以前呢間店非常出名但改左名同裝修之後啲水準似乎差左……個brand點活化都無用最緊要食物質素有保證所有嘢嘅份量都大但味道完全唔似平時食開嘅上海菜燻魚顏色已經同平時見開唔同食落魚肉好硬個汁怪怪地唔惹味蒜泥白肉啲肉又係完全勁乾片得有啲厚豬肉有啲雪味……麻麻口水雞算最正常不過都無驚喜醉雞正正常常酸辣麵唔ok死酸又唔辣唔好食四季豆穩陣小籠包不過不失唔係好夠熱囉呢個係擔擔麵嚟架咩?完全無花生味只係一個咸嘅麵炸魷魚全晚最好食夠彈牙夠juicy奶油律白調味不足自己整可能仲好食環境真係唔錯但食物服務都唔ok第一趕人走趕收工明明8點幾9點咋仲要成個場吉點都唔會係霸住佢張枱啦下話第2不停落錯單又唔肯認好錯攞返張紙仔出嚟對咋以後唔會返轉頭價錢仲要唔平 continue reading

以前細細個好鍾意去屋企附近果間王家沙食飯自從搬咗屋之後都好少食最近心血來潮就去食下原來經宜家openrice訂位仲有折添呢間花樣年華係比一般王家沙高級少少環境 餐具都靚少少 但估唔到居然比我見到個廚師唔戴口罩係道煮麵囉疫情下都咁唔注重衛生真係冇下次😖講下啲野食生煎包煎得唔夠個底一啲都唔脆小籠包包皮厚豬肉又唔夠鮮味擔擔麵好淡唔夠花生醬同肉碎麵條又硬上海粗炒口感幾好都幾多菜但都係唔夠味綜合以上就唔會再去啦 continue reading

走進銅鑼灣登龍街,不只有拉麵店,還有其他餐廳、酒吧等。這家上一樓的上海中菜館就在日本居酒屋餐廳的旁邊,主打滬菜。座位闊落舒適,環境恬靜,燈光柔和帶昏暗,最適合跟好友過來把酒談天。麻辣口水雞先來一碟冷盤,色香味俱全。沾滿醬汁的雞肉很惹味,惟辣汁混上醬油後,整體偏鹹。雪菜毛豆百頁上海地道的小菜,其實可以當成一客主食。百頁豆皮即是豆腐皮,就如粗闊的麵條般,口感粗糙,份量多。雪菜本身已經帶鹹味,加上浸著上湯,所以味道蠻夠的。這款沒有加肉絲,也適合素食者。嫩雞煨麵上海菜大多味重及濃鹹,所以點了碗相對清淡湯底的麵條。份量大碗,材料主要就是嫩雞肉及碎白菜。湯非常燙熱,小心慢用。雞肉切成細細粒,麵質軟腍,不是富有彈性的麵條。燻魚菜飯雖然名字為燻魚,但是經油炸而成。皮厚硬,骨頭多而且大條,不算油膩。魚塊數片,淋上薄薄的醬汁,底下就是菜飯。酒釀丸子 桂花味清香,米酒味濃郁,丸子細粒軟糯,很暖胃。貴妃紅棗糕上海的甜品選擇也蠻多,還點了一客紅棗糕,新鮮蒸起,口感煙韌,味道充滿紅棗香,真是圓滿的一餐。 continue reading
