某天行过就念念不忘,特登稳一日来食哈哈,要左八珍甜醋+四川辣鸡圆圆ga盒好可爱,但系个袋就太大,以后用个细d噶袋啦。。拿住好奇怪的先讲沙律,面头铺左几件g炸鸡(打开先发现自己两个都系chicken。。)件衣薄薄地,唔觉油腻都唔觉热气,大概5,6件,几好食。重点系酱料,酱料酸酸甜甜,第一次食甘好食ga沙律酱哈哈好中意,讲翻都流口水,沙律菜分量都好足!够饱!个饭卷辣辣地好开胃,但系唔算好好食lo,不过可以一试,朋友ga粤式蒸鱼就值得推介,真系有块鱼啊哈哈配埋酱料,好特别~两个combo原来都几饱(我超大胃。。)盛惠78。 continue reading

灣仔莊士敦道60號J Senses地下3號舖沒胃口又微燒,身體給予訊息想吃清淡,吃點冷的東西降降溫, 一盤沙律浮現在腦海中。日式salad只吃到芝麻醬醋,西式就是食到悶的油醋為主, 出品千篇一律,在beautifood不再是公式化的醬汁,由魔廚掌管, 主力賣沙律輕怡食物,醬汁是自家研製, 混合了中式的傳統元素,如中式陳醋、蝦醬及鹹柑桔等,見到名字已令有探索精神的人鈍鈍慾試,上次就試過蝦醬的salad drssing,味道效果暗地裡教人驚喜。Combo set 是$78, Salad 加半份寶老團鹹柑桔汁配搭灸燒三文魚,感到好熱氣, 想到鹹柑桔有幫去火,一點都不猶豫就order了。灸燒三文魚切成薄片,口感有點缺失,三文魚有入口即融化的軟綿,伴以鹹味醬汁, 竟有似吃煙三文魚的錯覺。Salad 醬汁鹹中帶數分檸檬酸味,除了見慣見熟的西式沙律菜,竟然發現了中式的紫菜踪影, 這組織很創新,一開始拿了片紫菜單吃看有什麼玄機,只是一塊唔爽沒調味的普通紫菜,原來紫菜要吸了醬汁才好吃。宮保雞寶老團 ,糙米是日式醋飯味道, 用以綿彈的crept皮包著,雞絲再加入辣醬, 辣勁十足在舌頭上不散,好味指數不及上次吃的blt,因寶老團是冷, 醋飯中加了辣味, 不太討好。  continue reading

是咁的,不常來灣仔的我愛常常光顧這裡的沙律。除了因為好吃外還因為有親切的哥哥們介紹餐單,亦友善地聊天起上來😆是日吃了久違的咸檸三文魚,三文魚半生熟夠嫩,沙律菜什麼時候來也是如此新鮮!論沙律的話,我最喜歡八珍那個,因為酸酸甜甜,充滿Chinese 味,亦有我最愛的溏心蛋嘛! 😎哥哥們有新介紹,牛肉面,黃色粒粒咬開是辣味,湯汁不錯,可惜是面太幼,沒太大咬口,台灣風味我還是喜歡辣辣的。 continue reading

除了飯卷及沙律外, 最近Beautifood不知是否因為天氣寒冷的關係, 推出了一款熱湯麵。買了一客來試, $30算便宜, 惟份量亦不多。湯是其店舖的味噌湯底, 配以兩片牛肉、香蔥、chili caviar (其實是份子料理) 及上海麵。牛肉是連筋的, 肉質依然很腍。濃濃的味噌湯加上蔥, 那有不好喝的道理? 而最特別的chili caviar咬下去滲時出微微的一絲辣意, 正是整碗湯的亮點。唯一較為失色的是使用的上海幼麵太腍了, 是其美中不足之處。若麵條爽口一點便更佳呢。 continue reading

由於看到朋友分享instagram相片,有張很吸引的沙律相,於是勾起無肉不歡的我吃沙律念頭。在Openrice看到這家店都有一段時間,由於這店沒有太多座位,一直都未有去嘗試,這次趁著有這個念頭,便拉著吃素的同事陪我一起去買~~這家店位於船街一列食店的其中一家,門口有搶眼的桃紅色吸引人眼球,去到的時候有數位在排隊。門口的餐牌選擇不算多,沙律類只有五款,但已足夠我想了好一會兒。咸檸三文魚$60 另加溫泉蛋$10最後於廚魔黑凱撒﹑ 八珍甜醋跟咸檸三文魚之間,我選了咸檸三文魚!盛著沙律的容器圓圓的像個透明的球,另外有個透明長身的膠袋袋著,感覺型格。賣相其實很吸引,從餐牌裡看到的材料也令人垂涎三尺,裡面有什錦沙律菜﹑車厘茄﹑火炙三文魚,香脆海藻,配廚魔檸檬醋汁。不過實際醬汁不夠,火炙三文魚亦有點腥味(也許醃得不夠)。香脆海藻雖然真的挺香,但因為不夠醬汁,吃下去感覺有點過乾。我另外點的溫泉蛋好像跟沙律不太夾 continue reading
