見到觀塘既工廈愈黎愈多餐廳 今日相約友人去食餐好 要搵一間chill少少又可以打卡 睇黎Boon好岩要求我地就即時訂位提提大家Boon係得數張枱 所以去之前最好就Book先個到一去到見到裝修環境好舒服 有大量乾花的裝飾係一間好有品味既餐廳 裝潢同埋佢地食物都係好有taste。鰹魚熟成封門柳配紫菜薯溶昆布牛油汁(HKD 168)封門牛柳一上覺得肉質好似比較乾身的確食起黎都係外邊比較柴同韌不過個內邊係岩岩好既 少少紅色係七成既程度牛味都夠濃 佢既昆布牛油汁好夾 D薯蓉超滑。味噌龍蝦湯(HKD 68)龍蝦湯一上好香嘅 濃度唔算好稀身但係風味依然脆卜卜嘅龍蝦膏多士浸湯食岩岩好。明太子醬薯條 (HKD 𝟺𝟾)好大份粗薯條 兩個人分食都好飽下啲醬真係好夠 明太子醬咸香好惹味即叫即炸新鮮脆口薯條加埋紫菜絲同明太子醬真係perfect match。法式多士(HKD 88)雖然其實我都已經飽飽地 但係呢個黎之前見到openrice張圖好靚所以必叫黎到沾滿蛋汁既鮮黃色多士 加上少少鮮果裝飾的確睇到我流口水以佢黎到要即時食先可以保持外脆內軟當日既多士我覺得可以再炸耐少少 脆身一D應該會有層次口感。香辣蟹肉蒜片意粉 (HKD 98)雖然呢個組合係經常出現喺餐廳要做得好食嘅蒜片意粉都唔簡單我覺得呢一間嘅做法就中規中矩佢冇預先將啲蒜片炸脆反而係辣椒味比較重多過蒜味蟹肉亦都唔算特別多成個意粉嘅軟硬係適中所以總結來講呢個意粉係中規中矩。雜莓乳酪沙冰 (HKD 58)沙冰係見每枱都有叫所以要一試呢杯好明顯少女心爆發粉紅色幾乎滿瀉既雜莓乳酪沙冰一定迷到唔少女仔食完咁多肉同意粉 呢杯沙冰味道酸甜可以中和下沙冰內邊有豐富天然材料 紅莓藍莓士多啤梨同埋yogurt 不過比想像中淡一點 應該係當日既水果質素問題。總結係呢間餐廳既服務環境都中上食物方面都唔差 好岩同朋友想好chill咁一齊傾計吹水既地點可以考慮黎Boon打下卡enjoy一下。Boon觀塘駿業里10號業運工廈14樓G室。食物:7/10價錢:5/10環境:8.5/10 continue reading

宜家很多工廈都隱藏了不少美食,而這間食日法菜式的Boon便是其一。地方不大,只得數張枱,所以最好先行預訂。環境裝修簡單舒服,還有個開放式的水吧,而廚房就設於隔離房間,所以餐廳唔會有油煙味。員工親切有善,會主動介紹餐廳的食物推介。餐牌選擇不算多,有數款輕食,主菜,甜品及飲品。點了一客薯條配明太子醬, 是我最愛的粗薯條,即叫即炸特別好味,炸得香脆,熱度十足,配上明太子醬及紫菜絲,令薯條立即變得日式化。北海道和豚,賣相及味道比得上高級餐廳的出品,但價錢就抵食得多。香煎過及厚切的和豚肉質爽口,配上一些日式燴野菜(蓮藕,紅蘿蔔,冬,青豆及淮及山)沾上少許香辣汁更惹味。這裡的甜品應該頗為出名,眼見每枱都有甜品的。我就點了法式甜薄餅配意大利Gelato 配上焦糖蘋果醬,賣相吸引。法式甜薄餅跟台式可麗餅差不多,但法式的甜餅會比較軟身及薄身,鍾意將甜餅卷上雪糕一齊食,再沾上焦糖蘋果醬,甜而不膩。飲品方面點了伯爵茶Latta及黑加侖子果茶。推介伯爵茶Latta, 比較特別,飲到淡淡的伯爵茶味道,不錯啊。 continue reading
