依家天氣咁熱,真係唔想係條街度周圍行,食完野不如再食甜品啦!芒果腸粉腸粉皮薄得黎彈牙,芒果又夠甜,而且冰涼好岩夏天食,好爽好甜!依隻芒果腸粉同傳統既芒果腸粉不同之處係多左cream,所以食落香d、滑d。椰汁芋圓西米露唔好睇佢白雪雪,一「筆」起見到超多材料,包括西米露、丸子、芋圓同芋頭粒。好香椰汁味,西米粒又滑;芋圓同丸子好煙靭!煮得岩岩好,質感非常好!而且咬開時會食到芋頭味,唔係糯米團咁簡單👍🏻椰皇蛋白燉桃膠雖然夏天黎臨,但姥姥我老勒,所以想食d滋潤既野。依款甜品用左夏天盛產既椰皇,裡面係滿滿既桃膠、蛋白、西米露同丸子,真材實料。好白椰香,依隻椰香同椰汁圓西米露既椰汁唔同,更加香,因為係椰皇。滑o者o者既蛋白好香,仲有新興既滋潤健康材料 - 桃膠,桃膠本身無味,要做得好食要睇佢既配搭材料,依個椰皇燉蛋白就prefect勒!冰雪樂園頂層係雲尼拿雪糕,下面係冰凍雪碧,之後底層係彩色椰果。視覺及味覺層次感非常豐富,透心涼,岩晒三十幾度既夏天😘 continue reading

呢日係黃大仙探完朋友仔個B,佢話附近呢間小店既甜品幾好食,於是忍唔住就過左黎試下係咪咁正先!睇下MENU都幾多選擇,今次揀左心太軟配雪糕同椰汁芋圓西米露,岩岩落完單抬頭望到塊黑板個MENU有咖哩拼盤wo,口痕痕又叫埋黎試下!等緊既期間,店員就擺低兩杯暖水~好少糖水鋪會咁貼心wo,呢個有加分!好快咖哩拼盤就黎先,有腸仔魚蛋墨魚丸貢丸同蘿蔔~咖哩汁混入D蒜蓉所以好香,仲加入左少少辣椒,我本人唔食辣既但個辣度我都接受到,係好低程度既微辣啦~唔錯!食完時間岩岩好!椰汁芋圓西米露上檯!~一見到係嘩左一聲既!駛唔駛咁多料?!一向食開椰汁芋圓西米露都只係芋圓、西米同少少芋頭。但呢碗既材料係除左以上所講之外,仲有地瓜圓紫薯圓小丸子同埋椰果!非常足料! 而且椰汁味夠香~D圓圓夠煙UN有口感,不過如果可以大粒D就仲正!!!之後心太軟都黎左~本人覺得呢個甜品更出色!上到檯已經俾個賣相吸引~完全反映本人係朱古力控,因為係有朱古力心太軟、朱古力雪糕同朱古力條既~正正!首先梗係試下流唔流心先啦~支叉一吉落去,入面既朱古力漿狂湧出黎,好澎湃!食落成口都朱古力味!口感方面因為蛋糕層唔厚所以做到外脆內軟既效果,配埋個朱古力雪糕一冷一熱真係冇得輸~忍唔住一啖食完再一啖~同老公係咁搶食!多謝朋友推薦~~食到美味既甜品真係好滿足~~ continue reading

前幾日先同朋友食完,今日又食喇😂因為食完個榴槤雪山甘露之後,搞到我日思夜想😂個人黎講真係覺得哩個榴槤雪山甘露好值得推介👍但呢個甜品一定要跟住步驟去食,一但你食左果三嚿靈魂嘅榴槤肉先,就嘥哂喇!因為榴槤肉真係超級濃郁,食左佢先,咁個榴槤雪花冰就會變左好淡,所以一定要由雪花冰開始食,將榴槤肉留到最尾👍👍👍榴槤腸粉又係一個榴槤迷必嗌嘅甜品😍白色的腸粉皮用左蒟蒻去做,煙煙韌韌配埋稔香的榴槤肉(多到滿出黎吖😍)同香滑嘅 cream。最後再配上用榴蓮肉做嘅汁,夢幻嘅配搭,要推介👍桑寄生蓮子雞蛋糖水加桃膠雞蛋都變埋糖水嘅顏色,好入味,唔似出面白烚完你要先加入去👍好足料,好多紅棗同蓮子,仲有好多我鍾意嘅桃膠吖😍不過中式糖水我就覺得偏甜左啲啲咁多喇。總括黎講:唔好講咁多,榴槤迷一定要試😍😍 continue reading

看似平平無奇既小店,原有充滿愛同心機!話說我整親隻腳,一於食桃膠同燕窩進補下!椰皇蛋白燉桃膠 $50門面睇落同一般甜品店一樣,竟然有好足料既桃膠甜品!老闆係落足心機落足料,每一啖都匙到桃膠同燕窩!老闆仲話近期來貨既椰皇(同樣用做碗)比較細,額外盛多碗仔比我!😍除左桃膠之外,入面仲有西米同芋圓,煙韌控一定好鐘意!椰汁燕窩燉蛋白 $75看似平平無奇!用匙更一撈起!除左有好多好滑嫩既燕窩之外,仲有彈彈既蛋白!最鐘意就係食凝固係碗邊既蛋白,感覺好治癒!食完除左覺得好飽肚,仲覺得塊面成身都白左幾度,滑嘟嘟,同碗甜品一樣!感覺好滋補,完全係意料之外既體驗!糖不甩 $22糖不甩有好足料既花生碎!一碟大約有10粒!湯圓好痴身,每粒都痴到好多好多既花生碎!糖不甩煙煙韌韌! continue reading

於家中想吃榴槤通常都有一個煩惱,就是通常買的分量不是一兩個人可吃光。而且其氣味更不是每個人都能夠接受。所以吃得最放心最開心的地方就是甜品舖。大街小店採用的榴槤是馬來西亞 D24 ,L 更自制榴槤二重奏來一個榴槤拿破崙配榴槤雪糕。酥皮脆而且很香,每一口都可以嘆盡榴槤的美味。意猶未盡,再來一客榴槤班戟。平常都是吃到,外層班蘭皮包着忌廉及榴槤果肉,咬下去口感軟綿綿與拿破崙不同。椰皇蛋白燉桃膠,店主為確保提供的份量足夠更有多一小杯椰皇西米。椰皇味道很濃,有西米、小丸子、桃膠及蛋白。吃完蛋白更可用匙羹挖椰皇果肉吃。至於椰皇湯圓燉蛋白保留椰皇蛋白的滋潤。更有皮薄餡靚的芝麻湯圓。小丸子亦彈牙。 continue reading
