The semi buffet was set up by the kitchen and is served by staff according to your choices.

We opted for a main each but for a regular lunch you could easily just have the semi buffet as lots to choose from. Flavours were good with fresh ingredients . My favourite were the grilled bell peppers, parma ham and the avocado & cucumber salad.

Steak was lovely char grilled which added to the taste.


For desserts they had, Mocha Roll, Tiramisu and Brownie. I liked the Tiramisu the most but could of had more alcohol 😁

The buffet lunch costed $168, actually very over priced just because it is located in central. The quality was just average, and because there are too many customers, a bit chaos when getting the food. The Chinese receptionist need to have her training again. She didn’t know what is customer service at all. Terrible service.

This is where I get my meat fix. The meat is so fresh and yummy, it’s a buffet too! It’s amazing. The salad buffet is also the best I’ve tried. It’s so wholesome and you basically would be full by just eating that. It contains a little meat, but mostly vegetarian. SO GOOD!

Nice atmosphere and good food quality.The speed of serving main course is slow. I heard the other table customer complained the same. The steak I ordered was medium but it appeared overcooked. However, the quality of the steak was still good and tender. The dessert was a bit disappointed with the presentation taste fine.We added $50 for glass of wine which was good too.

For starter we had Fritto Misto ($188), with crispy fried squid, shrimps, and lemon mayo. The portion is significant, with the seafood wrapped in a thin batter, then deep-fry to crispy. There are a piece of lemon provided so we can squeeze in some drops of lemon juice to freshen up, and the mayo is also a good dipping sauce for the dish.

Next we had the Authentic Caesar Salad ($128). Also big in portion, it was like a small mountain of lettuce when being served, with boiled egg, white anchovies, croutons and bacon inside. Decent in taste, I would like the sauce to be more savory, which would make the salad an even better dish.

For the main course, my wife had the American USDA Certified Grain-fed Beef Fillet ($398). The fillet is of 8 oz in size, prepared to her requested medium well, and paired with jus and some rock salt. It was a good roast and from the look I can also tell it is very delicious and on hindsight I should also be ordering a beef cut myself.

On the other hand, I did choose to have the Whole Sous Vide Cooked Spring Chicken ($218). Most of the bones were taken out, the spring chicken is beautifully roasted, very juicy and tender, with also salsa verde and cherry tomato confit. Just a bit heavy on the seasoning, if it could dial down somewhat the chicken would be even more fabulous.

Quite full already, we decided to order a dessert to share. The Gelati Fatti in Casa ($75) got 3 scoops, and we chose Strawberry, Lemon, and Mango and Passion Fruit. It was a refreshing finale to cleanse the palate and remove the sense of fat and after-taste of the prior dishes. A good finale.

Service is generally good, except that the staff tends to group together to chit chat, to the degree that they are not paying attention to the customers in the restaurant. When paying the bill I had to wait for quite a while before the staff came back to pick up my credit card, and all the while I was seeing him talking to the kitchen team. Even though the restaurant was not busy it was something quite annoying. The bill on the night was $1,258 and in my opinion quite reasonable.

It has been two days since we've had rib-eye at Bistecca, and I still remember how good it was. Bistecca is nothing new to us as we come here occasionally on weekend lunches, but its steak almost always impresses. Service is typically alright, although our hostess went the extra mile on this visit. If the occasion is to get a perfect steak dinner without putting on suits and heels, Bistecca would be highly recommended. It has been two days since we've had rib-eye at Bistecca, and I still remember how good it was. Bistecca is nothing new to us as we come here occasionally on weekend lunches, but its steak almost always impresses. Service is typically alright, although our hostess went the extra mile on this visit. 

If the occasion is to get a perfect steak dinner without putting on suits and heels, Bistecca would be highly recommended. In fact, I'd claim that it serves the best steak in the entire Dining Concepts band. And the best part: it's way more chill than your typical premium steakhouse, whether at Mandarin Grill or even Wolfgang.

Requested medium rare and the steak came out medium rare (that happens only half the time in Hong Kong). The rib-eye was perfectly seasoned and charred, and it was moist, tender, not too fibrous and was loaded with an intense meaty flavor. The lean meat/fat balance was ideal. At less than $500 for a 14oz serving of USDA Prime Rib-eye, this was great value.

我們一行10人在週五的中午去了這間位於蘭桂坊的餐廳吃午餐,慶祝happy friday。這裏的午餐可以選擇只吃自助餐或自助餐加主菜。因為自助餐的選擇已經很豐富,我們10個人就只叫了三客主菜,包括兩件牛扒及一件燒排骨,對於這間扒房來說,牛扒當然煮得很好吃。自助餐方面,很多都很好吃,尤其喜歡他們的大大粒青口、甜粟米沙拉、及西蘭花。甜品方面也有水果及幾種cake,包括兩款芝士蛋糕及一款貌似朱古力蛋糕的花生醬蛋糕。這個happy friday的午餐真的很不錯,大家都吃的很開心!

我們一行10人在週五的中午去了這間位於蘭桂坊的餐廳吃午餐,慶祝happy friday。這裏的午餐可以選擇只吃自助餐自助餐加主菜。因為自助餐的選擇已經很豐富,我們10個人就只叫了三客主菜,包括兩件牛扒及一件燒排骨,對於這間扒房來說,牛扒當然煮得很好吃。自助餐方面,很多都很好吃,尤其喜歡他們的大大粒青口、甜粟米沙拉、及西蘭花。甜品方面也有水果及幾種cake,包括兩款芝士蛋糕及一款貌似朱古力蛋糕的花生醬蛋糕。這個happy friday的午餐真的很不錯,大家都吃的很開心!

Came with a reservation. I think we made the reservation (for 4) on the day of, so it was a little difficult to get a good time. As such, we didn't sit down until like 1:30 pm. Almost everything on the lunch menu is paired with the buffet, which is actually really good. I tried really hard to look for something which didn't include the buffet, but I wasn't able to. Almost everything on the lunch menu is paired with the buffet, which is actually really good. I tried really hard to look for something which didn't include the buffet, but I wasn't able to. As such, it would be nice if the restaurant could maybe think of some options for people who come for lunch but do not want to eat that much (aka the buffet).

Anyway, I did actually wind up eating the buffet, and it was pretty good. They have stuff like sesame chicken, poke style tuna (raw), cucumber salad, papaya salad, sun dried tomatoes... quite a big selection! You can pair your buffet with a steak or something like that, but I think it's just too much food. I tried some of the chicken steak, which was quite decent as well. Overall, while I don't actually like eating this much, this place seems like a pretty good deal.
