死佬出左雙糧,話臨近聖誕節比我揀好野,我就梗係唔會同佢客氣,上網搵有咩好食。見到呢間好正咁,我地兩個相識到現在,都未曾正識去過燭光晚餐,難得個死佬咁闊佬,於是就打黎BOOK食個正飯。餐廳環境幾好,裝修好有格調,仲有好多張窗邊位睇景,餐廳景觀好開陽侍應安排左我地坐窗邊,好開陽,而且地點都好方便交地鐵站燈光昏暗而且播住一d好輕鬆嘅歌,感覺好浪漫,好適合約會淡心,呢到由內到外既環境都好優雅高尚!環境唔錯,好有情調,唔知點形容果種又幽暗但又好浪漫既氣派。叫左支水飲,Aqua Panna礦泉水清清個口,要認真嗒真野食既味道餐包先上,唔錯暖暖地,軟軟地+少少脆既麵包,再配上香草牛油食落去幾係種滋味煙三文魚凱撒沙律,生菜都幾爽口,再配上鬆脆既麵包糠有3大塊煙三文魚係重點,好食!煙三文魚質素不俗,魚香好重,沒有死咸味,反而仲有D獨有既鮮味。呢碟龍蝦沙律色彩好繽紛!龍蝦鮮甜爽彈,入面有混合左紫洋蔥+芒果+牛油果+沙律菜令到口感好豐富,菜蔬好新鮮蟹肉周打蜆伴牛油果忌廉湯,蟹肉嘅份量都唔少有成匙牛油果忌廉好creamy,忌廉味好重,湯既質地好濃稠非常好飲好濃既雞菌湯,味好清香,但飲落好濃味,一D油都無又唔覺有味精,好奇點整到咁濃既湯底烤美國豬肋排,個汁好夠入味,食落去一啲都唔韌呢個好好食到得番條骨烤原條紐西蘭龍脷成條龍脷魚上,大致上起左骨,真係夾起就係啖啖魚肉,好方便,微香既魚肉+白芝士忌廉汁好食隔離D配菜~~烤芝士焗西蘭花、焗薯都好好味熟成牛肉眼扒真係賣相好掂當,牛肉味經過熟成濃縮,肉味香而濃,入口完全食唔到筋或者覺得UN,脂油花爆出係口腔好香,牛味亦好樣濃郁今餐真係令我大開眼界,咁既環境服務同食物質素+味道,價錢係貴左少少,不過幾樣加起來,係絕對值得的,真係好碞情侶/已婚既愛侶黎,係呢殊用餐當下,有種微微既心臟卜卜跳,少少滾動既幸福感(雖然餐廳係我揀我BOOK的,但埋單係個死佬,呢下真係好窩心)。 continue reading

呢排成日OT,今晚終於可以準時放工。即刻揾朋友去睇下有乜好食,想搵啲坐得舒服又可以同朋友傾下計嘅餐廳最後朋友介紹咗油麻地呢間新嘅西餐廳,位於譽發廣場23/F頂樓,餐廳有落地玻璃,幾乎每一張枱都可以靠著窗邊坐,空間感十足。一坐底,店員好有禮貌遞上餐包同埋介紹今日嘅set dinner,其實唔食set dinner都有好多a la carte選擇,我們二人就叫咗一個Dinner Set加a la carte香芒煙雞肉配紅棗子油醋汁,沙律菜用料好新鮮,配上紅棗子油醋汁份外清新開胃。再來一個可愛餐前小食,好精緻,一啖放晒落口露荀好爽脆。我們各人叫了一款湯,甘荀湯很香甘荀味,好香甜,有啲似南瓜湯龍蝦湯唔算太濃,但味道調較得剛好,唔會太咸,飲完都唔會飽滯嘅感覺,仲配埋粒炸雲吞仔,都幾特別主菜,朋友套餐叫了美國特級肉眼扒6oz(medium)朋友話好有牛肉香味,有咬口,但又唔會太硬。驚喜的係那份香滑薯蓉,好重牛油味,入口即溶。我就叫了一個烤帶子伴蟹肉粟米意大利飯,意大利飯嘅生熟度煮得剛好,很合我口味,吸收了湯汁精華,味道豐富甜品方面係Craberry芝士餅來一個完美嘅總結。係油麻地一帶比較少有嘅fine dinning享受嘅餐廳,最後吃吃喝喝都差不多食咗3個鐘,冇趕我們交枱之餘,食物在水準之上,環境一流,招呼都好好下次一於再約三五知己再來這裡食返個weekens brunch先 continue reading

Taste of avocado is subtle to be spotted but is undoubtedly healthy substiute for pure cream. Dry ager prime angus sirloin (10 oz) $450Spotlight of the meal goes to the sirloin, sided with baked potatoes and veggies. We choose sirloin instead of rib eye because sirloin has lower fat content and would be more balanced. Drying ageing is a traditional way of ageing meat to produce tender and intense flavor. The meat is matured and home-aged in the dry ager for 30 days before grilled. Customers can request for customized days of ageing but as a random customer 30 days as a rule of thumb work well already. 睇戲之前搵啲好嘢食,見到呢棟大廈原來成棟都係食嘢,search之下見到呢間最近新開嘅餐廳,決定試下好無食先。入到嚟職員就帶我地坐咗個窗隔離既位,可以望到好靚既天空同對面山添,感覺好舒服。見到出面有好多可以自選既食物先知原來餐廳係可以main course再加$98要埋出面既brunch buffet,朋友見出面既嘢食都幾啱佢胃口,就叫埋我一齊加。有好多唔同既沙律同配菜,火腿、薯仔同通粉等等都有齊。仲有出面好少見既羽衣甘藍,第一次見有得任食!呢邊就放咗啲比較似brunch既配菜,滑茶唔同平時見到既係一堆嘢咁,呢間餐廳既好滑好軟熟,可以不起嚟食。仲有煙肉,朋友話呢啲先係真正既煙肉煮法,煎到好脆咁先係外國真係既做法。其他就仲有薯餅、蕃茄豆、腸仔同餐包等等。最後會食既甜品區,有窩夫同銅鑼燒。生果同蛋榚都有齊!職員仲紹有好好飲既磨菇湯,一打開已經聞到好香,入落口就感受到啲用料好足,又好濃味。最後夾咗既brunch~主菜嚟啦,有呢個肉眼扒伴焗脆香甜薯配青椒汁($158),有兩塊肉眼扒可以俾我同朋友分,味道好香濃,肉汁又好多,唔會太「銀」。下面仲有啲甜薯條,連埋啲醬仲更加之好食呀!龍蝦汁燴海鮮意粉($78),呢個職員嚟遠送嚟已經聞到龍蝦味一步一步較近,個龍蝦汁好香濃,海鮮都好多,呢個價錢嚟講真係好抵! continue reading
