今日路經觀塘,見到了久違了的beard papa。回想自他們搬離崇光後,這趟還是首次再次幫襯他們。見到display board 上strawberry chocolate puff賣相不錯,於是就点了一個來吃。$18的puff不會有太大的expectation,但豈知原來他跟海馬一樣打破平嘢冇好嘢的定律。第一口咬下去時我已深深的被那脆朱古力漿和puff皮俘虜了我的心靈。士多啤利的確跟朱古力十分匹配,士多啤利custard的酸甜方香剛好中和了朱古力的苦澀。人說偷得浮生半日閒。若果每日下午我也能吃到如此優質的puff,我也不枉此生了。 continue reading

放工後食完dinner, 仍有點「空虛感」經過Beard Papa時就俾香味吸引了~!!!因為已經夜晚9點幾, 所以可選擇的泡芙口味已經唔多~我揀了朱古力~ 一口咬下去, 朱古力的香味連同忌廉混和了, 朱古力的味道其實不強, 忌廉仍是主角~咬著咬著, 慢慢覺得, 泡芙與咖啡都有同一個特點, 就是用鼻子去聞總比放入口香~!不是嗎?雖然沒有我想像中般的甜味, 但我仍愛它 continue reading

今日路過此處,發現開了一間BEARD PAPA,很久沒有吃過便一試......要了最常吃又最基本的忌廉芭芙,一個$12,但覺得都算物有所值,因為味道很好,芭芙內有很多忌廉,而忌廉的味道亦很好,不會太甜,至於芭芙的外層皮亦很好味,很鬆軟......而且這個芭芙不會太凍,冬天也可以吃...... continue reading
