是咁的,我呢啲港島打工仔,平時放工都係想搵個地方靜靜地chill下,食下嘢飲杯酒。咁啱喺OpenRice碌到呢間「Bilibala Yakitori Bar」,見到個名有啲搞笑,再望真啲,嘩!網上訂座有折?喺銅鑼灣喎!堅定流呀?抱住一半好奇、一半驚中伏嘅心態,就膽粗粗book咗位同個friend去試下。間舖頭喺希雲街,唔係SOGO嗰邊啲大街,反而有種捐窿捐罅先搵到嘅尋寶feel。入到去燈光昏黃,座位唔算多,但好有日本地道居酒屋嗰種溫馨風情,坐得幾舒服,好適合傾計。我哋叫咗十幾串嘢,真係無一串係伏!印象最深刻嘅,唔係啲大路嘢,而係個「雞心喉」。平時食開雞心就雞心,雞喉就雞喉,佢竟然將兩樣串埋一齊燒!個口感好得意,雞心爽彈,雞喉就帶少少脆,加埋個醬汁燒得好香口,送酒一流,呢個配搭真係第一次食,好有驚喜。另外個「明太子釀雞翼」都好有水準,燒得啱啱好,外皮香脆,一咬開啲明太子醬「嗶」一聲爆晒出嚟,鹹香十足,超惹味!唔似有啲舖頭啲明太子好似搽上去咁少。仲有個「厚切牛舌」都冇得輸,真係厚切,爽口彈牙,牛味濃郁,唔係平時食開嗰啲薄切貨色。成程我哋都係飲Highball,夠晒冰凍,同啲串燒簡直係絕配。最開心係埋單嗰下,見到張單用咗七折,真係笑咗出嚟,性價比高到癲!講真,以佢嘅食物質素同心思,就算無折我都覺得值回票價,絕對會再encore。已經mark低咗下次要試埋佢個雞皮同埋燒飯糰。真心推介俾想喺銅鑼灣搵間高質居酒屋嘅朋友!Read More
