宜家很多工廈都隱藏了不少美食,而這間食日法菜式的Boon便是其一。地方不大,只得數張枱,所以最好先行預訂。環境裝修簡單舒服,還有個開放式的水吧,而廚房就設於隔離房間,所以餐廳唔會有油煙味。員工親切有善,會主動介紹餐廳的食物推介。餐牌選擇不算多,有數款輕食,主菜,甜品及飲品。點了一客薯條配明太子醬, 是我最愛的粗薯條,即叫即炸特別好味,炸得香脆,熱度十足,配上明太子醬及紫菜絲,令薯條立即變得日式化。北海道和豚,賣相及味道比得上高級餐廳的出品,但價錢就抵食得多。香煎過及厚切的和豚肉質爽口,配上一些日式燴野菜(蓮藕,紅蘿蔔,冬,青豆及淮及山)沾上少許香辣汁更惹味。這裡的甜品應該頗為出名,眼見每枱都有甜品的。我就點了法式甜薄餅配意大利Gelato 配上焦糖蘋果醬,賣相吸引。法式甜薄餅跟台式可麗餅差不多,但法式的甜餅會比較軟身及薄身,鍾意將甜餅卷上雪糕一齊食,再沾上焦糖蘋果醬,甜而不膩。飲品方面點了伯爵茶Latta及黑加侖子果茶。推介伯爵茶Latta, 比較特別,飲到淡淡的伯爵茶味道,不錯啊。 continue reading

去開apm都鍾意係附近嘅工廈搵餐廳,呢間餐廳💛係新開張,係法國、日本fusion菜😍 (呢間新餐廳同apm幾近) 餐廳以小清新感 簡單裝飾,座位之間唔會太逼,同三五之己一齊傾下偈 dinner 幾好🤓池魚大根漬沙律配柚子汁 $88好少見有呢個組合,好有特色~池魚片上有蒽粒同薑蓉,仲有啲淡淡嘅日本豉油味,帶出魚味🐟,大根漬爽口,酸酸哋🥕,沙律菜新鮮脆身,同柚子汁幾夾。灸燒左口魚邊配蘆筍意大利飯 $148我自己本身都好鍾意左口魚😍,呢個risotto 啱晒!職員上菜時提醒我哋要先撈勻,等啲魚油滲透晒啲飯到。意大利飯質感軟硬適中,粒粒飯都有忌廉包住😋 左口魚溶入飯粒,魚油好香,我勁快食晒。蘆筍無渣,如果可以多少少都ok😝法式甜薄餅配意大利Gelato(香蕉朱古力味)$98除咗有Crepe 另外配上焦糖香蕉、香蕉碎、大量朱古力醬同Gelato🍨。焦糖香蕉脆身,口感更豐富,即使自己本身唔太好香蕉都食晒😋。Gelato充滿雲尼拿籽,唔會得精油味 真材實材🥰,而且gelato唔會太甜。Crepe仲幾有牛油香味,厚薄適中👍🏻伯爵奶泡 $48雖然佢叫Earl Grey Latte☕️,但係佢並冇咖啡因👀 Latte上有一層厚厚嘅奶泡,打得好綿密 好香奶味😛 伯爵茶味都幾濃,配上奶泡,奶味更突出 (不過如果你本身怕甜 可以叫少甜)雜莓乳酪沙冰 $58沙冰粉紅色💕,好吸引,又好大杯,幾乎滿瀉❣️呢杯沙冰有唔少鮮果:紅莓、藍莓🫐、士多啤梨🍓同yogurt 材料豐富味道酸酸甜甜 好開胃😆 可以同creamy嘅左口魚Risotto互相平衡👍🏻小總結,整個用餐體驗令我feel到餐廳好用心同有誠意經營❤️ 每次上菜,職員都會細心介紹👩🏻‍🍳🧑🏻‍🍳 而且,佢哋都好關心客人需要,見朋友杯沙冰滿瀉,專登額外俾咗個杯墊佢😍 嘢食仲要有fusion特色又好味😋 continue reading

觀塘工廈多嘢食就係人都知,我亦周不時會嚟覓食,但中伏令人失望嘅機率比其他地區高。今次朋友就喺網上搵到間新餐廳「Boon」,佢位處喺駿業里嘅工廈,幾近地鐵站👍。題外話,無聊事一則,呢幢工廈有一部迷一般嘅𨋢...。即使係工廈餐廳,環境裝修都算唔錯,行小清新風🌿,門口用上乾花作點綴,簡約不造作。我估計小店應該係租咗兩個鋪位,座位區同水吧設置喺同一邊,而廚房就喺另一度,咁就可以將兩邊分開,食客完全唔會受油煙影響😁。鰹魚熟成封門柳配紫菜薯蓉昆布牛油汁($168),菜名相當長,但每樣食材確係呈現喺菜式入面!第一眼望見封門牛柳覺得肉質可能會有啲柴🥩,邊皮的確有些少韌,但幸好肉中間唔係,熟成度剛好,牛味濃郁亦夠多汁。不過最令我印象深刻係,牛扒當中真係食得出鰹魚汁嘅味道🐟,兩者夾埋毫無違和感,牛扒面頭仲有啲鰹魚乾添。薯蓉入面輕輕加咗啲紫菜碎,我估計牛油亦落得夠重手,所以口感超滑🥔。虎蝦海膽醬意粉($128),呢碟意粉賣相唔錯,連殼虎蝦一枝獨秀🦐。虎蝦大大隻,夠新鮮彈牙,其實另外仲有幾隻蝦㗎。配料固然重要,不過意粉本身更加係靈魂。🍝意粉煮得好好食,麵質彈牙,而且較幼身,睇相都已經睇得出非常掛汁呢。醬汁用上海膽醬,老實講我覺得似普通忌廉汁多啲,但無問題,最緊要好味嘛。法式甜薄餅配意式Gelato($98),Crepe有三款口味揀,包括士多啤梨、焦糖蘋果同我哋揀選嘅香蕉朱古力🍌🍫。法式薄餅喺香港幾受歡迎,唔少地方都有得食。呢塊薄餅大致上係一摺,比起出面食到嘅脆身。香蕉上面有焦糖層,好味道。另一邊廂,我估唔到球雲呢拿雪糕都幾正啵🍨!飲品方面,我哋要咗雜莓乳酪沙冰($58)同士多啤梨拿鐵($48),兩杯感覺都好少女風💕。前者出奇地好飲,因為我本身驚雜莓會偏酸,而佢現時嘅酸味主要係來自乳酪。同時,佢打成係沙冰,所以好襟飲。後者味道似曾相識,🍓士多啤梨同牛奶嘅組合好夾、冇得輸,唯一係略嫌甜咗少少。總括嚟講,小店嘅出品終於打破我觀塘中伏嘅魔咒,我會稱佢為「別出心裁嘅工廈美食」。每道菜索價過百蚊,定價唔平,亦唔係以量取勝,但好在味道真係對得住個價,而且難得做到Fusion嘅效果😋,整體滿意啦~。 continue reading

難得下午茶時間喺觀塘,喺密集嘅工廈之中搵番間舒服嘅餐廳坐低休息下~嚟到Boon嘅門口已經俾佢湖水綠色嘅大門同柔和嘅色調吸引咗,餐廳設計走日系簡約風,周圍都放置咗乾花做擺設,令人感覺舒適悠閒。餐廳除咗法日式嘅主菜同Pasta/Risotto外,仲有法式鹹甜薄餅同小食湯品。我地試咗個鹹薄餅配松露蘑菇雞肉-伴碟嘅藜麥沙律用咗乳酪醬,感覺輕怡更健康;上菜時已經聞到好香嘅松露味,蘑菇雞肉調味足夠炒得香,面頭落咗巴馬臣芝士碎,加埋煎得好靚嘅太陽蛋,蛋汁同配料撈埋一齊食非常夾;薄餅邊煎到脆脆地,整個組合食落煙韌充滿鹹香。鹹薄餅仲可以配菠菜煙三文魚或者洋蔥煙肉野菜,好想下次試埋佢!店員推介我地試下大廚嘅新菜式-味噌龍蝦湯,食過果然冇失望!龍蝦湯比起出面飲開嘅較稀身,但係味道依然濃郁;最特別嘅反而係塊多士,面頭搽咗一層龍蝦膏,香口得嚟鮮味十足,多士烘到脆卜卜,浸湯食就變得有咬口。另外點咗兩杯飲品邊食邊傾-雜莓乳酪沙冰用多款新鮮莓果打成,有水果天然嘅酸甜味,飲落好refreshing;Earl Grey Latte好多人都鍾意,特別係面頭有層綿密嘅奶泡同伯爵茶葉做點綴,飲落更加清新香醇。同員工閒談下知道餐廳只係開左三個禮拜,最近開始做埋晚市,感受到佢地都好用心經營間餐廳~依度無論食物、環境定用餐體驗都好好,誠意推介大家去試下☺️ continue reading
