忙碌了一天,晚上到利東街逛逛,感覺輕鬆自在,路旁的樹木掛滿如繁星的小燈泡,依然帶著節日氣氛。 特然想吃韓牛,記起這家新派韓店 Bistro Seoul 環境及食物皆有水凖,點了餐牌內之最-極品1++ 韓國西冷扒,果然有質素。 烤半熟極品1++ 韓國西冷扒伴脆蒜片及芥茉醬 $468 建議要求 medium rare 烤半熟,因為這方才是最佳狀態,肉質鬆軟帶點肥膏,淋上了豐富的帶甜醬汁,味道濃厚但平均,配上炸蒜片及青蔥增層次,主意不錯。 春川石板辣炒雞肉及年糕 $138 食新派韓國菜少不了辣炒年糕,三隻辣椒的程度正合意,但其實我只覺得是微甜,未夠刺激! 濃郁的春川石板辣醬內,除了有雞肉及年糕,亦配有蒜頭、紅菜頭片、泡菜、紅蘿蔔及洋蔥等,感覺豐富!切成橢圓形的年糕幾煙韌,沾了醬汁好吃,雞件已起肉無骨,肉滑不嚡,而且非常入味,這道菜值得試吓。手工泡菜海鮮煎餅 $118 樣子得意像個面孔,其實是把海鮮餡料外露,可惜一點也不辣,卻有一種奇奇怪怪的酸味,非我杯茶,海鮮餡料尤其是蝦就幾好味,所以只食了海鮮。 八點前酒精飲品七折,本來應該飲番杯果汁燒酒,想起近日正進行減糖飲食,先忍忍,留待下次吧! continue reading

今晚朋友帶我去利東街食韓國菜,如果唔係預早知道那是一間韓國餐廳,單看表面的裝潢,還以爲是去咗西餐廳添。這𥚃座位舒適,燈光柔和,最啱與三五知己吃飯吹水的好地方。一坐底侍應立即奉上一碟前菜,有泡菜、青瓜同芽菜仔,擺設很精美。朋友因為覺得這碟烤半熟極品1++韓國西冷扒伴脆蒜片及芥末醬($468)不錯,所以特意帶我來品嚐一下,真的是一分錢 一分貨,蒜片炸得香脆,配上靚韓牛,個人認為不須要沾上任何醬汁,更能吃到原有的牛肉味道。另外一碟春川石板辣炒雞肉及年糕($138),侍應一早提醒我們這道菜比較辣,當侍應奉上這碟熱騰騰的炒雞肉及年糕,碰上今晚夜有點寒意,所以覺得吃完之後特別溫暖,很喜歡那些年糕切得薄薄的,這樣吃下不會給人太「濟」的感覺,雞肉就很滑,可能我們兩人也是嚐辣的一族,所以辣的情度我們是絕對可以接受。吃完兩道菜,覺得還是差了一點點滿足感,於是又點了手工泡菜海鮮煎餅($118),煎餅外貌吸引, 其中兩隻蝦好味又彈牙,又有火箭菜以減低油膩的感覺,唯一是泡菜可能太多以致酸味太濃,是整碟敗筆之處。順道一提,如果你是酒精飲品的愛酷者,八點前酒精飲品是有七折的。 continue reading

朋友生日,話想食韓國菜,咁我就當然即刻上網做功課啦,韓國餐廳總給人大堆頭嘅感覺,一係就燒肉一係就炸雞,想揀D有啲格調又精緻嘅餐廳慶祝一下。睇睇下就不如去利東街啦,一來近大家、二來嗰度啲餐廳都幾特別,而咁啱嗰度都有間韓國餐廳,一於book枱試下。嚟到利東街原來已經滿佈聖誕燈飾,氣氛濃厚。這間叫Bistro Seoul首首‧韓式小館,門面一啲都唔似食韓國菜,似西式餐廳多D。不坐室内、也可選擇坐露天座位、或可以帶著毛毛來一起共餐我們二人被安排坐在玻璃窗旁,可以一邊食飯一邊睇燈飾,都幾浪漫下。服務周到嘅店員立刻爲我倆倒茶,遞上餐牌同前菜打開Menu,選擇都好多,基本上所有傳統嘅韓國菜都可以係度食得到。叫咗個生魷魚薄切,本來以為好似刺生咁,但原來似carpaccio多啲,生魷魚墨魚薄切再加海藻沙律,配上檸檬汁、黑胡椒作調味,絕對開胃。香烤蒜粒醬油雞翼,真係有一粒粒蒜頭粒,雞翼醬汁味道好惹味,一碟6隻,份量剛剛好。五色石鍋飯~ 聽朋友講韓國人持守「五色養生」的概念,在韓式料理菜式中包含紅、黃、綠、黑、白的材料。韓式拌飯正正是體現這個特色嘅平民料理:胡蘿蔔(紅)、冬菇(黑)、菠菜(綠)、豆芽(白)、雞蛋(黃)等等,平凡易取的食材,拼成美麗不凡的養生雜錦飯,這是我最愛的一道菜泡菜燉榖飼豬助骨,湯底味道酸酸辣辣,兩件豬肋骨份量十足,豬肉燉得軟腍入味。 continue reading

首首.韓式小館 (Bistro Seoul) 是一家彷如外國酒廊的Fusion韓國餐廳,從餐廳外面看,還以為是一家西餐廳,加上沒印上餐廳的中文名字,好讓我們找了一會。囍貼街現時應該是旅遊景點吧,吸引不少外國客,因此連韓式餐廳也售各式各樣的酒精飲品,包括Cocktail、Red/White Wine、Draught Beer、Korean Beer、Rice Wine……每位奉送前菜三小碟,無啥特別,泡菜微辣爽甜。韓國酒香醬汁燜豬腩肉 ($148): 有十數件薄切豬腩肉,腩肉肥瘦分明,富油香,肉味適中,但酒香並不太突出,整體合格,稍欠特色。古法炸美國粟飼春雞配蜜糖芥末醬 ($158): 韓式炸雞肯定是最穩妥的菜式,皮脆、肉嫩、多汁等等仍是理所當然,蜜糖芥末醬也合大眾口味,不錯。唯一不足是雞件太大,建議預先切細件,方便享用。炒韓國粉絲 ($98/海鮮): 除海鮮外,還有牛肉/雜菜選擇,價錢相同。炒粉絲濕度剛好,質感爽滑煙韌,感覺不差。用料充足,含蝦仁、帶子粒、花枝片、冬菇等等,調味適中,不會過鹹,亦無味精。 continue reading

踏入秋冬,天氣漸冷,尤其是在下雨天更覺寒意。利東街向來充斥不少餐廳,但大多以甜品輕食為主,一心想品嚐暖烘烘的食品,這間韓國餐廳似乎就是不二之選。不論環境還是要食物款式,這裡顯然與一般韓國餐廳截然不同,裝潢比較摩登時尚之餘菜式方面亦帶有Fusion之感。首先送上三款韓式前菜。韓國宮廷煎蠔 ($188)將蠔裹上蛋漿香煎而成,令蠔能夠保持完好無缺,肉身肥美飽滿,不過油量頗多,幸好配上蔬菜及帶酸的醬汁剛好中和一下油膩感。傳統豆醬海鮮湯 ($168)在寒冷的天氣下品嚐一窩熱騰騰的湯品就最適合不過,海鮮湯以石鍋呈上保持溫度,亦充滿大蝦、青口、魷魚等海鮮及嫩豆腐、洋蔥、香菇等豐富配菜,不過當中有兩隻青口尚未煮至開殻;湯頭鹹度適中,調味不會過重亦不油膩。雖然整體價格較高而份量相對較少,但環境相對寬敞舒適、服務態度良好,而且屬於坊間較為少見的新派韓國料理,餐牌當中尚有不少別具特色的菜餚,看到其他人推薦其韓式下午茶賣相相當精緻,如有機會會再來一試。 continue reading
