正門及側門的裝修風格均以西式為主, 加上利東街一帶的形象, 一眼看上去像是酒吧. 內裡的裝修比較摩登時尚, 千想萬想都不會聯想到韓國菜, 但這種風格應較受外籍人仕歡迎. 去洗手間時上了1樓, 1樓今晚沒有開放, 但枱的數目較少亦較靜, 與地下的感覺全不相同. 先送上的是3道前菜, 蓮藕片, 泡菜, 中華沙律. 其中的泡菜味道不錯, 而且一如傳統韓菜可以無限任添. 炸得酥脆的雞翼帶少許甜味, 以醬油醃過的雞翼底味十足, 比普通的炸雞翼令人更滿足. 配菜的蒜頭亦脆身好吃. 韓式炒粉絲做出來的感覺有點像較少鑊氣的炒粉絲. 粉絲的味道更QQ軟軟. 上頭些許的芝麻令粉絲更香. 裡頭的海鮮配料亦新鮮好吃. 石頭鍋飯是朋友指定要點的一道菜式, 除了上面的辣雞肉, 裡頭舖滿了幾種不同口感的五色蔬菜, 在混上韓國辣椒醬後味道不錯. 石頭鍋飯上桌送的這碗蛋花湯很清甜解膩. 雖然經常吃韓國菜, 但人蔘雞湯倒不是常吃. 這裡的人蔘雞湯裡頭有一整隻的雞, 湯的味道較清淡, 看來本身沒有加鹽, 另一隻小碟裡附加胡椒, 鹽, 可按個人口味調配味道, 這個不錯. 埋單的價格大約是$700左右, 價格比傳統韓式食店略貴少許, 環境則舒適許多. 環境有一點扣分的是冷氣較凍.  continue reading

九月第二個星期三晚上,灣仔利東街。某天跟朋友說起,回來香港後沒有吃過傳統的韓國菜,某天給我們發現在利東街有一家新派的韓國餐廳,有我最愛的傳統菜式,就相約今天晚上下班一起去。門面看到餐廳名稱以英語Bistro Seoul表示,裝潢走新式時尚風格,燈光以到處高掛燈膽為主,柔和舒適,整體挺有西餐廳的感覺。打開飲料餐牌,看到有很多特色雞尾酒,點了一杯Soju Mojito。一般的莫吉托(Mojito)以蘭姆酒(Rum)為基底,近年在韓國就流行把蘭姆酒換成韓國燒酒,一杯本來拉丁風情滿滿的經典雞尾酒,變成韓式風格。整體淡淡的清涼爽快,現在天氣悶熱,這雞尾酒來的剛好。然後服務生送來前菜三小碟,有漬蓮芋片,中華沙律,當然不能少,我最愛的泡菜。每次看到泡菜都會雙眼放光,還好這前菜是無限添加的,另外兩款的味道就比較清淡。香烤蒜粒醬油雞翼,雞翼以醬油醃得很夠味,炸得香脆,入口帶點微甜,大蒜粒的味道也是偏淡,適合害怕濃烈蒜味的人,惹味的雞翼就打開了我們的胃。海鮮韓式炒粉絲,這是我必吃的韓國菜之一,在韓國,宴客或是慶祝節日的時候就會吃到。韓國粉絲以紅薯粉製成,所以看似簡單,要做得好吃卻一點不容易。粉絲沒有炒得過熟,絲絲分明沒有黏在一起,口感滑溜,而且Q彈有韌度,我們都很快的把碟子清空。傳統辣雞肉五色石鍋飯,跟炒粉絲一樣,是必吃的菜品,我們嗜辣,看到辣雞肉三個字都無法抗拒。韓國人非常重視五色養生的概念,石鍋飯就是集黃、綠、白、黑,紅於一身的料理,以簡單平凡的食材做出不凡的美味。菠菜的味道稍為過重,把其他的味道蓋過,辣雞肉挺嫩滑,可以切小塊一點,千萬不要忘了加點旁邊的韓國辣醬,或者是伴以泡菜增加味道層次。然後呢,就可以喝幾口雞蛋湯,清清味蕾。猶有未盡,再點一份人蔘燉雞湯,這份雞湯要等三十分鐘,可以早一點下單。服務生把整隻雞在桌上拆肉分好,雞肉燉得骨肉容易分離,而且軟嫩不柴。喝湯可以加一點鹽跟黑胡椒,有提味的作用。看到餐廳原來還有很大的吧台跟露台位置,有時間下班過來喝上一杯也不錯。 continue reading

星期四放工之後約咗個老死去食嘢,順便盡訴心中情。呢間都幾易搵,地鐵A2出口行5分鐘就到。餐廳我覺得餐廳樓底都幾高,燈火都幾通明。但燈光都比較柔和、感覺好舒服。梳化坐落去都幾軟熟。餐牌餐牌有兩個;一個係飲品餐牌,另一個係食物餐牌。如果喺餐牌裏面見到有廚師帽,即係廚師推介。食物前菜前菜有三款:泡菜、薯仔同蘿蔔。泡菜有少少酸但帶點辣:但有菜本身嘅爽甜。薯仔就幾淋但有少少甜。個甜似係蜜糖嘅甜。八爪魚鮮蝦沙律配清香芥茉醬呢個沙律有蝦、八爪魚、蘿蔔絲、洋蔥絲同埋青瓜絲:芥茉醬就會另上嘅。魷魚好彈牙,而且都好大塊。然後將啲芥茉漿倒落去啲沙律度撈勻佢。有甜甜地而且有少少辣嘅感覺,感覺好清新。韓式炒粉絲韓式粉絲內除咗粉絲之外,仲有蝦、魷魚、帶子,紅椒、洋蔥、菇、蔥同芝麻。粉絲口感煙韌,蝦同魷魚就爽口。味道有少少甜。帶子都幾滑口。自家製雲呢拿雪糕伴甜合桃及黑白芝麻脆片雲呢嗱雪糕都幾滑口,芝麻脆片有好香芝麻味。食落好脆口。韓式石頭鍋米糕伴自家製雲呢拿雪糕最底嗰層係米糕,之後就放上雪糕,最後呢就放咗粟米片。米糕係我第一次食嘅,嗰種感覺幾得意;煙煙靭靭。服務態度:我覺得服務態度都幾好,因為侍應會自動自覺幫我地換碟;落單嘅時候又會覆一次單。 continue reading

話說今日要OT,兼且撞正落雨天,在灣仔返工的我不想再周圍去,於是就叫早放的另一半搭來灣仔等一等我。幸好,放工時不算好大雨,但既然我倆都在灣仔,那就周圍看看吧。我們出了地鐵站行兩行,另一半話想去囍帖街兜下。殊不知我們在囍帖街在雨中慢步時,旁邊就看見這間首首.韓式小館。首首.韓式小館在囍帖街上真是十分搶眼,有著一塊大大的透明玻璃,令人可以邊食邊看街邊美景。在進場前,我們亦須要看看餐牌先吧,食物款式、價錢在灣仔囍帖街確實是最符合我們的。我們選好食物之後,很快就有前菜奉上,值得一讚。⋮ 1. 手工泡菜海鮮煎餅, $118我們首先點了一份手工泡菜海鮮煎餅來作為前菜。另一半很喜歡吃韓式泡菜,這個泡菜海鮮煎餅肯定能滿足她的要求。開胃的泡菜配上爽口的海鮮,加上煎餅滋味的脆感,入口時可以用熱辣辣香脆脆來形容,儘管亦不是很辣。手工泡菜海鮮煎餅的鬆脆口感認真一流,但如果為這份煎餅再配上一些特製醬汁,那就絕對錦上添花了。⋮ 2. 長泡菜燉穀飼豬肋骨, $138上面已經提過,另一半喜歡泡菜關係,我們之後亦點了這份長泡菜燉穀飼豬肋骨。不說不知,這份穀飼豬肋骨是配以湯汁的形式煮成的,所以在進食之前,我們很自然地要先品嚐一下這個韓式湯底。個人認為這個湯是非常出色,豬肋骨的味道再加上韓式泡菜的辛辣味,十分容易入口。至於豬肋骨,以燉的方式來烹調,絕對令到豬肋骨非常稔甜,可以連骨共同進食。一口湯、一口泡菜、一口肉,絕對值得推薦!⋮ 3. 春川石板辣炒雞肉及年糕, $138這碟春川石板辣炒雞肉及年糕是有廚師推介的,雖然它有3個辣椒仔,但其實不算十分辛辣。重點一提的是,這份辣炒雞肉年糕份量超大,雞肉非常充足,可能足以供3-4人享有。雞肉煮得辣中帶甜,並且加上椰菜和甘筍同炒,整碟菜式變得更吸引;另外,年糕亦需沾滿醬汁,會份外美味。⋮ 4. 韓式石頭鍋米糕伴自家製雲呢嗱雪糕, $68吃到這裡,我們都已經十分飽肚了,那就來個飯後甜品吧。這份韓式石頭鍋米糕伴自家製雲呢嗱雪糕非常之有心思,難怪又是廚師推介的。石頭鍋是熱盪盪的,裡內盛著米糕和雲呢嗱雪糕,下層的米糕的盪熱感再與上層的冰凍雲呢嗱雪糕形成強烈對比,進食時需要小心一點,不要把雪糕都弄溶了,要一口米糕加雪糕一同進食才感受到那種冰和熱的矛盾感。坐落於囍帖街中的首首.韓式小館,的確非常適合在利東街影完相、逛完街的人來食,無論是價錢、味道或是款式都非常適合我們。題外話,我們當天亦看見有不少遊客和外國人,看來這間韓式小館都很有吸引力。 continue reading
