️明白點解成日煮唔切啲飯,因為真係用心製作,粒粒飯都食到有調味,但唔油膩。雞件已去骨,雞皮有彈性,肉質同肉味都正常水平。個人認為旁邊嘅豉油先係呢碟飯嘅精髓,食得出係自家出品有煮過,味道偏甜微辣,裏面配有大量薑蔥芫荽蓉加辣椒,平時完全食唔到芫荽嘅我,都覺得呢個豉油好出色,芫荽氣味並冇搶到風頭!然後佢嘅熱鴛鴦都不錯,奶茶咖啡嘅比例正合我心意,就係香港特色先有嘅熱鴛鴦,而家好似好難搵到一杯好飲嘅熱鴛鴦,呢度推!今日播放歌單係Kary🥰 continue reading

被朋友帶去的,整個氛圍驚艷我了!沒想到香港有那麼一間有特色的店!店面本身不大,小小的一間,走的不是舒服路線,但卻很有氛圍。店家老闆聲稱自己是一家酒吧,只不過剛好提供火鍋。確實,他們家的酒都是老闆自己去外國進貨,特別推薦葡萄酒,味道很特別,非常不錯!吃飯過程老闆還會過來敬酒聊天,是E人的天堂🤣海鮮很新鮮,尤其是聖子非常非常好吃!牛肉也不錯,很有飽足感!他們家的腐竹好有特色,拿出來其他桌的人都會送上羨慕眼神😂如果剛好去那裡慶生就可以體會到全場一起唱生日歌的快樂! continue reading

日日lunch time 都見到珍姐出面大排長龍,所以一直都無機會試。今日lunch time 早放就去排隊,大概等左15分鐘,入到12:20已經無唒拔道腩雞飯,所以叫左佢另外出名嘅頭抽蔥油豬扒煎雙蛋飯。抽蔥油豬扒煎雙蛋飯果然係招牌,蔥油香得黎又唔油,豬扒已經切好細塊易入口,仲食到有香茅味,加埋篤穿個流水蛋撈飯,真心無得輸。係中環咁本土地道嘅碟頭飯,呢個質素真係無得頂,難怪連鬼佬都識過黎食(果日lunch time 都見到5-6個) ~ continue reading
