今日係元朗收工,有啲想打邊爐,附近就有間老闆火鍋,個招牌都幾靚仔,入去試試😆原來佢日頭係冰室,夜晚就做火鍋。佢好有特色,好似置身於60年代既鋪頭。好多個湯底,我地又想食雞煲又想打邊爐😆最終簡左個酸辣豬肚鮮雞煲。都係醬料任你用😆懷舊風。同想像中有小小唔同,以為係雞煲🙈不過辣鴨血都係我地所愛。半隻雞份量都唔少。勁口渴叫左杯大jar水果茶😆2個人岩岩好。同埋唔太甜。牛舌。脆骨腩。皇帝菜。白鱔片。窩荀。火鍋必備。豬粉腸。好食,又爽又脆😊價錢實惠,埋單都唔太貴,2xx 一個人,都多野食簡,落腳點又方便,岩晒我哩啲新界牛,唔限時,同朋友仔吹下水,hea 下,都幾爽。大家可以一試,我見附近都係街坊食多,開心吹水日😆

難得由新界東到元朗探朋友,當然要找一間口碑好的餐廳好好敘舊。先點了兩客小食,墨魚炸油炸鬼,面頭鋪上粒粒蟹籽,賣相升級之餘也令口感更有層次。椒鹽九肚魚,外脆內軟,魚肉嫩滑,配上喼汁更開胃。酸辣豬肚雞煲半隻,點了超小辣,湯底辣度剛剛好,辣中帶麻。湯底有很多配料,除了豬肚外還有豬紅,芽菜,紅薯粉等配料,入味之餘又夠惹味。雞件和湯底分開上桌,可以更佳地控制火候,令雞件肉質保持嫩滑,不會因煮得太久而變老。小的雪花肥牛,份量很多,脂肪分布均勻,肉質軟嫩。另外還點了小份牛脷托,牛味比雪花肥牛較為濃郁,口感也較為爽口。半粉鮮蝦雲吞,每粒都很飽滿,皮薄餡靚,鮮蝦餡料爽口彈牙。四寶丸小拼盤,最喜歡當中的豬肉丸,豬肉肥瘦適中帶油脂香氣,另外牛肉丸也多汁爽口。響鈴豆味香濃,泡浸幾下便沾滿湯汁,口感仍能保持香脆鬆化。半份皇帝菜份量也非常多,新鮮爽脆。半份冬瓜片煮一會已經沾滿湯汁,入味非常。點了大的老闆水果茶,一壺兩個人分享剛剛好。水果茶味道清新,配上新鮮水果酸甜解膩。

通常叫得冰室一般都係食碟頭飯,但元朗呢間老闆火鍋冰室食的竟然是火鍋、雞煲及下酒菜;室內座位大多是卡位,坐得舒服、寬躺、安全!今日點了一個虎蝦辣雞煲,雞煲好大個,虎蝦也有很多隻,蝦肉新鮮彈牙,雞煲的雞肉亦很入味,香料很多,雖然只有半隻,兩人食量非常足夠。下酒菜有酥炸九肚魚及鹽酥鮑魚,兩款酥炸食物的炸漿看似都是一樣的吧,酥炸皮鬆脆,熱辣辣食非常香口,九肚魚有外脆內軟的口感,雖然有少許骨,但是可以接受的;鹽酥鮑魚口感彈牙煙韌,平時食蒸鮑魚比較多,酥炸鮑魚夠特別,一試無妨!食了那麼多酥炸食物,當然要食返一些健康的蔬菜啦,不用多說,有圖有真相,這碟小棠菜賣相非常翠綠,食落爽口鮮甜,有降熱氣的效果🤣。還叫了一渣鮮果茶,鮮果茶內裏有很多種生果,加上冰茶,清新鮮甜,一渣可以分到兩大杯,非常清爽!

一路其實都想試呢間舖頭,不過成日都夾唔到時間。今次終於同朋友嚟到試, 結論係好後悔咁遲先來。我同朋友兩個人首先叫咗個海鮮火鍋煲,另外叫咗蟹柳,珊瑚蚌,豆苗,生菜,墨魚滑做配菜。另外亦都叫咗手帕青瓜,蟹子墨魚油炸鬼,椒鹽魷魚酥做小食,真係飽到碌地先講吓火鍋個方面,就咁睇相已經睇得出個火鍋嘅海鮮有幾足料,三百零蚊嘅價錢有咁多海鮮絕對係物超所值。入邊嘅所有海鮮都非常新鮮完全唔腥,亦都唔會有沙。個湯底滾完之後係極級鮮甜,用黎滾其他嘅火鍋配料係令到食材跟上一層樓。其他火鍋嘅配料亦都非常新鮮,處理得非常乾淨,淨係服務呢方面已經加晒分。之後都小食,極力推薦嗰個蟹子墨魚油炸鬼,啱啱乍起食又趣又香,配埋滿滿嘅蟹子一齊食真係好新穎又好味。手帕青瓜亦都非常出色,夠酸夠辣, 值得encore。椒鹽魷魚酥亦都非常酥脆香口。

今日唔想煮飯,於是出街食。本來自己住上水,但上水到夜晚就好小餐廳選擇。於是搭左去元朗睇下有咩食😁我同屋企人望完一輪,就決定揀左呢間 ‘老闆火鍋冰室’。揀呢間原因係我自己好鐘意佢懷舊的裝修,好似番到六、七十年代!食物款式都好多選擇,而且分量十分足夠。我俾小小建議大家,如果有半份選的就先揀半份,寧願唔夠食先再叫過。醬料方面就有4款:沙嗲醬、蒜蓉、辣椒、蔥花,較為選擇少左。可以建議加番芫茜😍 我哋叫咗藥膳花雕醉雞鍋,淨係睇個湯底就知足料啦。個窩一滾就立刻迫不及待飲啖湯底。我地叫左一隻雞,另一半就倒左落鍋。真係足一隻雞,吾係細版個d囉。雞肉肥瘦平均,食落去係好滑。等緊雞煲熟的時候,我哋叫左3款小食醫肚先。呢個臭豆腐大家一定要試,係超級好食。外層好脆卜卜,一啖咬落去d汁起晒入,好juicy。同起街邊小食店食嘅唔一樣!!!(我起店舖食完都要再打包一碟番屋企)呢個脆炸魷魚鬚賣點係佢作為小食,真係分量好多好多。我以為係一碟仔,點知多到成碟餸禁,先至係$46!我起上水馬會道個間XX芳買$3x先得呢碟的四分一。墨魚脆炸油炸鬼正常,啲蟹子又係好多傻,成舊係起嘴入面食到脆同蟹子的爽。美國桶蠔大大隻,好肥美,食

呢個蟹子墨魚滑和鮮蝦滑又係蟹子好多,吾糸得個少少做裝飾,仲要呢兩個滑都係手打,好彈牙。

呢個叫墨魚水上飄,本身我哋叫半份,店員同我哋講半份只得兩條,所以到時叫要留意人數。外面係魚肚,入面包住墨魚滑,上面都係鋪滿蟹子,好鐘意。由於入面都係包住墨魚滑,建議大家如果叫左墨魚水上飄,可以可唔洗叫住蟹子墨魚滑先,我今次兩樣都叫晒,所以太飽了。

牛利托的牛味好重,帶有騷味。如果鍾意騷味嘅朋友,一定要試呢個,保證你一試難忘!

我自己就非常鐘意食安格斯牛頸脊,每片都砌得好平均,入口好嫩滑。淨係睇相都見到油脂分布都係靚,必食推介!
