1月1日,是2024年的新開始,而當日,小女兒的學校有活動,所以一早,成家人就出左尖沙咀。點知,等既時間多過真正表演既時間。最後,搞到成兩點幾先出到黎,去搵野食。而我們,一早已經鎖定去食咖喱了,去的地方,就是太太最喜歡的《Branto》餐廳。幸運地,我們趕得切他們 lunch time 的 last order。為了簡單,我們不花巧了,點他們的 lunch set,方便我們,也方便他們。去食印巴菜,我們一家人都喜歡的前菜,離不開 Dahi Puri 這東西。(不過,有時亦真係會離開的,因為我們既另一前菜選擇會是 Samosa)。特別喜歡這 Dahi Puri 的原因,就是那脆脆的口感,再配上那充滿香料,酸酸甜甜而又有冰涼感的印度式乳酪味道,絕對是令人開心又開胃的啊。我們點的其中一個是 Set Menu 2 (Masala Dosa, Plain Rise, Rasam & Curd)。主要的食品,就是那份又薄又香的 Dosa 薄餅,套餐中不同口味的醬同咖喱,是用來沾薄餅食的,由甜酸辣幾種味道輪著來沾餅食,一次過品味不同的味道,簡單而豐富。另一個套餐 set,印象就叫 South Indian Tahli。主食,就是飯同乳酪,再配以四款有甜也有辣的咖喱同醬汁, 也是一個百味交集的豐富套餐。而 Pav Bhaji,是我們的新嘗試,是一個豆蓉咖喱加在兩個甜麵包。這一個豆蓉咖喱,非常之香濃,沾麵包固然一流,濃香甜俱全。我們用來伴飯食,伴 Dosa 食,也是非常正的。間唔中食下印度咖喱,係一件好開心既事。而素食版的咖喱,《Branto》算是一間經濟實惠又好食既代表。更可以說,這兒是我們一家食素食咖喱的首選。 continue reading

唔知大家係唔係同吉蒂我一樣麻麻地食素?我係點都一定要食肉嘅 #肉食系 女生不過間中 #草食系 一下都未嘗不可早前同貪吃美女友人一齊去尖沙咀找吃竟然比我地隨意用Google搜尋下搵到呢間味道幾正宗嘅印度菜🇮🇳餐廳本身唔知道佢係素食餐廳而求其上咗去點知味道好唔錯,而且價錢亦合理最最最正係佢地嘅 Dahi Puri跟平時吉蒂我大愛嘅 #Panipuri 賣相相似但係佢係內裡包裹住少少酸酸甜甜似係乳酪嘅醬汁唔似Panipuri咁自己加醬汁食呢幾知波波我地都大讚『超好食』另外一讚就係杯名叫Ganga Jamuna嘅果汁飲品真係好新鮮水果製成好Fresh嘅味道而唔係假果汁🍹難道佢一杯賣成 $49 嘅~值得,哈提提大家如果有機會嚟試記得要事前睇定想食咩因為佢個menu內容真係多到有少少嚇人趕時都嘅就可以好似我地咁點個套餐咩都食到今次我地點嘅Special Branto Indian Thali $119都好抵食!大家突然之間想食下素食咖喱不妨試吓~~~ continue reading

好多年沒吃尖沙咀印度素食餐廳,原來換了新裝修坐得比以前舒服。打開餐牌見無naan餅食,南印度菜似乎係主打各類特色煎餅,仲有麵包和炒飯,感覺全部都係澱粉質。揀不到吃甚麼可以揀套餐,有飯有咖喱各種醬汁甜品飲品,一盤過比較沒煩惱。iSquare 後面那條街樂道,上一樓就係印度餐廳,電梯門打開已經很有印度風味。好多年前食過一次,印象中唔係呢個裝修,現在比較有高級餐館的感覺,地方乾淨坐得幾舒服。平日午市沒甚麼人,食到點零鐘都係三、四檯客,印度人為主。望住個餐牌都幾無從入手,佢另外仲有本有圖片可以跟住點菜。諗唔掂都有套餐揀,甚麼都有一點。Mango Lassi HK$49 / Mango Milk Shake HK$54 / Kaju Paneer HK$99 / Chapati HK$10/pc食印度咖哩我通常都會叫芝士(paneer),這邊沒有naan餅,店員介紹配 Chapati,大概係一種全麥餅皮,很薄和軟身,本身沒甚麼味道,就是用來配咖哩吃。Branto Special Dosa HK$89  看圖片覺得很吸引的一個,中間有夾心,大概係一種豆醬再加芝士,整體芝士都幾勁,中間食落偏鹹,可以點白色那個醬汁balance返。Mix Uttappa HK$69 這個很似韓式煎餅,食落都幾香口,彩椒味重,可以點汁食印味更佳。 continue reading

過年聚餐食得太多肉, 好想食齋。來尖沙咀附近辦事,喺OpenRice嗰度搵到呢間餐廳。一到店入邊,個氛圍就好印度。點咗呢個Coconut Uttappa 椰子班戟($59)。簡單,但係椰子料足,而且火候啱啱好,入口感非常好。 continue reading

好特別嘅傳統印度餐,幾年前第一次嚟試過,久唔久就會想食,經常帶唔同朋友黎試,因為真係好特別。以前嚟嘅時候,基本上就係鶴立雞群,今次嚟,已經見到好多本地人黎食,反而覺得有啲失落,因為冇咗氛圍感,可能非正餐時段過嚟,6點幾,所以比較少人,大概6 、7枱客,不過keep住見到好多人嚟買外賣。餐牌有中文英文,解釋得好詳細,如果唔知食乜好,其實可以問服務員,佢會推介俾你,因為係全素餐廳,所以好放心亂咁篤亂咁叫,每次都叫唔同嘅嘢嚟試吓,各式各樣嘅烤餅,有唔同嘅配料同配搭,雖然真係唔識個名邊樣打邊樣,但係勝在餐牌有圖片,你可以篤俾佢睇。基本上如果有本地人,你會見到大家你眼望我眼,我睇吓你張枱食乜,我又試吓,你又問吓我,有咩好食,大家抱住冒險嘅精神黎試。味道算係偏濃嘅,每一款汁醬嘅味道都好濃烈,但係又好唔同,唔會覺得食來食去差唔多味,每試一個汁,都有驚喜,配烤餅或者白飯,真係一流。佢有三個套餐, $89 , $109 ,同$119,強烈推介大家試吓,因為一盤就有成五至七款嘅醬料,配白飯同烤餅,烤餅可以改其他款式,我試咗,係可以改嘅,套餐配一碗濃湯,同脆餅,無飲品,男士食都一定夠飽嘅。另外,佢嘅咖喱飯,或者炒飯,都好好食,以前試過好幾款,炒飯好香,好好味,炒得好乾身,咖喱嘅味道,同平時去嘅印度餐廳都唔同,呢度比較香濃,好多香料,所以配埋白飯烤餅食就剛剛好。飲品,就唔建議大家試喇,因為都有啲貴,介乎30幾蚊到50幾蚊一杯,試過5、6款,都偏甜。煎炸小食,炸得比較乾身,比較油膩,除非你真係好想食炸嘢,否則都唔推介。。。 continue reading
