After watching a movie, I decided to have a quick snack before heading out to Tsim Sha Tsui. The process of ordering was really short but the waiting time for the food was much longer than expected for this snack. I stood there for 30 minutes waiting for a quick snack. The staff maybe were new so I saw they sometimes burnt their waffles or the waffles were too raw. Another problem is that they don't have a monitor to show the number of the order so you have no idea when is your turn. If I had known it would have taken that long, I may have ordered somewhere else or skip it altogether. When I expected myself to be 40mins early for my appointment at Tsim Sha Tsui, I turned out to have only a 10 minute buffer instead. I think the staff upon getting the order should warn the customer the waiting time (30 minutes) before ordering.To be fair to the the food itself, it was quite good especially for this price. The moffle (waffle with mochi) was delicious with a chewy inside. However. the flavors of the purple potato could have been more prominent so it felt like I was eating a purple colored waffle instead.
