食牛肉可以同餐廳講轉雞肉的❕(menu無寫架) 除咗牛肉湯河都仲有撈檬粉 撈檬粉就有燒豬肉🐷春卷🫔香茅雞🐔 嗰日仲見到有dailyspecial香茅豬扒飯🐷 另外都仲有小食可以叫!呢間絕對係我係香港食過最!好!食!既PHO! 未試過一定要去食!🌟😋味道評分: 8.8/10 🥳環境評分: 7.3/10🤑性價比: 7/10🤩回頭度: 8.5/10 continue reading

Had to eat in since takeaway service was not available for soup noodles. Went at 1:30 to beat the crowd. Didn’t have to wait for a table. Ordered the cooked beef noodles with extra tendons (no onions or scallions) and spring rolls. Generous portions of both beef and tendons. Beef was a bit too fatty for me but was soft and tasty. Used the big “brass spoon” to taste the soup. Sweet snd flavorful. Spring rolls were crispy and crunchy- layers of flavour inside. Hot coffee was a letdown tho, asked for extra condensed milk but still no good. In summary: highly recommended. One of the best Vietnamese beef noodles place I’ve tried. continue reading

今日唔洗點打機,又未煮飯,等我又追下po先XD我好鍾意食越南粉,但同laksa一樣,香港好難搵到間好食,呢間係公司附近但無去過,睇個價錢其實都唔太想試,因為怕會失望,但有一日行過聞到好香,於是就心思思咁...過左幾日,男人話不如去試下,否則我都應該唔會死心XD其實比預想好食,但呢個價位會expect佢再好食尐,同埋食得出有味精,所以係可以試但未必翻兜系列...一個生牛一個牛根,牛根都唔係un,但唔講得上好“林”,而且都幾貴下,所以我會覺得佢唔值呢個價,不過佢走高檔路線,睇你要環境定要碗野,我個人比較cheap,環境不太重要... continue reading

第一次食呢間越南河係佢新開果陣,果陣既同事又唔怕貴又鍾意試新野。成間餐廳既格局同點餐果d都完全唔似普通既越南菜餐廳,反而同附近豚王,大勝軒果d好似,睇住廚師整牛河,都幾有趣。佢一碗越南河或者撈檬要成舊水,但都不乏食客,lunch都係要排隊先有得食。我記得果陣我食撈檬,味道唔錯既。個送唔記得係烤雞定烤豬,烤得好有燒烤味。今次就試番佢既牛河。牛河湯底幾有牛味,清清地帶d甜味。牛肉係薄身既,口感真係幾好,雖然冇之前我同事講到入口即溶咁誇,但都係幾嫩。配菜夠多,成碗麵整體都整得幾好,份量都夠。落單都好似拉麵店咁用紙剔,有得叫佢落extra既牛油,如果叫左可能個牛味會更上層樓。 continue reading

Quick lunch by myself and saw no queue outside. This restaurant with open kitchen and a bit hot if you are sitting right in front of the kitchen.The beef is soft and juicy. The pho and soup is nice but the portion is just good for me so I think too small for man. continue reading
