Is been a year since my last visit, and the hype seems gone already. I remember I had to wait for an hour last year whilst I got my table easily on the first day of long weekend this time. By saying that, I think their food quality is pretty much the same as before, I really enjoyed the vibe and the food there. Ordered two set, and extra fries and beef & lamb muffin from a la carte menu. The set included starters hummus & cauliflower, tator tots (no tator tots that day, swap to fries, which is even better for me, coz I love fries more) , main, we chose steak & eggs, and kimchi shasuka, dessert: chocolate chip cookies with mint infused milk I love their fries, topped with nacho cheese, bacon and chives, sooo good. Also the shakusha was really flavourful too. First time trying their signature beef & lamb muffin, the patty was juicy, but some ppl might think the lamb taste too strong. The chocolate chip cookies were served warm, so yummy, not a fan of mint milk though, but my fd loves it a lot. 😆 she dipped the whole cookie into the milk. Everything was great, but the steak was slightly overdone, I personally prefer rare to medium rare steak, this one is a bit difficult to chew. Oh, also gotta try their ale beer, we tried few and all taste so good, but to be honest, I forgot which is which already.. u can ask the staffs for recommendations.. u won’t be disappoint ., Overall, I think this is a lovely brunch place to go, chill vibe, nice food and friendly staffs. Oh yess, the staffs were really friendly, treated us some sake shots as well.
