趕喺佢地下午截單前入座唔使等，食個快閃餐。我叫左豪華英式早餐，份量真喺好大，特別鐘意佢將傳統多士改做鬆餅，又香軟又可以當甜品，英式香腸煎到外皮脆脆地。比傳統英式早餐多左煙三文魚，不過我覺得可加可不加。飲品赤兔出黎個樣好靚，不過就真是好細杯，幾啖就冇了。朋友叫左焦糖香蕉早餐，佢覺得水準中上。不過最值得一贊是佢地嘅服務，我地甘趕都好耐心甘答我地嘅問題，一絲不耐煩都冇。出品穩定同服務好應該就是佢地經常排長龍嘅原因了。

呢間野打電話係唔會聽，店員話要留言等至少3個工作天先回覆。而且店員九唔搭八，完全唔講道理、搬龍門，轉個頭仲同其他員工講是非。另外，明明有個平台係商場範圍，佢哋就講到除左佢地嘅餐枱以外都係佢哋餐廳話晒事咁。永遠唔會再幫襯。

Beans is always a to-go place to me and my friends, as they have multiple branches serving okay-quality food. One of my favourite food would be the toast, as it’s very IG-able and fancy photos can be taken.However, the toast was a bit dry this time, and the taste was monotonous. Hope to have a wider variety of ingredients in the toast.

beans嘅質素一向唔差同埋都好穩定，沙田分店仲可以坐outdoor，非常之寬敞舒適， 過嚟飲杯嘢食個high tea都非常之chill ar!! 唔鍾意坐戶外亦都可以室內，環境亦都非常之寬敞舒適，佢嘅蛋糕都好多種類，推薦佢嘅小食拼盤，好好食同香口脆卜卜。
