To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前買Croissant的時候,看到其他人都買一個又一個的Bagel,可見受歡迎程度。繼上次令人滿意的牛角包後,今次就一於試試Bagel也是不是同樣出色!麵包架在Bagel專區是日掛有至少4款Bagel,特別欣賞每一款麵包都是介紹用料來源,掛架設計也方便夾起Bagel,這個細緻位看得出有為客人多想一步,加分! 宇治納言比高 $24外形比我一般吃過的份量大一點,以丸久小山園龍膽抹茶粉製作,有微微的抹茶苦澀回甘味。咬感帶點煙韌,內有紅豆和自家製麻糬,稍嫌有點太甜,麻糬份量有點尷尬,若多一點就更有綿糯口感,總括而言也是不錯的。 continue reading

自從搬家之後, 早餐再沒有母親大人準備, 平時返工前的早餐, 大多簡單的如叮叮點心又或是即食麵, 之前去了佐敦一轉, 順路在品榖買了一堆麵包回家, 份量應該夠兩三天的早餐. 品榖最着名的是牛角酥, 我覺得它和GC及Bakehouse的原味也較起來, 脆度, 層次感和內裡的蜂巢度一點也不遜色, 牛油香則較柔和, 也較少油度, 吃起來比較舒服, 特別以早餐而言不想過於油膩.鬆餅同樣是最基本的提子乾型, 提子乾份量真的不少, 但整體口感偏乾, 內裡口感偏實, 少了一點一口咬下去酥軟的感覺, 有點可惜. 友人說它的Earl Grey口味的鬆餅更吸引, 只是我去到的時候已經售罄. 除了牛角酥和鬆餅, 我還一口氣吃下黑糖麥包, 麥香濃郁與黑糖的甜配合得不錯, 切起來看似雲石蛋糕, 口感不會太軟熟, 撕起來一條條的麵包絲層次分明, 感覺還不錯, 只是不要太大力擠壓它, 內裏的黑糖漿會流出來呢. continue reading
