A newly opened Mediterranean restaurant in central, which is inspired by the culinary traditions of French, Spanish and Italian cuisines. We came here for my fd’s bday, and honestly I didn’t expect too much at the beginning, but turns out everything was surprisingly good! What we ordered: - bluefin tuna tartare 🫶🏻- smoked sardine 🫶🏻🫶🏻- portobello mushroom carpaccio - grilled octopus 🫶🏻- truffle zucchini flower 🫶🏻- le foie gras- black Angus tagliata 🫶🏻- vallespluga spring chicken 🫶🏻- catch of the day (snapper)🫶🏻- pisto (side)- potato mille-feuille (side)🫶🏻- red berry pavlova 🫶🏻The starters from the sea were all very refreshing, I especially loved the smoked sardine, the sauce was very delish, I had to refill the bread (the sourdough bread and the butter were super yum too) to swipe the sauce. I liked the stuffed zucchini flower a lot, but maybe it was not for everyone as the goat cheese taste really strong, one of my fds couldn’t eat it and pass to me, I love it tho. 😆The catch of the day was Snapper, $480 only, quite affordable. So fresh and the sauce was amazing as well. The Angus steak was cooked perfectly, the spring chicken was juicy and tender. Overall, food was on point, reasonable price, and I really enjoyed the lively atmosphere there a lot.Besides, the staffs were all very friendly, I’d say the service was superb, they offered us some free cocktails as our table wasn’t ready when we arrive there, such a kind gesture from them. And we stayed till almost 12am and nobody rushed us through the dinner at all! A great place for celebration. Rating : 8.5/10Around $1000 pp (6pax, including 3 bottles of wine) …Read More
