在法式小酒館吃午餐 ,還以為上菜會頗快,怎料小酒館貫徹法式的速度(這是好事!)...吃得好狼狽。氣氛頗好,但下次會選擇慢慢享用的時段。雖然法包已切了數刀,但仍要花氣力才可切開。法包還是熱乎乎,牛油沾上後便很快融化。煙鴨胸絲沙律 煙鴨胸絲有彈性,亦滲出煙薰味,不錯啊!法式洋蔥湯頗鹹 。上面鋪有一層芝士,就如酥皮湯,內裏還有浸軟的麵包。油封鴨腿甫上菜時,看到油封鴨腿浸在湯中,心想這是油封油腿的正確做法?無論氣味,還是味道,都是濃濃的香草味,或許這就是真正的法式油封鴨腿。鴨腿肉輕力一撕便開,全不費勁!鴨肉已腍得如肉絲,老人家也合適吃。鴨皮好脆,尤如豬肉紙般香脆!原來湯中有豆及蘿蔔粒,喝來好滿足!味道好濃!全熟的羊肉仍然好腍,肉味好濃。法國菜的味道真的頗濃。

環境舒適,冷氣充足,人不算多,最緊要係無限時。weekend lunch過嚟,唔洗等位,食brunch,有2 個course就$168,3個course就$188。當然食3 courses.Order完,先來法包。食咗一半先記得影相。外脆內軟,唔錯👍洋蔥湯,加$18 ,非常值得加錢叫,外層芝士香濃,加埋湯內有好多洋蔥湯,仲有麵包喺裏面,味道香濃,好夾。波菜沙律,驚喜係合桃有啲甜味,好味,波菜鮮嫰。豬腩肉配蘋果醬,都夾,但係呢款似中菜,不過不失。藍青口味道都好,但係配薯條,唔係好襯,如果可以配包就完美。甜品最後要咗法式焦糖燉蛋,焦糖味濃郁,好好味。我見隔籬枱嘅朱古力撻,好似都唔錯,下次可以試吓。唔使$200可以食到三道course嘅法國菜,我覺得係抵食。

尋找好味tartar,特登來試beef tartar. 仲叫左大份,點知好酸好辣,我哋食唔晒,失望!紅酒house wine $97 (Rhone Valley)三人行坐最入的四人枱,是貼牆高枱,靠近㕑房,可窺探㕑師煑食物,高櫈子有腳踏,算坐得舒服,店內全部枱都是高枱,櫈也是一張張獨立高櫈,唯獨呢張係好似卡位咁嘅梳化高凳,坐得好舒服。法包係好味嘅,有encore.雞真係好難食,因為隻雞好嚡好老,直頭係韌嘅,裏便冇味,但係外邊係脆。南瓜risotto ,好味份量夠大。埋單$1000鬆啲。好飽。

這家小餐館地方不大,但店內外的裝潢都十分有法式風情,下雨坐在窗邊打卡一流!我點了3-courses,頭盤點了洋蔥湯,因為我好愛洋蔥湯,而且我感覺自己好像開始有點感冒;主菜點了最愛的牛排薯條,牛魔王絕對不能背叛牛肉,進什麼店我都要點牛;甜品點了Tarte du Jour,今天是百香果撻,酸酸甜甜,爲了它我才點3-courses的。一坐下就上了一份餐前包,我一人食給了兩人份量的餐前包我,真的非常豪爽。一人吃不完,餘下一半我打包帶走,本來我已用墊著包的紙包好,打算就這樣拿著走,怎料店員看到,給了一個超大的紙袋我放半個餐前包,超好服務的。餐前包外脆內軟,就是吃得比較多酸種麵包,開始嫌棄普通麵包的風味寡淡。洋蔥湯是剛剛在焗爐那出來便出餐,非常熱,適合被雨水凍僵的我。上面的芝士非常好吃,法包吸滿洋蔥湯,入口爆汁,就是洋蔥湯的味道不夠濃郁,紅酒味不夠,我還是覺得我煮的洋蔥湯好喝。主菜的牛扒非常鮮嫩多汁,配上濃厚牛油味的Béarnaise sauce,把牛肉脂肪的味道再一次提升,非常完美!牛魔王必點!吃的過程聞到隔離檯的白酒青口也非常香,一出餐就用濃郁的香味把我的目光吸引住,下次也想嚐嚐。甜品的百香果撻酸酸甜甜的,不膩,撻面的百香果核脆脆的,為撻增加一點口感,不錯。總結,店員超好笑容,餐品好吃,在這地段,也不算特別貴,偶爾吃一次也是可以的,可以再吃!
