有40年歷史位於觀塘嘅「彪哥海鮮菜館」一直都係我最愛嘅廣東小炒,裝修看似平凡嘅菜館,但內有乾坤,得獎無數。「蛇羹」係必食!食過一次之後已經記得佢哋嘅味道同其他行家不一樣,果然係值得攞獎。另一得獎菜「砵酒焗生蠔」食得多,今次試吓「砵酒焗白鱔球」,味道一樣咁好食,外脆內嫩,配合洋蔥和汁一齊食,簡直係無敵!尤其是加碗白飯...「椒鹽鮮魷魚」香脆嘢味,一咬落去嘅時候入邊啲汁標出嚟,油溫控制得非常之好。馳名「炸奶奶」每次都一定要食,外面脆皮加內裏微甜鮮奶,味道剛好。每次新鮮出爐嘅時候夥計都會攞住盆鮮奶問大家有冇興趣食,好似人哋買點心推車仔咁,好有氣氛!仲有叫其他頭盤和蔬菜類,但係唔記得影相🤣🤣最後有新鮮自家製「生磨杏仁茶」有時睇到員工喺度滅杏仁皮,真材實料,不會落杏仁粉,味道跟酒店的還要好,值得推介! continue reading

店的故事由1982年開始近40年,店由李棠師父由街邊檔做起到之後入舖,問及第二代傳人 James Li ,原來店名正是他爸爸李棠以他廿名字最尾一個字命名,原名「蛇王彪」,後正名為「彪哥海鮮菜館,店舖年齡同餐廳店齡一樣,感受到爸爸對他的愛。主打另類美食罕有以鹿肉及蛇肉入饌。全港首創掛鹿米線,鹿肉本身估計佢哋用國產貨,但原來他們用英國、澳洲或紐西蘭的來貨,掛鹿米線當中的肉碎由廚師用心將鹿的背脊骨撕出肉末再加入少少鹿脷邊的肉碎,再放入高湯中,肉碎掛在米線上造成類似螞蟻上樹的效果,每一條米線都沾滿鹿肉碎,湯頭好鮮甜,撒一把葱,吃得過足癮,人生中第一次嚐到鹿肉的滋味,仲一啲都唔黐牙,據稱仲好補身,營養價值比其他肉類更高,真係好鐘意呢個菜式,大開眼界。見餐牌仲有清湯鹿腩及堂煎鐵板鹿脷,已經列入Must Try Item!疫後約齊各兄弟試晒佢餐牌的特色菜。另懷舊特色滋補蛇羮亦係重點推介,蛇羹以薑絲、木耳絲、蛇肉絲、雞絲、肉絲、果皮絲等材料,湯頭以老雞及豬尾骨煲三小時以上,蛇肉選用水蛇貪佢可去濕,配以唐檸葉切極幼絲,取其清香,老雞湯滋補,但因用老雞熬製,患有感冒者不適宜食用因有機會將惡菌困在體內難以清除,這菜式更曾是旅發局得獎作品,再配埋佢哋特色炒糯米飯真是相得益彰,冬天最啱食。疫情關係,佢哋都有構思做冷凍包,-18度抽真空包裝,其中羊腩煲係最暢銷產品,優價$250全腩,加熱15分鐘已可食得。另有八寶鴨可供訂購,極限量供應。 continue reading
