今日約了我一位好久不見的朋友一聚,上網找到一間樓上的酒吧餐廳,見到的餐廳中介紹的地方都好傻雅,食物方面都多選擇,細想後決定要到這間餐廳。Bellevue Bar and Grill位於在油麻地的譽發廣場23樓,一出升降機就見到充滿藝術感的塗鴉,繪畫了在鬧市中一位正在享用杯cocktail 的女士,紅色做background base ,真是非常鮮艷奪目。牆身同樣地繪畫了不少充滿藝術的塗鴉,除此之外餐廳內落地玻璃窗旁掛上一串串的電燈泡,店內以白色為基調,讓顧客感到輕鬆舒適的感覺,同時配上紅色、白色枱布、皮製的椅子,打出浪漫高雅的氣氛。在繁榮的鬧市中有一片寧靜的土地,居高臨下可以欣賞窗外的街景,日落黃昏,在天空上掛了一個橙紅色的太陽,真是好美的一個鹹蛋黃,日落西沉,不久夕陽的時間就好快地消失......夜幕低垂,在高空俯瞰那條繁榮的彌敦道,燈火閃爍輝煌的鬧市又再出現,正是欣賞此美麗的夜景,感受到香港有東方之珠之魅力。食物方面,餐廳都有供應set dinner ,也有散點,散點方面分別有乾式熟成牛肉、頭盤及沙律、湯、海鮮、家禽及肉類、主菜、甜品等......店員奉上了兩個麵包,剛焗香都微熱,包身鬆軟,再塗上香草牛油,讓吃起來的麵包更香滑美味。先來一份頭盤,就是香煎鵝肝焦糖蘋果、紅桑子黑醋燒汁$178,香煎鵝肝外表煎至微脆,甘香豐腴,而且入口即溶,再伴上香甜爽脆的焦糖蘋果,吃起來不油膩,有齒額留香的感覺。主菜來一份烤銀鱈魚扒,約200g($238),伴菜有泰國幼蘆筍、薯蓉、薯仔及彩椒,魚皮煎得香脆,魚肉呈雪白色澤,肉質相當滑溜,帶有魚油香。再來多一份意粉,我選擇了烤緬因州龍蝦尾伴牛肝菌龍蝦汁扁意粉$198,意粉都好掛汁,啖啖都有龍蝦汁的鮮香,也有牛肝菌的芳香,另外龍蝦肉都好爽彈,份量都足。我們這些女士總是留番個胃食甜品,店員都好細心,會提示個迷你火焰雪出不會在客人面前落酒去燒,沒要緊,我都仍然堅持點了一份迷你火焰雪山伴野莓焦糖燉蛋$88,海綿蛋糕包住雪糕球,再把打好的蛋白鋪上,外層的蛋白加了冧酒去燒過,表面燒至金黃,有微微焦香而且入口香滑輕盈,再來一口冰涼可口的朱古力雪糕,營造了層次豐富的甜蜜。旁邊還有一個野莓的焦糖燉蛋,焦糖面夠薄焦香,燉蛋都好夠蛋香,再一口草莓粒,可以輕減下甜膩感。服務體貼細心,食物都有水準,歡樂時光過得特別快,今晚多謝友人來到一起吃晚飯,都好耐沒見,好愉快地享用一道美味晚飯,寧靜的環境又可以欣賞到街外的夜景,一邊談天一邊用餐,都是一個不錯的用餐的地方。 continue reading

近期返工太辛苦,好想趁住假期食返餐好,於是搵下邊個地方有long lunch 食嘅時候,搵到呢間油麻地嘅餐廳,同埋依家出旺角呢啲地方感覺好咗好多,少咗人行得嚟都舒服d, 所以唔介意去油尖旺💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻嚟到位於譽發廣場嘅呢間餐廳,喜歡餐廳差唔多全部嘅位都係窗口位,望住街外景特別醒神,呢到嘅brunch 自助沙律同甜品嘢食98蚊一位,再加自己要咩主菜同飲品主菜叫左芝士柏爾馬火腿焗雞扒,雞扒表面微微脆口,中間夾住火腿同芝士,切起上嚟每一口都吃到3樣嘢入口,同埋味道都幾match及嫰口,好食、個人較欣賞整得好似月亮嘅薯蓉,牛油味重滑口👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻至於講到semi-buffet, 有唔同嘅沙律同湯,呢個可能話brunch一定有,開心嘅有all day breakfast嘅材料,三角薯餅喺個人至愛,另外仲有生果同甜品,同朋友一路傾計一路分step慢慢食,樣樣試晒最後加錢加埋杯cappuccino作最後飲品,同有人坐足差唔多3個鐘,嘢食環境都吸引,好滿足 continue reading

上網見到呢間嘅食評好評如潮,就趁3號颱風嘅今日去試下!餐廳位於MTR附近,大慨行2分鐘,地理位置上好方便由於今日打風兼落雨,12:05到達既我成為左第一個客人。Weekday lunch $78會有自助沙律吧,呢度係以semi lunch buffet形式。沙律吧既食物如圖,已經影晒,款式唔多,有湯,有幾款菜&沙律,有dressing,3款甜品。至於主菜我地叫左一份鱸魚&一份豬扒,份量都係比較的骰,男士就會需要靠拎多幾轉個自助salad bar先會飽。豬扒配薯菜,薯蓉好滑身,同Hotel Icon既Green有d相似,好味豬扒係薄薄一塊,肉質係冧,易咬既。至於朋友點既鱸魚,魚就有少少鞋,不過都唔差,配上紅菜頭source既意大利飯,由於我受唔到紅菜頭陣味,所以就無試了。主菜上菜速度較慢,大慨20-25分鐘,但品質都不錯,想快快趣趣食lunch既朋友就要留意啦。反而甜品有驚喜,brownie一口蛋糕同麵包布甸都幾好味,麵包布甸好有蛋香,brownie亦唔係死甜而要彈既係佢既生果哈蜜瓜&西瓜都吸左好大陣雪櫃味,好難食,扣分真係扣係呢度。至於服務總括而言都唔錯,不過就唔係所有侍應都同一standard,餐廳可以自己略加留意。 continue reading

又到左紀念日要小慶祝一下 男朋友book左餐廳今晚食西餐👫食物overall都幾有質素 set dinner有四道菜 餐包超夠熱超軟熟 香草味好重 唔係普通牛油麵包💁‍♂️Appetizer兩款都係沙律 我哋揀咗海蝦牛油果沙律伴脆芝士🙆‍♂️ 牛油果就唔係好食到 反而脆芝士就好濃烈 加個檸檬汁好flesh好開胃💁‍♀️餐湯因為我哋淨係叫咗一個set dinner 所以waiter好貼心咁將個湯分一半變兩碗💁‍♀️ 服務很好🙆‍♀️ 湯都好creamy 加少少胡椒幾香💁‍♂️香煎美國特級肉眼扒伴黑松露燒汁 $498聽聞呢間餐廳最出名係熟成牛扒🙆‍♂️ 但見到呢個set dinner太抵又冇理由唔叫 所以今晚無試到熟成牛扒🤷‍♀️但特級肉眼扒都幾好 肉眼筋位好有牛味 牛脂牛油分布好平均💁‍♀️💁‍♀️ 慢慢咀嚼牛味更滲出黎 男朋友幾滿意💁‍♂️💁‍♂️💁‍♂️ 連配菜嘅薯蓉都好重牛油忌廉味 香滑好食💁‍♂️ 平時都係點黑椒汁或者Mustard 呢個黑松露燒汁配牛扒嘅組合又幾有新意喎💁‍♀️ 黑松露比黑椒味重 令到成個主菜更色香味俱全草莓吉士撻撻底做得好脆好鬆化💁‍♀️ 不過士多啤梨就有幾粒酸啲🙇‍♂️ 但都好食嘅 比得上酒店嘅水準💁‍♀️💁‍♀️ continue reading

靚靚食神相約吃晚飯,為我慶祝生日,談得來的朋友,又是吃得合拍的 "飯脚"邀請吃飯,當然二話不說就約定了!靚靚提議到 Bellevue Bar and Grill,這是一家西式餐廳   /   扒房,熟成牛扒是招牌菜,主要來自美國及澳洲,還有多國的西式食品,包括法國菜。適逢法國五月節舉行期間,餐牌特設法國五月薈晚餐,其實十分吸引 ! 但牛扒是這裏的招牌菜,真是魚與熊掌 !  最後都是選了熟成牛扒,因為餐廳介紹說是   "餐牌中的皇者",既然來了就要朝聖吧 !  我們另外點了頭盤、意粉和甜品。麵包~ 剛坐下,服務員立即端上帶香草味的麵包,配香草牛油,齒頰留香! 扒帶子伴烤香草露筍~ $188 帶子外層煎得甘香可口,肉質嫩滑又彈牙!  以檻欖油、胡椒粒和彩椒茉伴碟,簡約調味又精緻美觀!美國特級安格斯熟成肉眼扒   (8安士) ~ 每安士 $48 牛扒肉質軟嫩,味道濃郁,脂肪分佈均匀帶油香!  特設熟成冷藏櫃,自家製作來自世界各地的優質牛肉,平均三十天。 配菜清甜,有露筍、車厘茄、彩椒、青瓜,還有特製的黄金薯蓉,份外軟滑,牛油味很香! 餐廳採用乾式熟成 (dry-ager) 方式處理牛扒。熟成是指將牛肉吊掛起風乾,或者大塊切開放進熟成冷藏櫃。過程中多餘的水份給蒸發了,令肉味更濃郁,而牛肉中的酵素亦將肉質改變,增加軟嫩度。  烤緬因州龍蝦尾伴牛肝菌龍蝦汁扁意粉  ~ $ 198 特別推介這個扁意粉,回味無窮! 材料有龍蝦尾、蘆筍、牛肝菌、蕃茄、苜蓿芽、配龍蝦汁。  龍蝦尾啖啖肉,十分鮮甜,伴以特製的醬汁,龍蝦味份外濃郁。肉厚細嫩的牛肝菌透出獨特的香味,扁意粉滑不溜口,絕配組合超美味! 龍蝦汁以原隻龍蝦連殼,加入蔬菜及茴香打成。頭部的腮和沙囊已移走,以清除沙粒及澀味,令汁液更順滑和鮮甜。以此汁煮龍蝦扁意粉,倍添鮮味! 驚喜甜品拼盤 ~ $98 甜品有朱古力雪葩心太軟、芝士蛋糕、Brownie、馬卡龍2件、紅桑蛋糕2件、奶涷2杯。 最搶眼的是中間的心太軟,半球形的外層是粉紅色的朱古力,服務員以火槍炙融朱古力表層,與裡面的清新的雪葩融為一體,口感獨特,心太軟有濃濃朱古力味,入口即融!  其他多款甜品都很美味,奶凍軟滑,Brownie 香濃 ,真的十分驚喜!  門外和室內牆上有多幅手繪畫作,顏色對比強烈,意境獨特! 位於油蔴地商厦高層,附近雖然大厦林立,但高居臨下,180%  的景觀十分開揚。黃昏時的城市落霞,以至晚上的都會夜色,在晶瑩的吊燈映襯下,型格中帶點浪漫!   歡樂時光,或晚餐相聚,氣氛都不錯! continue reading
