以前好鐘意落樓食beans早餐,唔太貴坐得舒服但近排食感覺差左食物就一時熱一時唔熱,好多時都只係微溫,食一陣都涼哂。 eg 牛扒/番茄/煙肉,呢d全部都唔熱預制都應該翻熱/keep warm先比客。(想食個暖粒粒早餐都唔得)希望有改善 continue reading

今次到Beans 食晚餐。但是在不同高場的店。今晚試了一個對我來講是新的菜式。「珍珠圓貝蝦醬燴沾麵。」及「紅酒牛面頰意大利飯」首先,講一下個沾面,沒想到,蝦醬竟然可以變成「西式晚餐」真係萬萬沒想到!效果都不錯!沾面彈牙有口感!有淡淡的蝦醬味,感覺都算夾!好特別嘅一個味覺體驗!不錯!很有新鮮感!😆😆ok!之後到「紅酒牛面頰意大利飯」,賣相是吸引!可是當我把飯送到咀裡時。便大感失望😞!個飯實在太軟身。口感好奇怪。番茄🍅味都不是十分濃郁。牛面頰肉,有1/3 都還好。但2/3 都比較偏乾身。佢只係把牛面頰肉直接放上意大利飯上面。兩者本是同一碟菜式內,但食落好似各有各的感覺!並沒有肉同飯融合在一起的感覺,因此,這道菜,便真係麻麻地。甜點,有兩款。#焦糖燉蛋#tiramisu這兩個甜點🍮便好好👍🏻食😋 continue reading
