To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食過返尋味, 水準高,美味非常棒, 食才新鮮, 每次入來大尾篤都要來這店食.厨師手勢非常好, 色香味俱全, 西冷扒和香煎大蝦三文魚超正👍, 還有這間餐廳環境優美, 舒適, 加上輕快歌曲, 另外服務態度一冇態度一流，真係要讚👍👍

即興到大尾篤午膳，隨意選擇了路邊第一間西餐廳，環境乾淨，布置優雅，服務周到，第一印象已不錯。食物更令顧客喜出望外。牛柳入口溶化、煎鯛魚嫩滑味美，醬汁味道適中、食材新鮮、廚師有技術有誠意，值得推介！

噹啷噹啷，走進這家餐廳，當頭係一輪西式餐包嘅香氣，招呼我。試左個提子包，外皮香脆，咬落去，麵包內裏嘅提子爆汁，甜甜地，又唔膩口！🍇 接住試大蝦忌廉汁意粉，份量適中，口感creamy到嚟唔覺得膩，每啖都有蝦嘅鮮味，真係話得上係收貨！西冷扒雖然小小鹹，但煎得剛好，外層微焦香口口解膩。意粉就淡咗少少，但跟西冷扒一齊食就啱晒！⚖食完之後感覺舒服，消化得好好嘅。餐廳嘅環境又自在，坐吓吹吓風，睇吓行過嘅人狗，心情都放鬆左。員工服務態度好，見到我哋入館有啲冇乜選擇，仲主動提議可換嘅菜式，親民又貼心，至啱我哋窩心食客！🥘 下次再踩單車行過呢邊，一定會再嚟呢家添！

上星期食完前面間中伏地球之後行經呢間侍應好有禮貌餐牌亦正路所以決定今晚食呢間頭盤青口由調味到質感都處理得好好 要另外加兩個包將啲汁清埋雜菜湯西蘭花忌廉 味道有層次 唔錯雞扒個調味用心 唔係求其是但貨式飯港式凍檸茶 罡港式凍奶茶 合格下次再試
