好啦,講真,上次行到K11 Musea B2層個「韓國街」,眼見到一間店門口嘅火光閃閃💥,原來係師傅正熱情煎緊韓牛,即刻心諗:呢個一定要嚟試吓!我哋就揀左份韓國產熟成牛脊肉,睇住師傅煎嗰陣就知道呢餐會正!見到杯韓牛上得嚟,外面煎到微微焦香,入口後,肉汁隨著牛肉般滑嘅質感爆發,真係口感正到爆炸🤯!少少鹽提味,喺韓牛嘅原汁原味中加咗一抹惹味,梗係正爆啦!旁邊啲配菜熱辣辣,加埋底下嗰啲鐵板炒過嘅芽菜,食落去嗱嗱聲,香脆得嚟過癮,成個人都精神咗!而且佢哋仲客氣得嚟送左個麵包給我哋,奶香撲鼻,食落有種幸福感,話晒又係廣東話講嘅「飽肚先開心」,滿足啲咩都好講咩?🥰總括黎講,今次嘅體驗真係出乎意料咁好,冇諗過韓式快餐店都能夠帶黎咁深嘅味蕾享受。戥好多高檔餐廳都拼得過,真心推介俾鍾意韓牛,又唔鍾意破費過頭嘅食客! continue reading

一講起K11 Musea,大家可能會諗到時尚潮牌多多,不過話時話,喺B2層,我發現咗一間令我嘆為觀止嘅燒烤檔,「炭''火'嘅魔法根本不容小覷!我今次試咗佢哋嘅熟成牛脊肉,嗱!光係個名已經夠曳味啦!店家擺咗張巨大嘅烤架喺入面,掀開蓋一望,嫁喇!個熟成牛脊肉烤嘅啱啱好,外層微焦、香氣撲鼻,中間肉質鮮嫩多汁,入口嘅剎那間,我啲咬肌瞬間得到了極致嘅滿足,又香、又滑、又嘩喳喳間流出來肉汁,幾乎可以聽到自己每一口嘅回響!而啲配菜嘅生菜同烤什菜,真係新鮮得嚟又味美,有種「健康食神」嘅感覺,同埋呢,唔可以唔提到旁邊個焦香嘅蒜頭同烤茄子,每一啖都係「夠哂薑」嘅味道,爽口得簡直不得了。今晚嘅體驗簡直係咁正!完全唔似喺商場嘅感覺,好似我闖進咗某個遠離塵囂嘅燒烤秘境,滿足到飛起!下次想食啲「有肉感」嘅朋友,記得提前戒口啲,嚟呢度挑戰下喉嚨同胃嘅極限啦! 🍖🔥👍🏼 continue reading

週末的K11總是人山人海,好不容易找到一隅稍作歇息,正對面的餐廳突然火光熊熊;正當我以為店員要燒著間廚房之際,一陣肉香味緩緩而至。仔細一看,原來是一間主打乾式熟成牛扒的餐廳。乾式熟成牛扒近幾年成為高檔牛扒的主流,將牛扒放置在熟成室,期間牛肉外層會風乾、硬化形成保護膜,令牛肉內部水份得以保存。而牛肉本身的酵素會分解部分肌肉組織,令肉身軟嫩。換言之,經熟成的牛扒會比一般牛扒更嫩滑、多汁、牛肉味更濃郁。1. 乾式熟成90日肉眼扒三成熟推薦:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️牛扒較為薄身,但做到肉質嫩滑、肉味香濃,雖然按壓見不到有太多肉汁流出,但原來緊緊鎖在肉身當中,入口油香四溢。叫了三成熟,上菜時不會over cooked,要稱讚一下廚師的手勢,在大火之中仍能控制生熟程度。老實講,在價錢相宜的情況下能食到乾式熟成,烹調具一定水準的牛扒,而且還要在大型購物商場內,實屬難得。2. 乾式熟成五花肉推薦:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️比熟成牛扒更有驚喜,五花肉的肥肉在經熟成和鐵板猛煎後,入口肥而不膩,口感上甚至有爽脆的效果;而瘦肉本身亦十分鬆軟,纖維感不會明顯,是相當有趣的體驗。上述兩個菜式還有一個加分位,就是伴碟的配菜,生熟程度剛剛好,調味亦不錯,唯一缺點就是落得太多油。#sj_foodmap continue reading

次次經過都好想食 佢啲熟成牛扒擺喺度俾人睇到曬 煮食過程都係公開 每次見到都食慾大增今次終於有機會過嚟食 叫左個ribeye set-------------Ribeye 牛排抱著十分大嘅期望叫 一上菜見到賣相都非常吸引外皮熟而內裏半熟 可惜啲咬入口嘅時候感覺些少失望 中間啲肉係OK 但係外皮過於un 沒有屬性牛扒應有嘅軟腍 應該係廚師用大火煮得太多過 不過配菜就非常OK 有三色辣椒同菇茄子等等 菇同茄子入邊都水份超多 熱辣辣吸收左牛油香氣 十分惹味 但整體上失望 主角牛扒麻麻地 下次唔會再叫了 continue reading

黎到尖沙咀k11 musea呢度,又一個人食飯嘅話,B1呢度嘅餐廳係其中一個好選擇,因為以吧枱為主,自己坐都唔會覺得尷尬。呢度係食牛扒為主要,有幾個款式選擇 ,今次我就叫咗a餐呢個肉眼扒餐,再加多個炸雞試吓 ,餐廳係即叫即整,雜菜都係即刻炒,而且蔬菜好有特色,唔係普通嘅紅蘿蔔椰菜,而係芥蘭,三色椒,洋蔥同雞髀菇,非常欣賞一開頭我都驚得個麵包同埋塊肉,再加少少菜,會唔會唔夠食㗎,所以先叫埋炸雞。結果上菜之後,我叫咗五成熟食,肉質唔錯,而且都非常大塊,配埋炒雜菜同埋麵包食已經夠飽,炸雞個醬汁甜甜酸酸,非常開胃,就算飽肚都忍唔住食埋 continue reading
