To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2020年02月12日咁岩做野出左杏花邨,就約埋朋友出黎杏花邨食飯。因為諗唔到食咩好,所以行左陣。本身諗住去打邊爐,因啲人話最近唔好打邊爐。跟住行黎行去,唔知食咩好。最後見到有間別府。就入左黎食野。唔知係咪因為疫情既關係。冇乜人食飯。一到門口就可以入去坐。朋友叫左個魚生飯。都ok新鮮。唔算太差。我叫左個餐。個餐有三樣魚生。魚生有三文魚,帶子同牡丹蝦。夠凍!一流!仲有個牛舌飯。我係為左個牛舌飯叫佢!冇令我失望! continue reading

得閒經過左杏花邨,發現原來別府午市優惠都唔錯~首先食嘅係壽喜燒燒鍋飯~個湯底清清地,再落埋啲豉油就啱啱好🥳另外佢啲肥牛都幾好食~ 配埋啲生蛋黃就變得好滑~其他配料就有芋絲、金菇、其他菜等等而咖喱雞扒係有微微煎過都幾香同埋脆~咖喱係有少少辣到嘅! 唔係一般唔辣嘅日式咖喱😚令一樣野又係咖喱! 豚肉拉麵嘅咖喱味唔錯,拉麵嘅麵條係比較有身同埋偏直一啲嘅,冇平時食嗰啲咁有咬口不過都不錯👍🏻大家得閒都可以過嚟食下午餐😍 continue reading

        別府地獄拉麵在香港都有一段歷史,由於怕辣,所以都沒想過幫襯。今天(二月十六日)經過門口,見到全日八折,想想不如入去看看有甚麼好野食。        坐下來叫了三個菜,分別是一口牛,櫻花蝦薄餅和鰈魚tempura。果然薑是愈老愈辣,這三款菜式完全沒有令我失望,其中櫻花蝦薄餅簡直令我喜出望外,因為櫻花蝦數量很多,而且這件是薄撐,不是薄餅,真的很好別和別具風味!鰈魚tempura也炸得很香脆,基本我連一些細骨也吃得下去呢。以上兩個菜是令我驚喜的;至於一口牛,也不令我失望,非常鬆化。這一餐性價比非常高,極力推介! continue reading

This is the first time I have a dinner in 別府 since I moved in to Heng Fa Chuen. I have to say it is a big disappointment.As the restaurant’s name implied, the restaurant serves Japanese cuisine,especially ingredients from別府. However, it seems to be only a gimmick, as I cannot find any differences of the menu from other Japanese restaurants. The quality of the food is also disappointing. My wife and I order a shrimp tempura, a deep fried chicken cartilage, a seafood fried rice and a beef don. Too much flour is put on the tempura that I can barely taste the shrimp. The chicken cartilage is tastless. The fried rice is too wet and the beef is not soft enough and hard to chew. We will never come again continue reading
