憑藉著在英國的成長背景、於紐約和三藩市分別居住四年及五年的經歷,老闆Andrew 帶著他對美食的熱情和對味道的高度敏感性來到了香港。曾任職侍酒師的他,準確利用了自己精細的品味,將心中對美味的追求轉化為現實,創造出令人回味無窮的美食,為大家呈現了一道道精心烹調的料理。英籍的Andrew對香港的熱愛深厚,他已在香港扎根了十一年。為了追求心中完美的漢堡包味道,Andrew親自開設了餐廳。自2016年開設Electric Ave,繼而是Smashed by Electric Ave,以及現在的Birria Y Birria,Andrew始終堅持不懈地為香港人帶來美食。今次要為大家推介香港獨家推出的Birrieria。通常Birria與玉米餅tortilla一同食用。Birrieria是一個昇華變奏版本,將tortilla玉米餅與兩種墨西哥芝士結合,然後加入birria*。食用時,可以搭配隨餐提供的燉肉湯醬。*Birria是一種利用香料和醋醃製後的山羊肉、羔羊肉、牛肉或羊肉燉煮而成的墨西哥傳統菜式,其肉質因而變得酥軟,味道豐富。這道菜的味道令人難以置信的美味,玉米餅的香脆,拉絲芝士的濃郁鹹香與birria的獨特香料肉味完美結合。每一口都仿佛品嘗到了天堂般的滋味,讓人心滿意足,回味無窮。而Umami Burger,則是將經牛骨髓醬烹飪的蘑菇搭配多汁的漢堡牛肉餅,漢堡外皮微微脆口,內裡肉質卻保持鮮嫩多汁。融化的芝士和內餡的完美融合,使得這個漢堡無比美味。搭配一杯清爽的啤酒,將漢堡包的味道提升到了一個全新的層次。至於甜品,則選擇了Mexican Chocolate Churros,完美結束一頓豐富的用餐體驗。全自費俾錢食lunch continue reading
