種類豐富 環境舒適 服務良好是晚自助餐是榴槤主題 食物豐富超多選擇 每種吃一口也飽了!刺身大推薦火炙三文魚腩 肥美又有特色;凍海鮮最推薦小鮑魚 爽彈滑溜 口感很好;榴槤甜品則有點失色 試了幾款都有點失望 ;熱盤的種類也很多,牛扒燒得不錯,羊架及燒豬腩肉也很值得試吓自助餐中段會敲鐘派燉湯,充料又暖胃反而Gelato有驚喜 一定要試coconut !榴槤拼盤是憑卡領取的 新鮮又美味 打卡一流食得非常滿足,搶到優惠的話很推薦來吃吃看 continue reading

冇冷氣, 食物七點四十分已經冇晒, 我七點三十幾分去到, 唔講都唔知自己比成六百幾蚊食buffet, 凍海鮮只淨返少許, 其他食物唔睇仲好, 一出去睇, 我問自己呢間係咩五星酒店buffet. 其他三四星酒店buffet好過佢百倍, 真係食到一肚氣. continue reading

由於某平台技術問題而成功拿下一折自助餐優惠,為免夜長夢多,立即使用。亦都因為查詢人數眾多,餐廳已不勝負荷,最近要訂位的話還是乖乖到網站完成吧!餐廳環境整潔,員工儘管知道我使用優惠亦用心服務。也不知是餐枱距離太近還是隔離食客太興奮,整晚都被迫聽著他們對食物的評價 。至於食物方面,款式不算多,味道只能說及格吧。凍海鮮四款,但只有蝦質素中上,而刺生櫃內display則是失去光澤。雖然如此,師傅分發的厚切油甘魚比想像中好,忍不住再要一客。ham分別有手切和機切的,最上那碟是師傅手切,比較細塊。然而兩者都久缺油份,甚至有筋。順便一提,蜜瓜可以在甜品部拿到已切粒的,這個連皮要再處理,麻煩多了。中式食物有蒸點心、燉湯、花雕蟹肉蒸蛋 、手撕雞刈包、粉麵攤檔….. 燉湯大概7點才開始派發,當你見到長長的人龍便是了。當日是蟲草花栗子紅棗燉雞,足料味濃。花雕蟹肉蒸蛋味道不俗,可惜我那份有蟹殼,扣分。黃金白飯魚很惹味,可惜後段沒有了,換上炸魚皮。沙律、芝士、燒牛肉、清真和印度食品都有少少,一定可以滿足不同需求。甜品部分,madeleine為正常size作對比。酒店有蛋糕櫃放置各式小蛋糕,可以按喜好請甜品師拿取。除芝士蛋糕外,其他都值得一試。雪糕櫃放在甜品部一角,而口味指示牌亦像是隔便放著,難找啊!不過別放棄,雪糕很好,只是偏甜,椰子味更是受歡迎到後來都沒有了。 continue reading
