BONG RU今日同朋友去既餐廳,主打韓式嘅中華料理,比如糖醋肉、炸醬麵等菜式,係一啲韓國人日常會食到嘅中華料理半半麵 $106 半半麵其實係炸醬麵同埋辣海鮮湯麵嘅組合,用一個特別嘅器皿裝住。炸醬麵表面加咗青瓜絲點綴,甜醬汁濃稠;辣海鮮湯麵材料豐富,有魷魚、大蜆、蝦仁等材料,配上麵條,湯底有一定嘅辣度肉絲兩張皮 $198呢款肉絲兩張材料豐富,包括有青瓜絲、胡蘿蔔絲、牛肉絲、蝦仁、魷魚、蛋絲、蟹柳肉,而中間就有涼皮、香菇同埋蔥絲嘅拌麵,將所有材料攪勻,並加上黃芥末醬,入口清新,炎炎夏日食最適合不過韓式奶油蝦 $188呢個韓式奶油蝦係好經典嘅韓國炸物,底下鋪滿蔬菜,面頭嘅大蝦加上酸味奶油,口感清新而不油膩,內裏蝦肉彈牙,係小朋友口味之選韓式糖醋肉 $158呢個糖醋肉嘅份量真係唔係講笑,一個大碗裝到拱起,糖醋汁就另上,質地比起平時食開嘅糖醋汁更加杰身同埋有明顯酸味。豬肉炸到外脆內軟,加埋糖醋汁食更惹味最近餐廳更加有母親節限定期間嘅手作煎餅,煎餅一共有三款,分別係正常款嘅牛舌煎餅,有少少辣度嘅嘅泡菜煎餅,以及加咗海鮮配料落去嘅海鮮煎餅。煎餅薄薄一層,煎到薄脆,餐廳話煎餅係嚟自大廚家鄉嘅,只要帶埋媽媽嚟食飯就會有!

午餐黎食: 海鮮湯麵一般,得個辣字; 炸醬麵根本唔係韓國食嘅味道,而且偏鹹,完全唔明點解咁多人話好食😕連小菜都好普通,附近有好多比佢更好嘅選擇;唯一可以讚嘅就係坐得舒服

呢間「Bong樓」主打韓式中菜。嗰日入到去仲有唔少韓國人嚟食添!╴ ╴ ╴ ╴ ╴ ╴ ╴ ╴❀ ╴ ╴ ╴ ╴ ╴ ╴ ╴ ╴ ▶ ∗︎*゚韓式炸醬麵本身好鍾意食炸醬麵,奈何香港真係好少搵到好食嘅餐廳呢到嘅炸醬麵真係有韓國食嘅感覺!炸醬唔苦,帶少少甜之餘仲好香口。枱上仲有辣椒粉可以按喜好加入!呢一點真係好正宗!!個人鍾意加辣椒粉,多少少層次~▶ ∗︎*゚辣海鮮湯麵海鮮湯麵大大碗紅卜卜,海鮮份量都唔少,麵質不過不失個重點係湯底!!!好香海鮮味,微辣好開胃,一啖接一啖,呢碗比起炸醬麵更啱心水!▶ ∗︎*゚韓式糖醋肉上枱俾佢個份量嚇一跳,醬汁會另外上,可以自己選擇想沾醬或者淋醬上去~肉質比較硬,亦且唔太脆,可SKIP~╴ ╴ ╴ ╴ ╴ ╴ ╴ ╴❀ ╴ ╴ ╴ ╴ ╴ ╴ ╴ ╴ 味道正宗,份量大碗,去唔到韓國又想食韓式炸醬麵同海鮮湯麵可以去!

Dined at this Korean resto in Tsim Sha Tsui with my colleagues for dinner. .We ordered the following dishes to share:-Medium TansuyukThe Crispy Deep-fried Sweet & Sour Pork was quite memorable, offering savoury taste with a crunchy texture. It was a bit hard to bite into though. -JajangmyeonThe Black Bean Sauce Noodle with Diced Pork & Vegetables had pleasantly chewy noodles. It was abundant in onions and cucumbers, making it less heavy to have. -JjampongI couldn't try this Korean-Chinese Spicy Seafood Noodle Soup due to a sore throat that day. But my colleagues said the spiciness was just right and the seafood was flavourful. -Galbi ManduThe Beef Dumplings were somewhat disappointing. The beef filling was mushy and the dumplings were a bit oily. -Cold Noodle This selection was actually from the resto's sister reso, Hancham, located next to it. It was incredibly refreshing, especially with the addition of cucumber and raddish..The Korean-Chinese cuisine resto was quite spacious with strong ac. The menu options were slightly limited though.

本身都一直lunch time都有食開呢間裡面既野食都OK但偏貴但有個All back 較瘦同黑既中年呀姐真係態度極差不嬲就算有落場都會肯比坐要3:30自己網頁都寫明係去到3:30pm一去到本身個呀姐都好似唔係好想我地入座咁2:15pm入到去話2:30截單 但我地OK都願意照入跟住呀姐個樣即刻再黑臉態度極差咁再三強調話3:00就要走再問隔離果個職員依家幾點好似準備要計時咁成程得45mins食飯仲衰過茶記入座前仲要撞左我朋友一下係呢度食個飯都收唔平 但個規則仲多到好似返工咁仲要比個果位呀姐撞一下呢間鋪真係想做生意?唔想做唔好打開門做生意嘛
