今天晚上 ,我們搭地鐵去到九龍塘站落車 ;走了過去吳多泰博士國際中心地下Bistro NTT 晚飯。看了一看餐牌 ,我們叫了兩份晚餐套餐 。先來的是餐包 ,然後是凱撒沙律 、千層酥盒 、蟹黄蟹肉香蒜辣椒意粉、油封鴨脾意大利飯和两杯凍檸檬茶。千層酥盒的材料豐富,有蟹肉 、大蝦 、青口、 薯蓉, 海鮮鮮甜好味。蟹黄蟹肉香蒜辣椒意粉,香氣誘人,滋味濃厚。每一口都能感受到蟹肉的鮮甜和蟹黄的濃郁,配上香氣四溢的蒜和微辣的辣椒,產生絕妙的味覺饗宴。油封鴨脾意大利飯,真是一道讓人無法忘懷的美味佳餚。每一口米飯都融合了鴨脾的鮮美與香氣,入口即化。加上精心搭配的意式調味,令人回味無窮。 continue reading

在剛剛過去的周日,我和太太前往九龍Bistro NTT by Attic餐廳。這家餐廳以供應高級西餐著稱,我們特意選擇了他們的特色套餐晚膳。太太選擇了$338的套餐,其中包括了頭盤的意大利雲吞和餐包,以及一碗香濃可口的磨菇茸餐湯。主菜則是一道鴨白湯慢煮鴨胸配手打意式寬條麵,鴨肉軟嫩多汁,麵條彈牙有勁,盡顯廚師的烹飪功夫。至於我,則挑選了$268的套餐。我特意加$38升級至香煎法國鵝肝多士的頭盤,鵝肝香濃醇厚,配以溏心蛋黃和青蘋果蓉,口感層次豐富。接著是同樣的磨菇茸餐湯和餐包。主菜方面,我選擇了一道燴牛面意大利飯,牛肉軟嫩多汁,飯粒粒分明,令人胃口大開。餐後,我們各自享用了一份伯爵茶奶凍和烏龍茶奶凍作為甜品,清新幽雅的奶凍完美收尾了這頓豐富的晚膳。飲品方面,我們則點了凍檸檬茶作為解膩潤喉。我和太太都對這次晚宴留下了美好的回憶,期待下次再次造訪。 continue reading
